An enjoyable stay. The rooms were well equipped and clean, and the beds were nice. Overall good quality for the price.

Very good price! 10 mins walk to town centre and very close to dominoes, a park and yass river. The big room even have toast and microwave. Buffet breakfast daily.

Clean, convenient, all new furnishings comfy bed. Quiet A/C close to the Highway. A great motel to stay. Thoughtful owners even left a torch with my keys.

I've stayed at the Yass Motel 3 times on my trips between Melbourne and Port Stephens. The rooms are always spotless, the showers are great and the owners always welcoming.

Good for price, could be a bit updated and a bit cleaner but not terrible for $75/ night. Would stay again.

Like most other reviews on here, Good clean hotel, stayed in the family room plenty of space, friendly owner and the bed felt very fresh.

Stayed the night here driving on the way to Melbourne from Sydney. The room was clean and spacious and had everything you would need to be comfortable. Definitely would stay here again as it is very conveniently located and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A budget hotel that's OK. It was quite clean. Hot water was good. Nice of them to provide a microwave. The bed was ok, but I seemed to hear everything going on outside, so I had trouble sleeping. Unfortunately there was a lingering smell like someone had been smoking and it was covered up by sprays. But this seemed unlikely as there was a smoke alarm. Perhaps it was from previous occupant smoking at the door.

Good, older style motel. Clean with comfy beds and good aircon. Free Wi-Fi, cheap rate and undercover parking! great for those cross country moving trips and it is pouring rain.

Pretty standard motel rooms. Clean and friendly. Also a good breakfast for $10. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, cereals, toast, tea, coffee.

The motel is old but very clean and organized. The owners are incredibly helpful. The view from the back units looking back out across the river is stunning. The breakfast offered is simple delicious and very well priced. Highly recommended as a travel stop overnighter.

Stopped, Discussed prices a bit with reception… tried to clarify what I saw online vs. What she told me… then was asked to leave. Very rude attitude. Found a better place with nicer people across the street.

Rooms are slightly outdated, though they are always cleaned to perfection and the beds are always comfortable (I've stayed in different rooms). The customer service is amazing! Great restaurant, top quality food. I stay here monthly for work and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Yass. Highly recommended.
