Clean, tidy and close to shops. Lovely staff as well.

What you expect for the price but well maintained and clean.

Clean but verry old badly needs updating some beds are comfortable and others you can feel springs sticking into your back we used to stay often but now only when we have to.

Expensive fir what is on offer. Cattle available everything else needs to be hired. Microwave 10 Dollars. Ridiculous. The pool was so filthy no one could use it. Not the best experience.

A week-end get away with no hassles. We always enjoy or time here with a larger room with on-suite. Fridge & kettle available. Very clean & maintained with a lovely pool.

Motel is in a great location, but very dated. Service was less than average — when checking in the lady at the counter didn't even put the phone down.

Well priced for a short stay. Our room had two beds and a kitchen. Comfortable and clean, quiet and well located. It isn't 5 star and it doesn't pretend to be. Good honest budget accommodation.

If zero stars were possible that's what you'd get. Overpriced rip off. Room was tiny with nothing but traffic all night and people coming and going. Don't help the car park is meters from were you sleep. The toilet smelt like a men's footy urinal. The zircon didn't even work in the middle of winter. Microwave smelt very badly of rotten mean. Wouldn't even stay here again even if it were free.

The room was good for an overnight stay, but I would not choose it for a period longer than this due to the smaller space and few features. Was clean and cosy though.

Decent but not amazing. The room I was in had no fridge and the third bed was squeezed in a tight space. The air con was ok but a bit old. Shower and bathroom facilities were good. I only stayed one night so not much more to add.

This is our second stay. The manager brought us a brand new iron as we mentioned the ones previously needed retirement. Awesome. Pool is good. Rooms up to date and comfortable, great value for a family of 4 for $175

Great place. Good valve for money. The rooms are clean but are heading close to a refurbishment. The gardens are beautiful. The staff are helpful and the place is conveniently located.

Clean, comfortable and affordable accomodation. Its within walking distance to all the main attractions in Mooloolaba. Relatively quiet at night. It also offers free Wi-Fi for checked in guests.

If you are after a basic clean room within walking distance to everything in Mooloolaba this is an excellent choice. The Twin room was perfect for a couple and a 4 year old with a balcony for Mr Smoker. There is a McDonalds and a strip of shops across the road and Underwater World 7 minutes walk away. We were only there for 1 night but for $110 we are not complaining.

Good basic amenities (no microwave). Well maintained and very good value for money. Easy walking distance to the beach, the Surf Club and Underwater World.
