Great Facilities, close to everything that makes The Valley the place to Visit.

A real hidden gem. Personal, friendly staff. Rooms are wonderfully spacious, fully equipped for long stays/self catering, furnishings & amenities top quality and all in excellent condition. Won’t be staying anywhere else when in Brisbane — great location so many eateries so close to Gasworks & James St.
Other hotel chains should take note! … and Mr Perry when can we see one in another state …

Beautiful clean, well presented apartments with almost everything you need. Great amenities, lighting and plenty of cupboard space in the bathroom.
Spacious kitchen and living area with a small balcony. Parking was easy
The rooftop pool and outdoor area are perfect and inviting.
Reception staff are absolutely wonderful and helpful.
If only there was king size beds.

Fabulous Luxury Hotel, fitted out with everything I need. Comfortable bed, lots of space, beautiful rooftop area & pool. Parking on site. Just great overall.

Beautiful rooms and amazing staff.

We had a fabulous stay for my birthday in August, there were 5 couples & the staff did their best to accommodate most of us on the same floor. I loved the fact that I had quality hair appliance at my fingertips & did have to pack my own, how wonderful! The room was stunning & verandah was very private. The roof top bbq & entertainment area was fantastic & we had such a wonderful weekend there! I highly recommend a full weekend stay here. We will be back.

When we arrived l felt very uncomfortable as l wasn’t even greeted by the man at the front deck. Not only this, but my children weren’t offered any help with the bags that had to moved from our car to the room. The trolley was quite hard to navigate, so we’d assumed they would get some level of help. However this help never arrived. And as we left a few days later we didn’t receive a good bye or safe trip. I do not believe I will ever stay at The Alex Perry Hotel again.

We had a great experience at The Alex perry apartments. Check in was easy. Rooms are huge and have everything you need. Very stylish and clean. Balconies a bonus. And it’s in a great location. Roof top pool was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing room. Well a suite really. Huge bedroom good bathroom. Full size fridge stove microwave.

Poor service when getting your deposit back nice rooms but bad checkout service.

Spent a week in one of their executive apartments and I have nothing bad to report. The apartment was in excellent condition during my stay it was maintained to that level. The room had everything I could need for both a business/person stay. Washer, dryer and clothes steamer. I would stay here again, no doubt.

Great stay both times we've been there. Nice pool area, rooms have great facilities, kitchen stocked with all the expected utensils and tools. Comfortable bed and the nice bonus of ghd hairstyling tools being provided so you don't have to travel with your own.

DON'T GET RIPPED OFF! Booked online at 189 dollars a night staying one night I get to the check in counter to be told that the room is now 200 dollars and also a 200 dollar "holding fee" is required. This "holding fee" is not mentioned anywhere online either via booking site nor the hotels own website. So when asked why my room is now an extra 211 dollars the response I got was "it's just our policy there's nothing I can do". Well I'll tell you what you can do with your policy you can shove it squarely up your Perry. Bloody ridiculous don't get ripped off by these pricks.

— que was several deep at reception, attempted check in approx 4-5pm on a Friday… rooms not ready, offered and left with breakfast vouchers. — $200 charged to credit card as security (5th Jan), amount is still pending on my credit card (12th Jan) … I'd appreciate a little more trust as a client please. — room was modest, neither good nor bad… perfectly fine for a few hours sleep.

I like the security at check in, felt very safe at the hotel, no one walking around who should not be there. Rooftop pool just gorgeous at 6am, room was large with the most comfortable bed ever. Nice separate bedroom, large lounge area, small balcony but very private. All good in kitchen and large fridge. Great location across from Emporium and short walk to James St. Cleaning not so good but apart from that, all good.

Very well appointed hotel in a great location. Serves as a great launch point into the city and ready access to the valley. Clean, comfortable and the right place. I'll certainly be staying here again.

Rooms were excellent and spacious. Only downside is you can only get to your level with your key. We had family on a different floor and it was difficult at times to get to their room. But overall a very good hotel.

Stay at the APH often and love it! Staff are friendly. Rooms are great. Rooftop area is lovely. Just wish the beds were a little bigger.

Located close to brisbane city and right in the middle of New Farm. Food and retails walking distance. The rooms have a fresh new style. Very comfortable for a couple night out. The only downside is the no swipe card access for the parking entry or exit that does need to be addressed.

This hotel is great in terms of location, rooftop amenities such as pool, bbq and artificial grass areas. Gym looked decent too. Room was nice and you get all the necessities. It's not top notch, but it's definitely great value.

Lovely sized studio apartment — we were there for one night and it was in the perfect location for the venue we were visiting. Room had gorgeous furnishings and a full kitchen. Very clean. I have stayed in other hotels in the area but this one was so quiet — no street noise at all. Roof top pool area very relaxing.

Nice, modern, clean however book via the website which included a restaurant amenities. Get here only to find no food provided on site due to Reno’s… still the same price thou.

Room was very noisy. There is very poor sound insulation in the rooms. There isn't much insulation built into the building structure to reduce noise. I had the curtains closed, the interior door closed, however I woke up several times in the night from external noise. Advice to management: install better sound deadening in the room like thicker curtains, baffles hanging from the ceiling that help reduce the sound in the room. Maybe even hang things on the walls which assist with deadening sound. Apart from that rooms are clean, service good, close to good food.

Spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated rooms. I have stayed here a few times now, and it is in a good location close enough to restaurants, bars and nightclubs without being right in the middle of it. Reception staff are always accommodating and helpful. There is paid parking on offer here also, and there is an allowance of free Wi-Fi.

Nice & spacious serviced apartments in a good location. Very close to cafes, bars & restaurants and a short uber ride to South bank. A bit frustrating that we had to upgrade to a two bedroom apartment purely because we have our 4yo with us — the one bedroom apartments has adequate space to accommodate us and this was an added cost we would have preferred to avoid. Other than that, service has been good and rooms are modern and clean.

Wow our room on the 11th floor was amazing I could live there, the roof top was amazing and staff were friendly, we will be back.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The roof top is simply stunning and the food is to die for. Will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great weekend get away.

Perfect location for where we wanted to be. Roof top space is well thought out and welcoming. Room 610 good view and quiet. Would recommend. Couldn't fault it.

Alex Perry Hotel is a very clean, modern hotel with courteous, friendly, helpful staff — especially the restaurant. Rooms including kitchenette were well presented and functional. Rooftop is amazing! Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. Would be my choice of stay when visiting Brisbane again.

Thanks for the upgrade. Parking was only $12/day. Decor in the room was very dark and 'masculine'. Great range of Foxtell programs although, no recording or live pause available… this was a bummer as I wanted to record a program and watch it when I returned from dinner. Restaurant downstairs, Delfinia's was expensive although, service was exceptional — yoghurt with fruit wasn't great and had consistency as though it had gelatine in. Following morning for breakfast, decided to order something which 'couldn't go wrong', scrambled egg on toast (nothing else as I'm vegetarian, received order with bacon on plate) — sent back and order was fixed.

After prior arrangements were made and approved by management to have friends for my friend's birthday, the duty manager took it upon herself to ridicule and embarrass us and my friend who had her birthday on the rooftop by telling us to leave. We were not noisy, no music was playing all because some lone of vintage age near us took offense to the number of people there, tho we all know it wasnt because of the number of people who were there. The treatment and the way my friend was spoken to was disgusting. Your Duty Manager messed with the wrong group of people, not surprising given that is Alex Perry's persona and she displayed that… must be the 'Alex Perry' brand, disrespectful and to be honest, it was discrimination because she never spoke to the other groups on the rooftop who has visitors! Don't worry, we will ensure that we bring this to the attention of management and also the partnership your hotels have to ensure your staff provide better customer service, some sort of reprimand should be provided your DM managed this disgracefully. Your Duty Manager was a disgrace, did not apply any discretion whatsoever!

Absolutely appalled with how this company works. I stayed at the motel on the 1-4 October 2016 and haven't received my $200 deposit. Have contacted the motel plenty of times to discuss why and they aren't helped at all. Do not stay here.

Amazing rooftop lounge and pool. Great stylish rooms with all the foxtel channels I believe. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay a night or a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in a 1-bed executive apt on the 11th floor. It felt luxurious without being over the top. Staff were welcoming at check-in, everything was extremely clean and tidy, there was a fully equipped kitchen and a GHD hair dryer and straightener in the bathroom. The rooftop pool was heated and there was a nice bbq space up there with plenty of sprawl space to relax. I Look forward to staying there again.

Had our wedding party stay here as the hotel is beautiful. The staff were very helpful and it was a lovely stay. Close by to all the action of James st, Emporium and a walk down from the valley restaurants (and bars).

Spacious and beautiful apartments as well as a rooftop with a spectacular view of Fortitude Valley and parts of Brisbane city and surrounds. There's no restaurant or café here, but it's just a few minutes walk from some great dining options and bars in Fortitude Valley.

Noisy construction outside all night/early morning.

Outstanding property. Apartment was full of touches rarely seen and the pool and roof top entertainment area one of the best I have seen. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Will be staying again.
