Been going there after a volleyball (Sydney Volleyball League) game either for take-away coffee or sit-in brekky. The staff is pretty amazing! Always with warm & friendly reception, that’s why I keep coming back!
Today, Tina was extra nice to my daughter after her game — made her a nice iced vanilla latte that made her day! Thanks and keep up the great work!

Watched the Edinburgh Military Tattoo last night, me and my husband stayed in this fabulous hotel which is close to the venue with friendly staff. Very accommodating with our early check in. Spacious and clean room. Had a nice buffet breakfast. Will stay there next time. Thank you all, Elizabeth Robertson.

Fabulous recent stay. The suites are beautiful. Joe the lovely concierge is exceptional and it’s always a pleasure when we arrive. Perfect location for concerts shopping or getaway. Can’t wait for our next stay.

Fantastic service from every member of staff. Restaurant staff were excellent! Stanley, Jack, Ben and Paige were outstanding. Chairs and carpets etc. Could do with a bit of a clean, granted it was an extremely busy week with Hillsong Conference and State of Origin at the same time. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, was not told about the $48 dollars to park my car, hurt my leg getting out the high bath, nearly $400 for 1 night. Asked for an extra blanket. When it was bought up it did NOT smell clean. Not impressed.

Great hotel and well priced. Staff is really nice and professional. Room was clean and just spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids.

I would give them a minus star if I could, just not worth the money or effort, completely and utterly disappointed at the bad, service and price of an established business I presume. I recently went to an authentic Italian restaurant and wished that the food was offered at the Pullmansadly not. I would like to advise the chef that his gnocchi was pitiful and the price disgusting. I would think I deserve quality especially if your charging $40.00 a plate. Blah Blah wish I could share ##! That’s it. Just happy never to go there again and chalk it up to experience, (mind you they even made me pay for it. ) I wanted MacDonalds afterwards that’s how bad it was.

Great customer service! We Will be back. Rooms overall cleanliness was good… bar fridge not very cold, and Sydney water pressure sucks! Great coffee, bacar restaurant staff are very accommodating. Tahir is exceptional and brings the hotel to life x.

My 9yr old daughter and I recently stayed here for 2 nights to see Katy Perry and visit the city. We had an absolute ball! Our room was perfect and exactly as described. The staff were amazing, friendly yet professional and the Concierge on duty made my daughter feel like a rockstar! Thank you to the team at the Pullman. We will definitely be back!

Great food and friendly service with a smile. Very welcoming and a great place to have breakfast. The only let down was the coffee wasn't great, but overall a great experience.

The rooms were spacious and homely, Tue staff were professional and eager to to above and beyond to ensure all needs were met. The buffet breakfast had a large selection and was high quality. I was there for a work event but will definitely be staying there again when I travel.

You really can't beat the luxury and location of this place. Upon arrival, the staff ensure that you feel as welcome as possible — helping with bags and parking if necessary. The king bed suite was exceptionally comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave it in the morning! We had breakfast included — a buffet of various hot delights from poached and scrambled eggs to bacon, sausages, and hash browns, fresh fruit, cereals, and an assortment of pastries and breads, — which is always a pleasure. I can't recommend the Pullman at Olympic Park enough; it may be more expensive than other options but the added expense is worth it.

Checked in & went out to dinner, came home at 10pm and realised my room was next to a (seemingly VERY noisy) lift well. I felt I was sleeping 1 room away from a busy train station. Credit to the staff who moved me within 20 minutes to a very quiet room. Gym is great with free weights, bench, leg machines with very nice treadmills and audio system. Will definately stay here again when I'm back in Sydney.

Over priced, poorly constructed hotel close to Sydney Showgrounds. My room had three walls and a corridor between me and the lifts, yet vibration from every lift passing was obvious all night. Booked a king bed room. Upon arrival I was as given a twin room. When I complained, staff said they'd push the two single beds together for me. They reluctantly changed my room to a king although claimed that type of room was more expensive than the $370/night I had already paid.

Front desk clerk was super welcoming, very quick to complete check in and lovely to talk to. Bar staff, not so much — I felt invisible, nobody smiled or said hi, and one young female was not so happy to be working in "hospitality". All other staff were lovely and helpful. Room was fantastic! Breakfast amazing! Would definitely stay again. Would give 4.5 stars if I could.

We stayed here for the Easter show, it was great how they catered for us and three children with interconnecting rooms.
Staff friendly, food great especially breakfast the whole experience was well worth it. Thank you Pullman.

I honestly enjoyed my time so much here. My favourite part was the man (I never got his name) who did general customer service as well as valet work. Alway a smile on his face and a different colour outfit. An asset to the company!

Check in and was told my twin booked room had been upgraded… Great. Checked my online booking later, the room was what I had reserved. Room was dusty and not clean. Ordered room service, soup and two Pasta dishes, pasta was raw and was not a good sauce. Left to attend a concert on the way requested with the person on reception that the room be made up and informed him of the lack of general cleanliness. He apologised and said it would be done. Returned three hours later to an untouched room, as we had left it. Tried to call reception three times but the battery in the cordless in room phone was drained. Gave up. On the way to breakfast, we passed the person who was on reception the previous night and told him that nothing had be done. His was response was “sorry about that” Breakfast was more of the same, ordered coffee when we sat down, after 15 minutes we asked if our coffee were coming, told they had been given to someone else and waited for new ones to be made. This also happened again later when we ordered another round.

Great stay. Lovely staff. Great food and more then willing to accommodate. Will definitely be back.

Provided last minute accommodation. The clerk went out of his way to help. The lift locked us in and would not go up or down. Tried the emergency phone which did not go through at 1st. When it did get answered they told us how to get the lift moving. Even though a very loud alarm was activated each time we used the phone, there was no reaction from outside the lift. Quite frightening and we where hot, exhausted and confused by the time we got out. A helpful fellow that was waiting for a lift informed said sometimes you have to insert your room card to get the lift to move. There were not any instructions to indicate this. The room was comfortable a welcome relief once we got into it and we would stay there again.

Positioned perfectly if you are attending anything in Olympic Park. A little noisy during/after events in the precinct, however made up for by super comfortable beds and bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful. Extended wait for our car return by valet, however in fairness there was a very high volume of checkouts that morning — the staff definitely did their very best too handle. Would absolutely stay again and recommend.

A high quality hotel with great service and even more amenities. Home bush doesn’t have a large amount of traffic but it can provide Central access to the local region. Great views no matter where you are in the building!

I stayed for my wedding night. It was an absolute wonderful stay. They let me check in earlier and also gave free champagne and desert. For brekkie they gave us a complimentary ice cream desert as a congratulations. Room was wonderful and I absolutely had a wonderful stay.

Our stay at Pullman Olympic Park was extremely positive, and not much negative can be said about it. If staying here, make sure to bring swimmers and take advantage of the free pass to Sydney Olympic pool! Upon check in at front counter, we got bumped up a room and received a corner room with a great panoramic view of Olympic Park. The attendants at the front counters were great, and extremely helpful. They would go out of their way to make sure they would attend to you until all problems were resolved. The rooms themselves were also great (except for this one drawer that didn't shut). Breakfast buffet was ok, it had all the usual items, but didn't really have anything special. Overall, a great experience, and would gladly come back if we were to stay at Olympic Park again.

We were there for the NRL Grand Final & were upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise and on the top (16th) floor and two doors up from Molly Meldrum! Excellent staff, service & a stones throw to ANZ Stadium. I would highly recommend this Hotel and we had an excellent weekend away! It was also an added bonus having the Storm team staying at the hotel…

Our experience was excellent. I was glad the glass that looks into the bathroom is now frosted compared to last stay. We enjoyed the whole experience. Staff were exceptional always attentive, hotel beautifully clean. My one gripe however, Although this experience was fantastic I do not like the excessive price increasing and unavailability of being able to book and pay at the hotel during events at Olympic Park. I was hoping to book when schools spectacular was on but find the inflated price on these dates are very excessive.

One of my all time favourite places to stay. I go there whenever I have an opportunity or excuse. Great accommodation, friendly staff, excellent food. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.

The location was very convenient to attend my son's athletics carnival. Added bonus was being able to leave our car in the car park until the athletics carnival was over, and allowing my son to have a shower at the gym before heading off for the 5 hour drive home. Found all staff friendly and helpful.

On arrival and check in, we were upgraded to the Executive suite and later upon returning to our room there was a complimentary bottle of wine as it was my birthday weekend away. We also received very friendly, attentive and delightful customer service. Joe was also brilliant. Thank you for such a pleasant experience — will be staying here again on our next return to Sydney Olympic Park and recommending you to friends/family. Thank you!

The location was perfect for us to attend an event at the Howie pavilion. Your staff were all very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant both evenings as the options nearby were pretty limited and seemed to be for a younger crowd. Keep up the great work.

I very much enjoyed my time, from the warm welcome on my arrival to the helpful and cheerful check-out procedure. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the facilities clean and neat. Everything I needed was there. I like touches like the bedside clock with iPhone charger. The room was beautifully tidy when I arrived back every day from work, and the cleaners were very honest and put on the table a two-dollar coin I'd obviously dropped on the floor. In short, an enjoyable experience.

My stay from start to finish was highly satisfactory. The hotel is well located. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional upon booking, checking in and checking out. The room was well appointed and very clean. The buffet breakfast was of a very high standard and I enjoyed being able to order my coffee from the wait staff.

The best part about staying at Pullman is the bed! Super comfortable, wish I could take it home with me! Shower head had so much pressure it was great. We could not have been happier with our stay. Location is great, quick access to ANZ, Quodos and Aquatic stadiums and centre. You have plenty of choices if you want to eat out or the food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious, if having a steak order side dishes, we had a salad and potatoes which was more then enough for the 2 of us. The staff were very friendly and accommodating with us being early for check in and giving us a late checkout, also they were able to give us our rooms on the same floor which was great. The rooms we had were clean and roomy and we had good view from both rooms. Thank you staff and management.

Fabulous hotel — great room and such friendly and helpful staff! And what about Tahir the 'Head Welcomer' … not only is he the best dressed concierge on the planet but he is such a delightful person. I highly recommend the Pullman Hotel … a memorable stay!

Professional setting combined with exceptional presentation and service. Food was well catered for during our conference. Fantastic selection of coffee strengths, catering for everyones needs.

Hotel located directly in the Olympic Park in Sydney. Trainstation is close to the Hotel. Comfort and Rooms incl. Roomservice are excellent and friendly. After events in the station quite busy — on usual weekdays more silent :-) The breakfast buffet has a huge assortment of fresh and good prepared food and juices. Only a little bit challenging is the breakfast service. During my stay it took every day a long time (5 to 15 minutes) to get just a cup of coffee — no self service for coffee available!

Check in was very quick and easy. We were on the 16th floor, overlooking ANZ stadium. The room was very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and they had great pillows. Most hotels seem to have flat super soft pillows, but they had ones that were very supportive. Breakfast was included in our fee. It was a good sized breakfast buffet with barista made coffee. The service during our stay was great, attentive and efficient. It was nice that they had on-site parking that wasn't outrageously expensive too. I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Could do with brighter lighting in the rooms and more lighting switches.

I stayed at the Pullman while attending the Iron Maiden concert this weekend. The room was very tidy and the staff were super friendly, especially the doorman, who would always greet me with a smile and a high five. I will definitely stay at the Pullman again if I'm ever at Sydney Olympic Park.

The hotel was very nice, we stayed there on our wedding night. We were a little unlucky that there was an event on that shut down parts of the hotel that we wanted to use but otgrr than that it was good.

Lovely hotel, booked a room for the wedding night as it was close to the wedding venue. They were nice enough to send us a free bottle of champagne to our room after discovering we had just been married. The hotel is in immaculate condition. The buffet breakfast is high recommended.

We had a few drinks here before attending the ice hockey at Allphones Arena. The foyer is quite up market with an extensive wine list, however the beers weren't any more expensive than the pub / bar just around the corner. Our friends ate dinner and said the service wasn't great, however the presentation looked fantastic.

This hotel is a great place to stay if you are not worried about having to be in the Sydney cbd area. Very comfortable with personable and attentive service. The views are great to the city as well as in other directions. And there are many things to do in the immediate vicinity if you are so inclined, including exploring the olympic precinct. The restaurant is fine dining and a must to experience if you would like food from top class chefs.

Just the most caring and wonderful hotel staff you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Rooms are really good too. Thought I needed to mention the room whilst I'm here ;).
