Great Location! Host was very welcoming and friendly. Room size were decent. Comfy beds, Wi-Fi was OK. 5 min drive to gordon River cruises and restaurants.

We stayed in the Harbour Suite for three nights. The location is amazing for a start. The grounds big with chance to sit outside and take in the views and walk through the garden.

All in all excellent. Room, beds, shower and comfort really top quality. Just an observation, but the curtains which looked quite new were an absolute first class fitting.

I stayed in room 2127 at Strahan Village 19/20 April. The room looks recently renovated and was fresh and clean. Not a room for the physically challenged as it has a shower over a bath.

Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a 2 bedroom place in strahan. Very clean, well maintained and walking distance to the esplanade.

Very clean and comfy and in a quiet location. The breakfast pack was a nice touch and communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay at Salt Box Hideaway in Strahan, Tasmania in February 2024.
The location is blissful, so peaceful and relaxing.

This little shack right on the water's edge is the most magical place I've stayed.

Was oke. Please be aware that it can be very cold and there is only an aircon at the ground floor.

The towels were very small and thin. The door into the second bedroom has dropped on its hinge and would not shut. The sliding doors need new rollers as they were noisy and difficult to slide.
