Went for my 21st and although we spent the majority of the time with a sick toddler, the staff were amazing and helpful. We can’t wait to come back and have an another attempt at our holiday. Big thankyou to Hayley for organising dessert and a bottle of wine for my birthday.

We had a fantastic time! The pool was perfect for our kids, great café options, super comfy room and great access to SeaWorld. Thankyou everyone for the wonderful short city break!

Highly recommend! I was abit worried with the up & down reviews but I definitely didn’t need to stress at all — our room was great! Super clean & gorgeous views! Staff were great & welcoming too! Definitely will be back ✨✨

Staying for family weekend with theme park package everything has been wonderful until dinner tonight at the Shoreline Restaurant most disgusting meal on our whole trip the seafood platter was all overcooked the 4 salads on the buffet were average and well the desert's were dry hard and inedible only thing worth eating were the Strawberries. Expensive waste if money would not recommend Shoreline Restaurant for dinner. The breakfast we had this morning was really nice and lunch at the lounge bar was nice, but dinner tonight 🤮🤢🤮🤢

The resort is very outdated, floors are dirty, beds are extremely uncomfortable, we could clearly hear other guests in the room next door, the pool area is average.
Overall overpriced and not worth the money.

We recently went for Easter weekend and was absolutely disappointed. Yes the lobby is new and the rooms, but the carpets were dirty. I noticed on our last day under the bed was thick with dirt! There are no lights on balcony to sit outside of a night either.
There were no activities on for the kid’s for Easter. No egg hunt 🤷‍♀️
The stairs outside are soooo dangerous. It was so wet, my husband and kids fell down. I know it was raining but For a pool resort you would expect them to be safer.
The pool is in such need of an upgrade, the pool floor is terrible. Everything was closed around the pool aswell.
The food for kids in the lobby, is boring… why is everything chicken, burger, fish and chips! Plus the coffee is awful 😣
Such a big waste of money… would definitely not recommend.

Very disappointed with the experience. When I arrived in my room found a pile of vomit on the balcony. Told reception but no offer of a replacement room was given. Terrible view of old cricket nets. None of the cafes around the pool where open. Everything that is offered was not available and only one ride open at SeaWorld.

After reading so many bad reviews, I was worried our stay was going to be the same. I had nothing to worry about. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff friendly, room service was fast and food was great. The pool area was clean and tidy, could do with a freshen up but kids had a ball. Yes some things in the theme parks were closed but there was still plenty to do. Our package was a good deal through Luxury Escapes and I think anyone complaining needs to look at the positives. It's not a fancy high end resort but it is a great family place and I would go back again.

Whole resort is run down and needs a revamp. Fridge in the room wasn't cold, monorail not working. Biggest problems were the main child waterpark area was shut down and the big chess set no longer exists but is still shown on the map. While I understand the need to refurbish, we should have been prewarned in order to make an informed decision as the kids had nothing to do at the resort. We purchased the deal with access to parks but Wet and Wild were closed, Seaworld had ALOT of rides and attractions closed! Was very disappointed! We should have been informed of this beforehand! I feel like it was a "package deal" that we did not actually receive! After being disappointed with the resort as my children had nowhere to play in the pool area, we headed to Seaworld. Again we were met with disappointment as so many attractions were closed. We couldn't go to Wet and Wild as they were closed. Decided our best option was Movie World! AGAIN… heaps of rides closed! Not Happy!

We had a kids party at SeaWorld resort water park today in the pool area.
The kids and adults were well entertained with the pool, sprinklers and water playground, and the weather was perfect.
We ordered fish, calamari and chips from the waterfall cafe which were delicious and everyone loved.
Thank you SeaWorld resort for having us.

We just returned from a great 5 night stay. The room was newly renovated, and the free parking was great, we always managed to get a spot easily.
The water park was amazing and it was great that there was towels provided at the pool. We had breakfast one morning in the restaurant which I found good but average. We had dinner one night at the restaurant which was pricey but the adults meals were really nice, kids meals were ok. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There are some really nice restaurants that are close by if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Around a 2/3 min drive. The location was really convenient with 2 young children and I loved that we got free theme park tickets for the duration of our stay.
There were no negatives to point out and we will definitely be returning in the future and thanks for having us!

Stayed here this week. Food for breakfast and dinner was terrible and expensive. We have stayed here previously and been really happy. Rooms are nice but No microwave and can be very loud with inconsiderate people passing rooms or banging around above you. We attempted to speak with staff re issues however no follow up was made. Just disappointed after previous great experiences.

A great place to take the kids and grandkids, the water activities and staff were amazing. Would recommend.

Not only were the concierge rude, there were not enough parks, the "included buffet breakfast for 2" ended up being a bacon and egg muffin and a piece of fruit which makes MacDonald's look like a 5 star restaurant. They blamed it on covid but yet the restaurants were all open. They could have at least gotten people to fill out a "breakfast" type form and it could have been delivered to their rooms instead of the second rate here just eat this trash. My son didn't even have breakfast because of it and the other was upset because I promised him toast since I was under the impression that we would be getting a seat in the restaurant or at least be able to order breakfast. I understand that rooms can't cater for everyone, unfortunately the beds for me personally were way too soft and the pillows might as well have not even be there they were so soft. Some people like that, my sore neck in the morning did not… then there was the case of the neighbour room phone ringing ALL night even tho we mentioned it to the staff over the room phone… stopped at 5am. Because of this both my partner and I had NO sleep. I wouldn't stay there now even if u paid me to. The park was a bit over crowded, but the staff in the park were friendly and adhered to cleaning the park constantly which was good. Caused a delay in the lines but it's better than spreading the virus. I will return to SeaWorld park again, but never the resort.

Payed a lot of money to stay here with the family, food was horrible and barely warm, very overpriced, had a lot of issues and then complained on check out and we are still waiting for a phone called from someone! Place has gone down hill.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly lots of activities to do within the resort the kids are having a ball. Great room service and plenty of variety within the resort regarding restaurants and cafes.

Absolutely disgusted… called room service as there is BLOOD on the sheets not form me or my fiancé in the middle of a Pandemic. All they did was take the sheet, no apology nothing… very unimpressive no refund offered.

Poor service. We were unable to open our room doors 1 hour before the check out time. Housekeeping were unhelpful. Called the resort who kept putting me on hold. Concierge couldn't open the door either. Waited ages for maintenance to arrive.

A great place for a weekend away. The food was good value, the pool was fun and there were plenty of things to do.

Lovely place but the pool was unavailable the whole stay and buffet breakfast was very average so was the dinner, this needs attention big time! Our function however on the Saturday evening was great food was amazing the only meal we enjoyed the whole time spend there. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.

Great place for families and short or long trips. Close to everything Gold Coast surrounding for shopping, restaurants, theme parks and beaches. Friendly staff we will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at SeaWorld Resort. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant onsite was reasonably priced, heaps of kids activities and family friendly fun. Definitely will be staying there again with our children.

EVERYTHING about this place is amazing. The rooms, the pool, the meet and greet, the buffet, the staff and of course seaworld! WE WILL BE BACK.

For $20 each and beakfast was cold, eggs were horrible so were the small sausages did not enjoy at all. Overheard 2 workers complaining of ordering just a drink by room service? We pay for a service we will order just a drink if we like… otherwise dont offer the service. Wont be going back.

We stayed last week of July for an amazing package that came with flights, 6 nights accommodation and unlimited entry to 3 theme parks. It was an amazing experience but got to admit the shoreline restaurant was not that great.

We stayed for 3 nights in June. Staff throughout the whole resort were extremely lovely, polite, helpful and just overall amazing to deal with. We had a great time, kids loved the water park and how easily we could just go down and spend time there.
Can’t wait to come back in the future!

From the time we were checked in by the wonderful Charlee, throughout the day from all the friendly and great staff in Sea World itself until we checked out the next day it was a most amazing experience.

Wish we had stayed longer! Kids loved the outdoor pool area and dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant was delicious. Staff were lovely and life guards at pool were very attentive. Will definitely be back.

Loved everything about our stay. Rooms, food, service, resort facilities. Everything was fantastic none of us wanted to leave. Thanks for making this a holiday to remember for all the right reason. We will definitely be back.

We stayed with another family in two rooms and really enjoyed it. We stayed in the garden wing. The rooms are great to relax after a busy day, even for A 3 year old the room was calming. Good size rooms. It is a bit hard to control the kids in the water area as it’s so big but that’s only minor and can be resolved if you get your bathers on and play too. Would stay again!

Beautiful rooms and services. Lovely facilities. Thankyou to the duty manager and security that assisted me last night as well as our friendly room steward today. I haven’t even been yet. Buyer beware. I booked in January and recently saw specials half the price with amazing inclusions and better room through luxury escapes. I rang and the lady on the phone said she thought there was little they could do and would ring back that day or next. Not even a return phone call.
Sea world must on sell the rooms to luxury escapes. Of course you can’t cancel even though it is 2 months out. One of the few places you can’t cancel 2 months out. (Most places may have a large cancelation fee). Just want buyer beware. Wait and check for specials first. Their basic rate is quite expensive for a room and entry to sea world.

Be careful when booking this. It's no where near a 4.3 star rating I was expecting. It's convenient being close to SeaWorld. Clean rooms il give it that. As for smell that the corridor has leading along gym and beauty room, to the food area they can try there best to mask it but there's definitely a problem there it's disgusting, there was no way around it really dreadful. Outdoor water area was good my kids had a lot of fun with slides, highlight for this location. Food very average no were near the money we paid was worth it. There staff have no idea of the facility it's a bit of a jungle, there concierge were people who didn't know anything about the facility.
Reception were a joke if you need help better to ask a person staying there instead of the reception. Hope this is helpful book at all we risk of dissatisfaction.

The rooms were standard, clean and tidy, however did have a dirty plate outside our door. We didn't get much sleep as there was an alarm going off every hour during the night (not sure if neighbour or hotel alarm). We didn't get parking and were forced to pay additional fees for overflow area where spaces were still unsecure and open air, seems ridiculous. Bar area and breakfast staff were lovely and helpful, thank you. Overall above average stay.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Breakfast superb. Only complaint is, my family and I went to dinner and when we got back we had no place to park we got advised to pay for $10 parking on the premise (which has no closure) it was supposed to be free the resort parking but when it was full they told us there were not other options. Regardless stay was nice.

Accommodation was very comfortable and there is enough in the way of facilities to keep the whole family busy, particularly in the warmer months. The behind-the-scenes dolphin training session was a nice addition for those staying more than two days. Prices for food, drink and services are what you would expect at a self-contained resort; that is to say, it is expensive, but you're paying for convenience. Well worth the trip.

Recently I visited Seaworld with my sister, my mum, my two daughters and my niece. We had visited the penguins and looked at the dolphins before heading to the bathrooms. I had an epileptic seizure near the bathrooms and the staff were with me straight away. I was extremely impressed with the time and effort that Scott put in to make sure I was ok and able to enjoy the rest of my day. He knew that I was in an embarrassing situation and straight away took me to a more private place for me to relax and gets myself composed. Scott organized a wheelchair for me so I was able to get around for the rest of the day. Scott then went out of his way to take myself and my family to see the PAW Patrol show. I just want to make a big shout out to the staff at SeaWorld and especially Scott who stayed with me the whole time and told me just what I needed to hear ' nobody knows you here so don't worry'. That is one of the main things I worry about when I have a seizure.
Scott is definitely a one in a million employee!

It's a great place to relax and have fun with your family. Definitely a family place and not a quiet getaway place. Breakfast is very busy and can take some time to be seated, but it's worth it! I'd highly recommend getting park entry included in your stay — it saves a lot of money. Having the monorail to take you to the main entrance of the park or halfway down the park is very handy too.

Great fun for the kids with appropriate attractions. The shows were a hit with the kids. The staff at the resort were polite and helpful. The whole stay was an excellent price with the package we got. The room was nice enough and presented well. It was easy to get around the resort and into seaworld.

The kids had a great time the staff were super friendly and while some were new and still learning they still did their best to help you out. Yes we didn’t have a great view but I didn’t expect it considering the deal we got and how late we booked. We will be back.

Was a decent overnight stay. The room was nicely kept. A better policy in place for the room service would be beneficial to keep the Birdlife away and subsequently the smell. Unfortunately a bunch of attractions were closed for maintenance when we were there. I'm sure it will be great once the renovations are all completed. All the staff were friendly and had smiles on their faces.

Family orientated hotel, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious room, bathroom. Room serviced every day. Cosy balcony with table and chairs. Room safe. Good security. Close to the Sea World Park next door. People staying here have the opportunity to see the Dolphins training in the morning — before the Park opens!

Quite a few staff have very little idea about what's going on and several attractions, such as the kids evening light show are just let downs and seem to have not been maintained. The food has been good but unless you get a, "pink card" 2 for 1 deal then it is EXCESSIVELY expensive to eat here. If you get cocktails make sure they are making them properly, I got a very poorly made one the first time, nothing in it, just ice and cream. But to their credit, when I asked if the barman wanted to try again they made it properly and it was a nice drink. On the good? The other half of the staff are SUPER friendly and helpful and the big plus is that if you get the multi-day pass then having the room so close to seaworld means little ones can come home for a nap and head back out with fresh faces. All in all, if you get a good 2 for 1 type deal then it's a good place to stay, but don't expect the usual standard that you are used to in a resort.

Good family resort, right next to sea world. Room is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, it's not a luxury hotel but get all the basic right. We stayed 4 nights in early May, weather was warm but the water in water park is very cold already so we didn't spend too much time there. Had buffet breakfast and dinner, very inconsistent quality. Overall we had wonderful time Will be back in summer.

Great for families but no good for couples. The buffet breakfast and dinner is good but not great but the kids had lots to choose from. Their front desk set up is confusing with check-in, concierge and activities all in separate locations. Also it can take a while to be seen to when a large group arrives. Right next door to Sea World with access to exclusive resort dolphin shows (see photo).

I went there for a professional event but did enjoy the view, location and families happiness throughout the time. Definitely a place for relaxing and enjoyment no doubt. The expenses can be high as I them visited during school holidays. Overall a nice feeling.

Rooms good, good services, buffet can't keep up with demand especially breakfast, people walking in at later meals with some food already depleted. Free parking is good. Great for kids.

The room is OK for me and my daughter. The buffet is perfect and I really enjoyed it. We had spaghetti in the lobby cafe. However it was spicy and we particularly mentioned 'no spicy at all when ordered because of my little girl. But wat still came with spicy food. We responded to the waitress and she just said it shouldn't be and not even apologize. And the resort is far from everywhere which is lack of public transportation.

I am part of the Queens baton relay team and stayed here 4 nights and is awesome to stay here. Our room is right beside the Broadwater and pool entrance. Food is outstanding and caters for everyone.

Loved staying here with the kids. Beautiful spot on the Gold Coast to stay for a holiday being central to everything. The resort is well presented and awesome with easy access next door to Sea World!

Urgently needs maintenance work to make safe. Obvious electrical and plumbing problems in room. I was electrocuted when using a lamp. No offer of medical assistance. Only moved to another room as I insisted. Next room the air con didn’t work. Staff are rude and disinterested.

Stayed overnight whilst visiting sea world and friends, staff where friendly and helpful. Kids loved the room only issue was no dvd player. Room was clean and tidy, beds are a little short slept with my feet hanging over the end.?

The room looks like the pic exactly. The space is large, bright and clean. However the bed is too soft for me. The breakfast has everything but tastes plant. However the fruit and bakery options are surprisingly wide and good. There is a night light show every 8pm. Kids just love it.

Third time staying at the resort. Staying in a double double. Room is big enough for 2 adults 2 kids. Moved the beds together if you want. It's satisfactory for what you pay. Obviously the selling point is direct access to Sea World and nightly light show water park, perfect for those summer nights. We had an incident of getting sick from the buffet one night and this caused us to waste a day in bed. The staff at the restaurant were very sympathetic and even brought us toast, rice, steam vegetables and tea. As nice a gesture it was we have been turned off the shoreline restaurant and even had planned to attend the seafood night as we had done in the past as it was fantastic but we just can't stomach it. We probably won't stay at SeaWorld resort again either as it has been quite a turn off which disappoints us dearly.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. A bit dated but very convenient. Had a bathroom issue with roof. Staff had it sorted in a matter of hours. Very friendly and professional staff.

Fun for kids with the water park facility and adjoining theme park, staff friendly, but rooms are in need of a Reno, and there's no undercover parking… Would be great if you could stay at a promo rate.

We stayed in the presidential suite which is like a 1 bedroom apartment. Great for the kids cause they had their own sofa bed and we got our own bedroom with a king size bed. Great eating options and water park too.

Rooms are nice and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet is pretty good if your hungry. It's not super close to the rest of the parks but it's not too hard to get around.

Had a great time with a family of four. Resort was pleasant, staff were good but the buildings look a little tired and dated in some of the living areas. Main restaurant was good and the Japanese one was better. Buffet breakfast was well equipped. Pool and kids play areas were well kept, patrolled and comfortable.

Loved being close to theme park but the room we had was very old. No shower curtain. Room walls like paper so the family next door woke us up before 6am. We already had theme park tickets so maybe take that into account with regards to price? I don't believe it is worth $230 a night. Can get cheaper and nicer apartments in surfers for less. But I will finish by saying the staff are lovely and the pool was great for the kids.

Staff all great and generally speaking we had a great stay, however all aspects of the accommodation felt like mutton dressed as lamb. On the surface things are ok, but the buildings and fit out are a bit tired. Didn't affect us too greatly and would recommend, especially to families.

We had a great time at the Sea World Resort. The room was nice and comfy, the staff was amazing. The restaurant was wonderful. We loved having early access to the Sea World and late stay at the pirates cove. We'd love to go back there.

Great resort for families. Located right next door to Sea World theme park. Resort has a great pool amd splash zone for kids. Rooms are clean and decent sized.

Here on the annual staff conference for work. Good functional rooms with 2 comfortable double beds with clean linen. Conveniently placed power points to charge phones and laptops in the room. Room cleaning staff do a great job in making the room fresh each morning. Plenty of choice at the breakfast and dinner buffets although some of the choices can be disappointing. Coffee in the foyer is quiet expensive but your only choice other than the machines available at the breakfast location. The internet though complimentary is heavily throttled so you may be better off tethering off your phone connection.

Great location and perfect family vacation place to stay. Spacious, clean and bright rooms, efficient room service and good amenities. We loved the swimming pool and spa.

Great value if you plan to visit some of the theme parks around the Gold Coast. The resort rate includes entry to various parks and attractions. The kids club/day care is good value too. Staff has been great so far.

A great family friendly resort with friendly, helpful staff. We stayed in a resort queen room which quite comfortably slept 5 people. Loved the extras we got in our package like the dolphin discovery presentation, theme park entry and restaurant discounts.

We stayed here last year (2016) with our 2YO and loved the whole stay. Was always something to do for children and direct access to Seaworld was great. We have already booked to go back with family group. Only negative was the small rooms which were a bit dated and more like a motel style, not sure if there were larger/better rooms available… Kids running around everywhere in the pool area definitely made it a family orientated resort which reminded me of being a kid again. Probably not ideal for people without kids as it would drive you crazy.

Arrived at SeaWorld and booked a pat with the dolphin experience for $50. We were told there was a behind the scenes tour combined with the pat plus photos. We were required to meet at 2.15, however the staff member failed to show until 2.45, leaving us waiting for 30 minutes. There was NO behind the scene tour (as described by the lady taking our money at the gate) we were simply taken out the back where the Dolphins were — a quick photo and then swiftly ushered out again! The experience just wasn't explained correctly at all. My son booked a swim with the Sharks — again, the instructor was running late — leaving us waiting for an extra 40 minutes before he actually got in the water. The park is run down — the signage/directions are disgraceful — and forget buying food — the only real options are at the entry point — everything else throughout the park is under construction with little alternative! The monorail isn't working and the dolphin show is half the show it used to be — and If you book any animal interaction — due to staff delays, you'll miss seeing half the park (especially during peak times). When leaving, we tried to book outback spectacular tickets from the ticket booth — it was 4.50pm — the staff member said no because she closed at 5pm? Oh and all our photos that were supposedly emailed to us from throughout the day that we had ordered — only 1 came through! It was over all, incredibly disappointing and not worth the money!

Always a great place to visit. They do good work with education and awareness for our wild water friends. Right now a lot of works are going on, so it's all a mess.

No impressed with our stay at all. We paid for a double Queen with a veiw. What we got was a substandard room with a smelly toilet, noisy/ dirty aircon and a veiw of the water park. By view I expected waterfront. We were also bottom floor and could hear everything in the room above. No sleep due to hearing footstep on the floor above all night, toilet flushing and shower at 6am followed by more thumping feet. The staff are nice though and room service food is lovely. The resort is in dire need of an upgrade, I have more luxury at home. I was so uphappy with our room, I did not stay the additional with my husband. I came home. He however did not have a choice as he was staying for a work conference on the coast.

This past Saturday evening, I took my mother for mother’s day dinner to Hatsuhana which is located in your resort. Not only was the visibility incredibly poor in your car park, there also happened to be a several potholes on at various parts of your car park! One of which caused my mother to fall over causing several abrasions and cuts to her knee. However what was even more disappointing was the HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE, PATHETIC attitude of Danielle, the manager on duty at the front desk. We were absolutely shocked that she initially REFUSED assistance claiming she could not help my mother until I showed her where the incident occurred! I didn’t know we had to enter a negotiation with your staff just to get a couple of bandages! All we wanted was the wound to be cleaned and band aids to be applied so we could be on our way to dinner! After surveying the area of incident and looking at the large hole in the ground in YOUR CARPARK, she claimed it is not her or Sea World’s responsibility?!? Really? I made the point to her that unsafe areas should have been cordoned off or at least customers should be given a warning of the hazards. At that point she became even more argumentative. Not once did she ask if my mother was okay or offered any apologies. Eventually we just gave up as she was clearly not interested in providing the needed first aid and we made our way to dinner at Hatsuhana, with the wound still untreated on my mother’s knee.

Greeted by a grumpy woman on entry, we finally got our $90 dollar ticket for what we quickly found out is really 30 dollars of value. This park is a real mess. Walk ways that lead to nothing, open areas of nothing and it doesn't appear to me that they've upgraded anything in years beyond a few rides. When you're not trying to figure out if you've walked into a back lot somewhere, you'll be bleeding money — this comes in the form of disgusting overpriced food which tastes like trash — wanna dip your overpriced deep-fried cardboard in tomato sauce — that will cost you extra, how are you planning on paying for your deep-fried cardboard? chances are you'll be slugged an extra 1.7% even using pay pass! Want to go on a ride yet have a bag or sun glasses? you better cough up that change sunshine as they won't let you on a ride if you don't pay to put those suckers in a locker. Don't worry though, they'll be sure to let you know when you near the front of the line after a 45 minute wait. The service was disgusting, from the minute we bought our entry tickets, until the moment moment we purchased our food. Even the poor polar bear is miserable. Save your money and go to a local aquarium.

Our visit was just out of school holidays. Queues for rides were more than reasonable around 15 minutes. As always the place was clean and staff friendly. Kids had a ball. We got our tickets quite cheap thanks to a Groupon voucher which made the othrwise exorbitant price of food and drink bearable. 4 out of 5 stars.

Visited sea world with the kids (ages 7 and 3). We had a great time. Nickelodeon land was great for the youngest, and plenty of shows and other things to keep the eldest amused. Theme park passed are a good way to go if you're planning to visit multiple parks. One pass can get you into sea world, movie world and wet and wild. As with all theme parks, the food is pricy. We ate lunch at the new Wharfside bar and, while expensive, the portions were large and food was decent.

It's a great theme park for all age groups. One thing you must prepare before hand is food and snacks. The quality, the price and the odd timings of stalls might leave you a hungry crook after a long day. I have been caught unaware when the Pizza place was shut at 3 pm. Then next time on Good Friday the Dockside Tavern kitchen was shut.

Educational. Entertaining. The kids loves this place. It takes perhaps 2-3 hours to tour around the area. Definitely it is a must attraction to see when in Gold Coast. It might be worth bringing your own food if you are budget conscious.

SeaWorld is an enjoyable few hours. I think you would struggle to be entertained from open to close here. For adults, there are only two good rides (Jet Rescue and Storm Coaster), all other rides are aimed at kids or old and disappointing (Log Flume). The animal exhibits and enclosures are interesting and well themed. I did not see the animal shows as I do not believe animals should be made to perform for our entertainment. I hope SeaWorld Gold Coast cotton on to changing public opinion and end these performances.

SeaWorld Resort is a great option for families when visiting the Gold Coast. Being attached to the SeaWorld park means you can come and go, making your visit much more relaxing and not rushed. The rooms are adequate whilst slowly dating, but you spend very little time in them anyway. Just a place to rest your head. Lots of amenities, shops and entertainment nearby, friendly staff, great location. Will visit again.

Really enjoyed seaworld. Plenty to see and do. Even for the younger kids. Shows were fun and the rides were decent… The only thing that lets it doen is the price of food and drinks. If that was affordable then it would have been 5 stars.

Attended Sea World for a Conference over the weekend which included an overnight stay. Conference facilities were fantastic, well laid out, easily accessible when required to move from room to room and the food service provided was exceptional. As for the accommodation I found the room to be very comfortable with all my requirements met. The front staff and bar staff were very friendly. Enjoyed my stay and will be back.

We only went to the SeaWorld theme park, the new kids themed ride section was excellent, most rides available to children accompanied by an adult. Fast turn around on rides, but limited areas for parents to wait and watch. However large parts of the theme park are unused or in a state of disrepair, the entire waterslide park seems to be permenantly shuttered.

Sea World, the venue, not the resort hotel, is looking shabby, is confused about what it wants to be (with rollercoasters alongside marine exhibits) has dodgy animatronics, terrible souvenir shops, no decent signage, and a tendency to exploit huge prices for the smallest of things throughout the park. But, everything for the animals in the park looked fantastic and they clearly put all efforts behind that. The staff were friendly and the trainers/keepers very knowledgeable too. That aspect of the park was amazing, just forget the commercial stuff.

Not a big fan of sea world lately. Its good for kids if you like seeing penguin and dolphins but terrible for rides. Queues were insane and the only good ride "the Bermuda triangle" was removed. Poor job Sea World. I don't know how you can justify charging people 90 odd dollars for a couple of hours of entertainment and over crowded queues.

The premises are really good. The customer service at the front desk was nice. However some staff at the stores were rude (Hamburger store). The tavern does not have access for disabled people and they let us set everything up before telling us that the kitchen was close. All stores closes before the actual time. We couldn't buy anything from 4.20 onwards while the park closes at 5:00.

Cool here, but turned a lot of h2o suddenly mermaid (or h2o just add water).

What for food they have ther? I have gluten alergie.
