Excellent family oriented accomodation! The pool villas are ideal for having quick and easy access to their pool facilities with a slide that entertains the kids for hours! Another fan stay here!

This is a great place to stay. We stayed in a villa. They often have entertainment & food trucks on a weekend, when the park is busy. The waterslide is great for the big kids & adults, while the small pool is great for the younger ones. There is a playground to keep the kids entertained for a bit as well. Thumbs up for this place.

Great people who run the place. There's a water slide in the pool. Everything is close by. The beach is across the road, walking distance. My family have enjoyed this weekend.

Wonderfull family orientated place too stay few things could of been fixed in our room but otherwise was lovely we all had a great time and was gated so we new the children where fine.

Nice park, staff are helpful, offered to guide our van on site. Not too far from surfers paradise but busy place in January. Next time we'll go not in school holidays.

Really small, you fell that all of the campers are cramped into a backyard. There’s no privacy at all due to the fact that every body is next to each other. They have a 24 hrs kitchen “fridge, hot water, toaster, bbq and stove” all gate are secured with PIN number as well as for the doors. Showers are not bad as well as for the toilet. They have a lundry room but I hadn’t the chance to check it out. 5mins to Resturant by walking. And 3 mins for bus station which is plus. Bus fare for 2 hrs period is 4.70 AUD. It will take you around 25-35 mins to Broadbeach. They don’t have unpowered sites. I paid 47 AUD per night for one adult. The Wi-Fi is 900 mb per booking. They have activities.

Lovely place to stay with the family or kids loved the heated pool and waterside our accommodation was great for our size family and very clean kids also loved the bunk beds 5 star friendly staff & the grounds are kept so lovely.

Love this place. Handy for pubs & restaurants. Also bus to Gold Coast or Tweed Heads. Oh and the Surf club & the beach. Give it a go.

Great place, studio room (queen bed + bunk beds) was perfect for our family of 3 but the queen bed was a bit of a hard sleep but other than that great amenities and facilities, friendly staff, on the main road which is great for ease of access to public transport, a few shops and food selection + beach is about 300m away walking distance.

Great caravan park! Has everything you need in one place. Its truly condo camping though as your neighbours are a stone throw away, and coming from Canada that’s a major adjustment when it comes to camping. The pool area was recently renovated too, and a great place for kids to play around.

Management are nothing but rude disgusting and just out right dogs! Rooms are dank and filthy and nothing like advertised. No kitchenette. Cockroaches every where. Ammenities block was dirty and unhygienic NO HOT WATER either. Wouldn't let my dog stay here. I paid for 2 nights and packed up and left the next morning after having words with management in which the police were involved. No refund either. Rip off merchants!

Facilities lovely and clean. Not very welcoming for visitors no parking except along the road. Very secure. Had to pay for stay prior to going would not accept a deposit and pay on arrival and not a very busy time of year. Pool wasn't heated thought it would have been with cooler weather.

Worst place we have ever stayed — AVOID! Having stayed at "Holiday Parks" all over Australia with our children, and having backpacked all over the world… we can quite honestly say this is THE WORST place we have ever stayed, and this is reflected in the low vacancy rates of the place for a weekend in February. We were put in a cabin directly opposite the male toilet/shower block which is lit up with huge fluorescent lights all night long, and shines directly into the cabin, despite the blinds which are inadequate. We got NO sleep the first night due to the light shining directly in, so went to reception when it opened to ask if we could please be moved to a different cabin (as there were many many other vacant cabins available). The woman (Anna) on reception was beyond rude and has no concept of the term "customer service". She basically laughed in our face and said we were making it up and refused to move us as she said she didn't want to arrange for the room to be cleaned, and that no one else had ever had a problem (despite there being evidence, of which I have photographs, of previous guests having tried to tape the blinds down to help alleviate the problem). We were a young family who were clearly exhausted and distressed but no help was given — all our requests to move rooms were refused, our requests to speak to the manager directly ourselves were refused, our requests for a refund of the remaining night to go somewhere else were refused.

This was one of the worst holidays ever, walked into cabin and floor was dirty, bunk beds unmade and it was smelly! Tried to overlook it and enjoy our stay but it got worse, Wi-Fi didn't work, the sinks kept backing up (gross) and when the cleaners came to change the linen midweek I asked for a mop and bucket to wash the floor… they were obviously scared to give me one but told the manager who very rudely asked me why… I said because the floor was filthy and he became very rude… dropped one off so I could mop the floor but left it for 3 more days… office staff need training in customer care not very good at their job at all… and don't believe the photo gallery…

We managed to get a last minute deal, found on Facebook, we booked a deluxe Seaview room for myself, husband and two kids. The rooms were just perfect for our family, very clean and supplied everything we needed. Close to the shops for brunch or a few grocery items and walking distance to the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful, so happy we booked this last minute as I was a bit apprehensive as to a few other negative comments regarding this holiday park, but it has exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Truly great staff and the second time we will be spending Christmas here at Nobbys beach with the kids playing in pool and on scooters. Our cabin is smaller this year BUT still feel the warmth and comfort as always. Truly a must say for any family or couple. This year for pre christmas they have a live band and face painting for the kids AND a pizza cart. Wow! love it.

Wouldn't waste another cent there. Mining style accommodations to be generous. Dirty, very small, noisy air con. Pool only OK with limited shade, Staff constantly watching, Don't trust website photos. Will NOT be back.

Fantastic caravan park. Wonderful pool and slide for adults and children. Fantastic camp kitchen, always clean and tidy, wonderful utilities. The friendliest staff. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

If a poolside villa is your thing. Enjoy a bed the Flintstones would consider soft, and a clown with a petrol powered blower/vac @ 8.00am. Yes, a very memorable first morning here.

Love this place, we stay here any time we are at the gold coast. Awesome cabins, play area and a pool with a water slide, very reasonable pricing. What more could you want? Highly recommended for any family.

A great place to stay. My family and I spent about 4 nights in one of the villas and I have to say it was well worth our money. The villa was spotless with comfortable amenities. We especially liked the fact that this place was a stone throws away from the beach and a few minutes drive from Surfers Paradise and the awesome theme parks. The only annoying thing about this place would have to be the main gate and the constant swiping. Sometimes the key card worked and sometimes it didn't, but other than that, I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for an affordable place to stay that's also close to all the fun!

Very friendly welcome. Everything was explained clearly without going over the top. We were told we could come to the office if we wanted to know about something or if we had a problem. We asked about the trains. We were given lots of helpful advice, a timetable and directions to the station. It was really helpful having the guy meet us and give directions for backing into the site. The toilets are immaculate. The laundry is reasonably priced and there are several clothes lines.

Had a magnificent time here and met some wonderful people. The facilities are well maintained except the men's showers need an upgrade and the pool area could use additional attractions for the children.

My family and I had a great time here. The water slide was great for the kids as well as the playgrounds, bbq were clean and amenities were great! We stayed in a villa which was quite clean and modern. Only down side was that the bunk bed mattresses were very hard! Over all great family holiday :-)

Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere (caravan park or other) possibly ever. We were charged full price for the only space in the park that was under a massive tree which required cutting back. We had branches, nuts Ect falling on our caravan the whole time as well as bats droppings all over our roof. They proceeded to lob the tree about 2 hours before check out time on the day we were leaving with a cherry picker cutting large branches over our caravan with branches and other debris coating both our vehicle and caravan. When confronted the manager came out to tell the arborists to stop like he didn't know what was happening. Although he was the one that granted them access into the security code access gate and gave them permission to begin work while our caravan was still there. No apologies, nothing. Terrible service. We also had extenuating circumstances that meant we required to depart 1.5 hours after the official check out time. They were extremely unaccomodating and also told us it wasn't possible due to the tree cutting… That they had already begun before we left anyway. Absolute joke. There are so many parks on the gold coast I absolutely wouldn't not recommend staying at Nobbys tourist park. Rude and could not care less about your experience, just getting your $43/night.

Cabins were so clean and comfortable. Rooms are modern and reception were nothing but accommodating to our needs. Location is not the best but otherwise a good experience.

I love the waterslide. The tent sites could be a touch bigger but seems adequate.

We are now BLOCKED from their Facebook for writing on there post the truth. So they like to hide what really happens! We will NEVER BE BACK! First family holiday nearly ruined! Where do I start. They let us arrive early so we were excited. But upon arriving no eletricity until 4pm on the signs. NOONE told me when I rang the day before or on the morning before we arrived (but they put it on their Facebook page when I talked to them upon checking out the next day. Who the hell checks Facebook when going o a holiday? ) They gave us a free bag of ice to keep our stuff cold. Which didn't end up mattering as electricity was off till 8pm. We got a standard cabin was clean but so warn out. Tiny bathroom. Screen broken in bathroom and floor drain could see the outside ground so ants were coming inside as they pleased. Door was extremely hard to lock and unlock. The neighbours even said everything is sh*t when I couldn't open my door (should have ran then) Water Slide wasn't working as the eletricity was off. And then realized the kids weren't even high enough to go on it anyways needed to be 1.2m high. Smokers on both sides of the cabin was disgusting. And deck faced out so we had no way of getting away from it unless we went inside and shut up all windows and doors. Electricity was put back on at approx 8pm when the kids were alseep and men had to come in and out if the room to check if it was working and fix what wasnt.

We had a great time there. The facilities are clean and new and there is a pool with a slide you can use anytime. The staff was was friendly. The Wi-Fi was for free and working in the whole area.

Upon entry handed a note to inform of power outage for a whole day… walked in to find screen door wouldnt lock: day of no power. The unit very stuffy and hot due to having main door shut (3) young children had to be kept inside. The only window handle very hard to open. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Syringe found on top of cabinet. Broken perspex in garden… Manager John offered to give us 2 nights free in upgraded villa based on availability to come back sometime soon we are just about to check out and hope they keep to this promise so our next trip can be a hell of a lot better than this one.

Rang ahead to book a one night stay and was told that was fine, but when we arrived the lady at the desk told us she had no vacancies and gave the last one away to someone else while we were standing there. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. One of the reasons we called before we arrived was to avoid this happening.

Great place to stay clean modern, and has all facilities needed. Huge pool with a slide and very secure location. We stopped here on our way up the coast and made sure we did again on the way down.

Nice place but the management are rude and john is I suspect a pediphile as I saw him on several occasions innapropriatley touching a young girl DONT EVER BRING YOUR KIDS HERE Lovely place however the manager john has a preference for little girls I witnessed him inappropriatly touching a little girl near the pool toilets. And both him and his wife are absolutely ruse to customers. Dont ever bring children here its not worth the risk he should be locked up the deviant. I heard him say to a little girl you are a sailors dream because u have a sunken chest. What kind of family holiday park manager says shit like that to a little girl. Pig.

Superbly located, fantastic friendly helpful staff, clean large sites and great rates when booking for extended periods of time. Cannot recommend higher — simply fantastic.

This holiday village was so cute and the hospitality of the staff is great. I love the space I had to do things with my family. The pool made for a fantastic place to refresh ourselves after going to the ocean. Nobby Beach Holiday Village was close to the beach and shops. The accommodation was good, even though we had some electricity problems. I suggest Nobby Beach holiday Village for anyone who wants a good time.
