Really carefully with this hostel, Especially the overseas peoples! Hi, everyone I’ve got a sad and bully experience in this hostel Couples days ago with the reception guys, I explain it : I came from Brisbane during the weekend to have some fun in Gold Coast and I booked one night in shared room, first impression everything’s ok. I went to the room, there was one guys already in this room, As an person who’s like talking, we did know each other, and we went to get some drinks, once we came in hostel again. My shared room mate broke the gate, And then they kick him out, that’s something understandable…. They knew already I met this guys in the hostel So that wasn’t my story So after that I went out and then when I came in hostel again around 4am in that was the best story in my life The reception Change instantly with me I didn’t understand straight way The conversation with him was :
Reception : He asked me if I knew the guys before.
Me: Respond was (Nope, that was my first time to meet him)
Reception : Do you have his number phone?
Me : Yes, I do have his number. Why?
Reception : If you don’t give me his number, I gonna kick you out as well.
Me : why? I’m not responsable in what he did, you should have all information about him, this not my personal problem
Reception to me : look at you I wanna slap you on you face (Provocation)
Me: why are you treat me like that? (misunderstandings)
Reception : Let’s go get take you stuff up You’re not gonna sleep here
Me : Ok it’s fine but I wanna get my refund.
Reception : I’m gonna give you half of the refund
At this end of the story
I didn’t get my refund back And there’s no trust on them anymore It’s unacceptable treat the customers like that … And I know already (They are not gonna recognize it) everyones should to really carefully with this hostel)
