The service was sub standard. The bar person kept customers waiting to be served whilst chatting endlessly to a customer over a $4 bet. Bar staff were unhelpful and sarcastic. The very average meal was overpriced. Not a good experience.
Paid $25 for a caesar salad that didn't come with the prawns I asked for or anchovies that are on the menu, kitchen closed soon as they cooked, was offered a free drink and no refund of prawns. Noise rooms, washing facilities broken, bath tub half painted (just random), staff let people who weren't customers hurl abuse at each other while trying to enjoy our dinner. Booked in for work — 3-6 weeks, going to relocate asap. Linen quality bad, holes in towels. It was unfortunately one thing after another.
