Wonderful room with king size bed great pillows Large spacious bathroom Excellent vegetarian restaurant downstairs (Open Breakfast Lunch and Dinner) and throughly enjoyed the food despite not being a vegetarian Extremely friendly staff Certainly will be staying elsewhere in the Ovolo group — Sydney Melbourne Brisbane Canberra Hong Kong.

We've stayed at the Ovolo a few times now, especially when we are attending a gig. We've dealt with Michelle a few times and she has been nothing but helpful, kind and caring! Recommend the Ovolo highly!

I had a really bad experience as a return customer. The front desk was clueless, slow and rude. I requested my car to be parked downstairs at a cost of 46 dollars + fee charges for using credit card. They left my car at the precinct car park for hours. When I rang the reception to check, they gave all sorts of unreasonable excuse. Yes the rooms were quirky and all that, but the experience was what mattered most. In this occasion, it was subpar. Don’t ever go for the breakfast option as it was so substandard. Will never return again for my business trip and will never book for all my clients.

I attended the hotel to look after some guests at the hotel and Jaimie and Mac were on the front desk for the day. I was blown away by the service and how friendly the staff was. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff attended to whatever was asked of them in minutes. Other hotels have a lot to live up to. Keep up the good work 😊

Ovolo The Valley is hands down the best boutique hotel in Brisbane! I’ve stayed here twice now and both times the high quality service, amazing details and thoughtful additions have made the stay so memorable! The overall value for money is incredible; the gorgeous amenities, social hour, breakfast and flexible bookings are my favourite parts! The staff are extremely accomodating and catered to a few requests, answered all questions with ease and we’re so friendly. I can’t say enough nice things about this place but I know it’s the perfect destination no matter if you’re going for a 1 night staycation or a week long trip — you will thank me later!

We had a great stay at Ovolo The Valley, beautiful hotel and rooms, comfortable beds, great customer service and best of all, our dog’s could stay with us!

This is a great establishment on the heart of brisbane in the valley. In the hub you are close to everything, cafe's, food, restaurants and the staff were truly incredible. The atmosphere is great, decor keeps you intrigued and my husband loved the very unique elevator play list. My husband and I arrived very tired. They gifted us with a complimentary gift on arrival, which was very much appreciated.
We will definitely be back to visit this establishment.

Beautiful spacious room. Pet friendly and great location.

My friends gave me a voucher for my birthday we were able to upgrade to a large room without any worries and were delighted at the size of the room! If we had realised the hotel was pet friendly we would of brought out little msn as well. Good to know for next time though. Love the inclusions as well although parking was expensive :)

From Wade especially at the front desk for amazing food and drinks recommendations to the decor of the hotel, the large rooms are amazing, free minibar awesome, loot bag perfect, the free breakfast great, havnt tried the bar or restaurant yet as wasnt open Tuesday n Wednesdays, tho social hour with wade hosting was great, will definitely be back very soon ❤❤❤

Thinks of itself as an up-market, fancy shopping mall. The reality also includes a newsagent, a cheap chemist, some chain fast food outlets and bewildering, threatening parking.

Nice hotel, but why do Australian hotels insist on charging for for internet, really bad for a room of this price.

A collection of professional and passionate staff, and a great venue to match. For years now we have worked alongside the Emporium, providing their high end clientele with an equally prestigious vehicle service. They have always been a delight to assist and we have no hesitations in recommending them.

We stayed in a suite for our anniversary and it was amazing! Spa bath, roses petals in the shape of a heart on the bed, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. All at an additional price but was well worth it. Spacious rooms, fantastic staff and great facilities and bar. And the bed! The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Perfect location for a weekend in, as it has lovely restaurants at the doorstep. Would stay here again for sure. Just wish it wasn't so hard on the hip pocket : (.

Non central location, excellent rooms and staff. No free Wi-Fi in rooms (unacceptable in a place so expensive) video on demand is very expensive, and TV channels available are extremely limited. Only parking option is valet parking at twice the price of any other place in the world. Nice place in general, other places are more worth the money.

Was fortunate to stay here for several weeks a year or so ago and really enjoyed our stay. Highlights of the hotel are; the staff, roof top pool and the cocktail bar. The rooms are well sized, clean and comfortable but for the price you pay you'd expect maybe a little more. Quality boutique hotel.
