Had a lovely two night stay. Arrived early but we were able to get in which was great. Rooms very tidy and clean. The area is in a great spot, close to the beach and many great restaurants. Local surf club just around the corner. Will definately be back. Recommend staying here.

We love this place. It's clean, hospitable and close to everything you need including the beach. We've stayed here twice and look forward to the next visit.

We had a lovely four day break away. Great accommodation, nice n spacious n clean. Staff were friendly and offered extra hospitality, thank you! We will be back, might bring the rest of the family, kids will love the pool. We certainly did. Walking distance to the surf club with great meals. Highly recommend.

Stayed at Mermaid Beach Park View for 2 nights starting from August 29th. And my, I couldn't be happier! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The manager was friendly and approachable. Mermaid beach was literally 2 minutes walk from the location, my friend and I had a blast swimming in the open sea while enjoying the magnificent scenery. Would highly recommend staying at this place!

We stayed for two nights over the Christmas holidays. This place is very neat and clean with a beautiful pool and spa. It is close to the beach and some bars and cafes. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again. The manager was friendly and helpful. The only downside was the unreliable internet. Most of the time there was no internet available but when it became available it was fast until it stopped again.

We really enjoyed our two-night stay this week. Rooms were great value, with balcony, comfortable seating, up-to-date TV, and facilities for cooking. Very short walk to the beach — and while it was a bit more effort to get to other locations without a car — this probably meant a more relaxed and quiet location away from the busy hotels. Thank you to Terry and Trisha for helping us with our extra needs like the fold out couch, ensuring we were able to check-in out of office hours, and storing baggage before our flights. This made a big difference. Thanks again!

A beautiful resort with a Italy vibe really nice managers so close to everything. A sauna a heated spa, undercover parking, surf club membership. Clean neat and tidy.

I really enjoyed my 5week stay. Terry and Trisha are by far the sweetest managers, they so helpful and super nice. Walking everywhere was such a treat, beach its so close by, public transport and the french bakery 5mins walk its the bomb. Everything about this place rocks but furniture its a little outdated.

If your looking for a non-smoking complex with great value for money and friendly staff you need not look any further. Terry and Trish were fabulous hosts and catered for our every need and more. The location is sublime and only a few minutes walk to the beach, buses and trams. Fantastic BBQ entertaining area, pool and spa, even has a sauna. The rooms were the cleanest I have stayed in and the apartments roomy and very functional. I simply didnt experience any negatives. Well done Terry and Trish you have acquired a new repeat customer. Fantastic place to stay. Situated perfectly, close to the beach, entertainment, shopping, cafes, restaurants and parks. Being so close to public transport is handy and with the new tram system opening soon the travel possibilities are endless. The rooms are clean, tidy and have modern furnishings throughout. A lovely outdoor area with pool, spa, sauna and bbqs too. The on-site managers Terry and Trisha we friendly and helpful. The perfect place to stay on the Gold Coast!
