Very good place with amazing owner. It's close to the city and to the beaches as well. Owner is very helpful and happy to advice with where to go or what to do. Whole place is very clean and friendly. There is available a washing machine and kitchen as well.

We spend almost a month in this lovey house, very clean, quiet, hospitable and accommodating. Now issues whatsoever. Great location too. Definitely recommend.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom, 4 bed, self-contained flat for 2 weeks. It is quaint and comfortable. Fran is an absolute sweetheart and very helpful. Highly recommend if looking for somewhere affordable and in the city.

A quiet more relaxed hostel and gives you a breather from the "party hostels. " Rooms are clean and tidy. Fran, the owner, is very helpful and always on hand if you need anything.

Just staid there for three nights, cozy place with all you need for a stay. I had a single room and this room contained a small TV and air conditioner. Washing / Wi-Fi is for free. Fran is a friendly owner / host and nice to chat with, would stay there again.

Lies & steals. Record phone calls as you will be overcharged otherwise. Abuses customers when they are in the right. Unclean and uncomfortable. Highly recommend the exchange, Rambutan or the reef. There is a reason she is so cheap and always so empty!

Great little guest house with budget rooms and dorms. Our dorm had lots of space, air conditioning, a big fridge and its own TV. Everything was clean and the kitchen is well equipped, with a regular stove and oven! Fran is great and very helpful. She offers free pick ups and drop offs from the fairy, bus or train station. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay, this is the place to go in Townsville!

I have stayed here many times for work and I love it. Rooms are clean and comfy with air-con. Great kitchen facilities and a fantastic outdoor seating area. I always enjoyed my stay here especially the fabulous views of Townsville from the back steps. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay — walking distance from center and also a very short walk from beginnings of footpaths to climb Castle Hill. The kitchen was fully equipped including oven, stove and all and any utensils.
Fran is amazing for keeping up with the whole place by herself — we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

For the price just super everything is clean and the management of the motel is nice.

From the minute we arrived we were treated like part of the family, with such a homely, comfortable and clean feel. The bed was so comfy and it was nice and quiet. We will definitely be back next time we visit Townsville! Thank you for a lovely stay :).

Only a stones throw from everything. Clean, comfortable, safe and the best bed I have ever slept in. Fran your hostess was so obliging and went out of her way to accommodate anything and everything and made our stay more than enjoyable. I highly recommend this this venue.
