We visited Strahan for one night as a group of five friends celebrating a special birthday. We stayed at Franklin Manor and dined at Charlotte's, as well as taking a Gordon River cruise.

Great Location! Host was very welcoming and friendly. Room size were decent. Comfy beds, Wi-Fi was OK. 5 min drive to gordon River cruises and restaurants.

We stayed in the Harbour Suite for three nights. The location is amazing for a start. The grounds big with chance to sit outside and take in the views and walk through the garden.

Had a beautiful dining experience at Risby Cove Restaurant. The setting and outlook over the river is absolutely stunning and creates the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed but elegant meal.

Please disregard the negative reviews, which were all made before the new ownership and recent renovations were completed. We had a wonderful stay at Risby Cove.

My wife and her sister and I spent 5 weeks driving around Tasmania. We stayed 4 nights in Castaway and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with ample kitchen facilities.

Had an amazing stay at Castaway Apartments. It’s well located near all local attractions. Our apartment was very spacious, clean and tidy.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Hot shower. Very good cooking facilities. Super friendly host. Supermarket within walking distance. We would stay here again.

Aloft is really a "boutique" of in other word a very nice place — just 10 min walk from the harbour and 5 minutes to the supermarked if you need something for your breakfast.

Crays at Strahan is such a gem. With the owners on site, the properties were well maintained.

Loved the accommodation which was centrally located so could walk into town and the falls. Good internet connection. Friendly management. Fairly priced. Clean.

ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL — Lovely hosts who have lovingly renovated this beautiful property. Walking distance to the township. Great suggestions for dinner and experiences.

Jo and Ken are the perfect hosts, friendly and warm. Our room was cosy, warm and very comfortable. Luxury towels and beautiful bedding, it truly felt like home.

What a lovely manager! Being easter long weekend he contacted local businesses ro provide options for meals over the break. Room was very clean and comfortable. Facilities were on point.

Beautiful period guesthouse. We stayed for two nights in the F O Henry room. It’s like stepping back in time. The hosts were very welcoming and communication pre arrival was excellent.

From the outside, The Regatta Point Tavern doesn’t look much. Step inside and you are greeted with local friendliness and the meals are great.

This is a gem. The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are great. The kitchen is well equipped. They even have a potato masher 😀. There's a table tennis table at the rear.

A very pleasant two night stay, even in bad weather! Walking distance of the wharf area and little shopping centre. Good facilities and not that busy at this time of year.

Beautiful quiet spot in Strahan, we travelled as two couples. The rooms were very clean and spacious, separate laundry is complimentary with washing machine and dryer. Off street parking was good.

Lovely 2 bed apartment. Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast pack was disappointing, don't eat white sliced bread and two yogurts for four guests!

We booked a cabin. It was beautiful! Clean, neat, everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The laundry room clean and neat. The dryer actually dried my clothes well!

I couldn’t believe how big the place was and our cabin was great. Contained everything necessary for our stay to be comfortable and hassle free. We will return as we love this area of Tasmania.

Great accommodation in Strahan with exceptional views of the harbour. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms in the house, a small attached flat and a 1 bedroom unit at the back.

We went to Strahan to take the Franklin River cruise and changed at the last minute our accommodation to stay at Kerrellie Cottages. Best decision we made on our Tassie trip.

An overall very enjoyable place. Restaurant on site, and free continental brekkie. Flats have everything you should need. A nice change from anything in Hobart!

What a legend John is! We mucked up our dates at another hotel and ended up with no where to stay for 10 adults and a baby.
