Enjoyed a lovely evening with proper excellent background music last Friday night. Food, drinks & service excellent.

Buffet breakfast. Very good range of breakfast foods. Friendly and attentive staff, excellent service. Spacious dining areas.

We’ve stayed here 3 times over the last few years and couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s out of town, so nice and quiet, but only a twenty minute walk to Urangan Pier and Hervey Bay Botanical Gardens. It’s right across the road from the boat harbour, so great if you’re going whale watching. They offer a buffet breakfast and the on site restaurant has great food. We have always had friendly service, the pool and spa are great, and the rooms are modern, spacious and clean. Highly recommend, and we can’t wait to return.

Staff were super friendly and so helpful. The 2 bedroom suite was so amazing. Spacious, tastefully decorated and fittings were all quality. Will definitely stay again.

Went here just for the breakfast. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and such a great price. $15 for a buffet breakfast that includes everything you can think of. Staff were great and very friendly and also offered pool facility's to us after breakfast. Will definitely be back again. 2 stars from me.

Nice hotel, good restaurant, friendly staff. People being allowed to smoke on their balconies means there's cigarette smoke wafting onto your balcony and into the room many times per day though. There is no shade over the pool so that puts you off going in the pool during the day.

It's OK. Reasonably priced. Nice clean rooms. Conference room downstairs needs a big revamp. Looking very old and dated. Restaurant never seems to be open for lunch but The Boat Club is within walking distance.

Very nice, would definitely stay again. Also has a great restaurant which we had two evening meals at. The staff were warm and friendly. Very helpful.

Customer Service was great right to the near end. I say near end because the serving of entree followed by main meals were perfect. Unfortunately it did take longer after our dinner plates were collected before dessert was served. But overall everything about the night: the meals, the service, staff were helpful. Thank you Smokey Joes for celebrating Valentine's day with us ❤

Great place, clean and modern, well located in a quieter part of Hervey Bay. Fantastic safe pool, happy hour everyday 5 pm till 6pm 5$ drinks. Restaurant, great decor, friendly staff, food is good, and nicely presented. If hotel is full parking is inadequate, and restaurant closes early. For the price, rooms are great, all have balcony, big bathrooms, fridge is almost not worth mentioning, it really is tiny. Front office staff very efficient and friendly.

Absolutely perfect. Our room was spotlessly clean. Staff were really nice and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent. Will be going back for sure.

Great hotel, clean with pool delicious restaurant in quiet location. One of the top 5 on our trip to Australia. We will certainly come back.

Good room. Friendly service. Food was ok and could be the main downfall and need for improvement. The location was central. I liked that they offered free bikes to ride around. Unfortunately they needed some servicing to make them a little more user friendly. The pool looked really nice as well.

Great place, friendly helpful staff, massive pool and an awesome restaurant that does room service from their full menu to your room at no extra charge. The food is probably the best I have eaten at any hotel! The seafood hot pot was the best.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. We stayed at 3 different hotels during our trip and this was not only our favorite, but also the cheapest! The pool is lovely and all the rooms have a balcony overlooking it. The bed is comfy, the room spacious, and toilet facilities modern and comfortable. We ordered room service our first night and all the food was fantastic. Parking and check in were easy and the front staff was incredibly friendly. 5 star service for the price of a 3 star hotel. Definitely recommended!

Wow this was a great place to stay. Walked in asked for a room gave us a great deal so we stayed an extra night. Great parking. Awesome breakfast buffet heated spa great pools. Warm enough even for night swimming with kids under the stars. The room was gorgeous couldn't ask for more! Had everything! Even tons of free movies. Very family friendly. Very clean, nice relaxing room. Food buffet for breakfast is excellent. People are very approaching and helpful. Will highly recommend to everyone.

Reception was very helpful, free bicycles to use while staying was a bonus, room was clean and tidy, little bit of morning noise facing the road though. Weird double doors to enter your room? Nice pool for lazing around on a good day. It's a fair distance from the main happenings in Hervey bay, so you will need a car or catch taxis around (or utilise the bicycles). The boat club across the road is the only decent feed nearby. Overall positive stay, would recommend for a short stay.

Went with a party of eight to Smokey Joes café. Everyone was totally impressed with their meals. The seating outdoors was very relaxing and an excellent time was had with friends.

Friendly Staff Buffet Breakfast is always tasty and plenty of choices. Will return again and tell friends. Definitely worth the visit down for breaky.

Food good. Room good. Was unimpressed with a request for assistance with airconditioning that went unresolved.

Went to Hervey Bay to go whale watching. Our overnight stay was great. Nothing to fault.

Smokey Joes loved it The place is cool. Now the cinemas at boat club are convenient.

This place is clean and comfortable but two major issues we had were 1) No availability of twin beds despite booking and 2) No working Wi-Fi. Whilst there is a very convoluted Wi-Fi system that requires your TV to be on at all times to use Wi-Fi, it doesn't actually work. On speaking to reception we were advised this was common and there was nothing they could do as the problem was with their external provider. That unfortunately makes the hotel unusable for business and for overseas travelers who would not have access to a mobile backup. EDIT: Manager called up and apologized for Wi-Fi issues and check in problem. Issue may have been with Expedia. Great response!

Loved it here! Booked for two nights and stayed for four. I didn't really want to leave. The super helpful and friendly staff arranged a great room. Rooms and facilities here are very modern. Loved the room layout and balcony of 1212. Will definitely come back here.

They are very spacious rooms that are keep clean and tidy, over looking a large pool and a spa. Beautiful place to stay and is very kid friendly.

Average service. Pillows are hard and beds uncomfortable. I have stayed twice and won't return. Made the mistake of eating at the restaurant both times.

Lovely room, great location. Good value for money. Only stayed one night, but will definitely be back.

Worst night ever. Could not sleep for the noise till 1.00am from a room two below. Could not contact reception or the night duty manager. Bathroom door squeaked like a ghost motel, mould under the fridge and to top that off, at breakfast found a bug in the yogurt and the food was that greasy it is a wonder it stayed on the plate. Will try the place across and over the road next time. Morning duty manager said sorry but did not offer any compensation for the lousy stay.

I have been here a few times and before it changed hands it was great, I found them to be really slack considering their star rating, I was insulted a few times and when your spending 4 to 5 k with a place you expect the royal treatment, I will not go back who ever brought this has no idea oh they seem to have a hornet problem there were nests every where in door ways on the walls I stayed for 3 weeks on a holiday they did not clean the room I had to ask them for a broom. On a short stay it may be ok but not for a few weeks. definately a decline on previous management.

Very very good Hotel indeed. Immaculate rooms (at June 2015) and very friendly welcome from Bec (iirc). Ideal for couples, but over the Queens Birthday weekend there were some children there too. Tip: If you want more peace and quiet, perhaps request a room at the far end of the complex away from the Bar and Pool Jacuzzi, where there can be a little noise later at night. Not a problem for us, however. Great breakfasts (included in the price) too.

Stayed over Christmas and it was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and nice. 5 star if they could do medium instead of well-done on the meat.

Stay Away! I definately won't be returning here. Front desk staff were so rude. I'm sure there are better options in town for accommodation in Hervey Bay.

Spectacular we had a really great time. Great service and good food, friendly staff and would recommend to all.

Driving back to Brisbane we chose to book into the Ramada Harvey Bay for 1 night in a One Bedroom Suite for myself, husband and teenager daughter. Because it was still summer and very hot and humid, we advised the staff it was paramount that we had a room with airconditioning because of our daughters rare lung illness (nothing too much to ask for as coolness and electricity was necessary for her machine). We checked into the room, very pleasant and clean. Looked around Hervey for an hour or two but had to head back to the resort as daughter was getting weak. We went straight to dinner around the pool to have our meal smothered with the hotel staff using the pool's gazebo as a smoking quarters which was only 20m away. Unfortunately our complaint got us only evil stares and one rude comment from staff once the immature Chef blabbed to them (very unprofessional). As the smoking was affecting our daughter, we went straight to our room to find that the room's remote and TV remote werent working, hence, we couldnt get the airconditioning to work. As the room was getting hotter and hotter, we rang reception ASAP to get someone to fix the problem. We were advised that it was night time and they couldnt get someone until the next morning. As her medical problem was starting to get severe, my husband rushed down stairs to be greeted by noone, the phone was being answered by some company outside of the Resort!
