The rooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean the pool area is beautiful and great for the kids and the staff are so helpful I left an Ipad in the room went home and realised rang back and they sent someone straight up to find it so so happy will definitely be back.

We stayed in apartment 25 it has great views and is so spacious the spa is brilliant out on the balcony. The staff were so helpful nothing was a problem. I would recommend these apartments any time.

The beautiful rooms with heaps of room and wonderful service.

Close to the beach, peaceful, staff very nice, good walking track at the front of building, nice pool and bbq area.

The view is magnificent but the real point of difference are the spas on the balconies. Close to bars, restaurants and cafes. A great location.

Spacious rooms, wide balcony, fully stocked kitchen, large bed, comfy pillows, prompt services. The wi fi is usable but not very fast.

Lovely modern VERY spacious apartment. The apartment was very well equipped if you wanted to cook, there was even lunch boxes in the pantry! Full laundry also. Pool area gorgeous and right across from the beach. Lovely owners loads of parking space just perfect for our family. Will definitely return.

Its a cheap place to stay but out of town. There is however a bus stop close by.

When at Hervey Bay will always stop at the Bay, rooms are very well presented, clean and tidy, staff are always ready to help and assist, very friendly. Highly recommend this place for all when stopping at Hervey Bay AAA plus can not fault.

Furnished 3 bedroom apartment in a convenient location. The pool and the sauna are both excellently maintained.

I had paid for a room 200$. I found my room full of insects. One of the worst places I stayed in my life. Awful beds!

Great location and very modern apartments. Not the cheapest but if you are part of a group works out very good value.

The rooms were nice and had a great view. We had electrical problems and had to get an electrician out. We were without some appliances for several hours. Otherwise, it was a very comfortable stay and the kids liked it too.

I loved staying here. The location is great. Short stroll to restaurants and shops. Clean, very spacious apartment. Great amenities, pool area is very clean, shaded at one end. The grounds are well kept. Would definitely recommend this place.

Old and run down. At $140 for 3 for the night not good value. Bed very uncomfortable. Would not stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay in these appts, only dissapointment was the 3rd bedroom of our 3 bedroom appt did not have aircon, and the room was hot.

We drove up to Airlia Beach for a boating holiday and the Islands Inn Motel had plenty of room for our boat without any issues, the motel ended up being our mainland base for our whole stay! We will be staying here everytime we're back. Very satisfied customer, JR Brisbane.

Have Stayed here twice and loved it. Apartments are big and beautiful. Pool area is great and perfect for my almost 3 year old who had her own little kiddie pool which was covered from the sun, an added bonus. We also loved the massive spa on your own balcony, just pure perfection relaxing while watching the sun setting over Hervey Bay beach. Thanks for 2 great stays. See you again very soon… 5 stars from me.

We have stayed here numerous times over the last 8 years or so. Keep coming back because of the friendly staff, closeness to restaurants, convenience store, beach and the fabulous pool and BBQ area. The kids ask to come back because they have such a great time. Apartments are very spacious and modern. Will be going back again this year.

Clean and tidy, friendly owners. No Wi-Fi in the rooms, the restaurant is not functioning so had to go off site to eat.

We did 3 nights at The Bay from New Years Eve and we we so impressed with not just The Bay Apartments but Hervey Bay itself that we plan to return next time around. What a fantastic place to holiday!

Stayed here twice now. Loved the pool, the freedom around the pool and the professionalism of the staff. The sites were clean and well maintained. Can't think of a reason to mark it down a star. Will definately stay here again.

My husband, 7 year old son and I stayed for one night in August 2013 for a family party in Hervey Bay. We LOVED The Bay Apartments, so much that we were late to our family party. We had a two bedroom apartment on the 4th floor, very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be staying next time. Highly recommended! (only criticism is the main pool is not heated — the spa is).

My partner and I recently stayed in a deluxe 1 bedroom spa apartment. We had a fabulous time. Was really a fantastic place to stay for a nice relaxing holiday. The spa on the balcony was definitely the highlight. The staff were fabulous and so friendly. Can't wait to stay again.

These apartments were fantastic. The room was large and modern and the building was well maintained. However at $280 a night for a ground floor apartment we found the facilities just a little under par for a 5 star resort. The sign out front states that there is a full size tennis court and a heated pool. Well the tennis court is actually a half court. It is very small and there is not much room behind the baseline. As I am quite a good player and my partner is improving quite quickly this was rather frustrating. Also the pool is only heated because the a joining spa water overflows into the pool. However there is a lot of water in a 25m lap pool. Finally there is NO water pressure in the shower and the shower head in our room leaked. Overall we had a great time however like I said just needs a little more polish.

My parents worked here and they loved it, I swam in the pool and I loved it.
