Very unhygienic, dirty, don’t stay here especially if you get stuck in a budget room.

Great location, a little dirty but worth the amount that you pay for.

Terrible is an understatement, unit and stairs smell, mould in the shower, sand all over the lounge, front door handle hanging off, balcony door cannot close fully and cannot lock, rear door in the foyer broken and does not lock, dust hanging from lights and ceiling $160 a night is a rip off and they then say if you leave the unit dirty we will debut you $50!

The entire building is old and needs major updating. Room was disgusting — old and dirty. Stayed one night, only because we had to, then got our money back and went elsewhere. Would definitely not recommend.

It has very good services, rooms are great. But the beach front location is the best thing.

Excellent beach front location on the quite stretch of Surfers paradise. Not very plush, but location makes up for everything. Good sized balcony and ocean views from everywhere in apartment. They have direct access to beach.

Filthy, broken air con, rubbish management. Avoid.

The only thing good about the unit was the location apart from that it was filthy, blown lights, Windows wouldn't stay up had to prop them open with broom sticks main bedroom had sign on cupboard sorry for the inconvenience but door is beyond repair as it hung on 1 hinge, main balcony door wouldn't lock which was ridiculous considering we had a 3 yr old and we're 8 story's up.

Yeah nothing you'd expect, just a regular hotel you reckon, very wrong, would stay again.

Hi me and my husband stayed in july this year we found the hotel quite good in cleaness and bed was very comfortable and the veiw was fanastic could hear the waves it was great the staff were freindly and it was next to the beach which was good the only problem I had was there was no exhust fan for kitchen and no celing fan in our room and otherwise it is a great hotel for the price.

Management has changed. Nil customer service. This was our 4th time here and will be the LAST. Booked a specific room (beach side) weeks prior to arriving to be given a totally different room. Management had their copy of booking confirmation crossed out in pen with no explanation except sorry, nothing we can do. Reception staff with zero grasp of English language. Room given had cleanliness of a third world brothel. Place stinks. Shower has its own ecosystem. Carpet has consistency of a Fitzroy pub on a friday night. Doors broken. Blinds broken. Everything covered in a greasy film of dust. Kitchen and laundry appliances antiquated. Aircon not working. List goes on. Do not stay here.

It is right on the beach which is awesome. We got a 2 bedroom apartment and had views that were million dollar. The place itself is looking a bit tired, but location and views are 10 out of 10. For a family this is great value.

Stayed there the first time I went to Surfers, and made sure I stayed there the next visit and the next… made me happy!

Beautiful views, central location on the beach front. Units could use some maintenance but great place to spend a week or so.
