The perfect place to stay for a concert at Qudos Arena. Easy access from the train station, good breakfast, simple but very clean rooms.

Staff are wonderful venue beautiful clean.

Great rooms, beaut view, good food and drinks at brasserie and bar, great service.

Staff are lovely and we got a up grade.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. The food is great, rooms are very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

I came here to see Scorpions and Whitesnake but show got cancelled. I found all the staff to be oustanding and helpful and friendly. I got sick and asked chef to make me special meal dosed in loads of garlic ginger and some chilli and he did no problem and it is smorgasbord night. All waitresses and bar staff are fantastic. The concierge was ten out of ten. You cant fault this place. Nice safe busy active safe plsce to explore and lots of food places around❤

Awesome place to stay & location is perfect when attending events at ANZ stadium. We found all staff to be helpful, cheerful & very accommodating for specific needs. Highly recommended and would definitely return when we next return to Sydney!

Implement a better parking allocation system. Nothing puts you off staying somewhere faster than turning up after a very long drive only to be told there is no parking available.

Very aggravating experience, pair of earrings with sentimental value left on nightstand. I called IBIS immediately from the airport to discuss my items and to inform them my husband would pick them up. Ibis informed me they would check my room and call me back. Have not heard back and they are not answering their phone… I’m left to only assume they are planning to keep them.

We were woken up at 6 this morning by a fire alarm. Had ti walk down 16 flights of stairs, with arthritic knees. Got to the ground floor with mo guidance from staff. No one bothered to tell us when it was safe to go back to our rooms. It was neglect at best and criminal at worst.

Went the The Brewery at Olympic Park prior to an event, the only real pub to get a drink a feed in the area. Atmosphere was good and drinks ok priced. There was a special event menu with about 4 items on it (obviously a good idea for an event night cause the food came really quick). Would appreciate a vegetarian meal on the menu as there is absolutely nothing — would recommend going to subway instead for any vegos.

I was there recently for a work function. The food available was a hit and missed at times. But Ms Pang whom was in charge during our function was SUPERB! She was there to assist all the time and never seem to be fazed by our constant demanding request.

Thanks so much for wonderful dessert in our room on arrival and for making us Guest of the Day. It’s those little touches that will keep us coming back along with the pleasant staff and wonderful amenities.

Great place and terrific atmosphere.

I rang to make a booking because the internet booking wasn't working but I got booked into ibis budget (like a backpackers) instead.
No one could help me or maybe they just plain didn't want to help.
Very disappointed.

Visited for drinks. Just before last call, staff was friendly and happy to serve right until the last minute. Atmosphere was nice and was able to have an easy conversation over drinks.

Nice and close to the Olympic Park, friendly staff. Lift is very slow and cannot handle more than 6 people at a time. Rooms are clean and TVs have lots of connectivity.

Lovley spot to stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. If you do stay here get the buffet breakfast it is worth ever cent.

I attended a work function with around 100 people. Tue staff were all friendly and engaging. Morning/afternoon tea and lunch was a good mix of different foods catering to all dietary requirements and preferences. I can highly roccomend using this venue for any staff meeting/ function from 10 people up to hundreds.

Great experience, staff very proactive to assist. Rooms clean modern and well kept. Bar and restaurant modern and not overly priced. Great location to base yourself for sporting events.

Very comfortable bar upstairs. Got very busy pregame but we got in before all that so we were happy. Nice place for a quiet drink if no football game on.

The hotel was close to Spotless Stadium, so it was a good location for us. Drapes didn't close completely, so lots of light from outside night and morning. Beds weren't very comfortable. We stayed with two kids in a room with two doubles — not a lot of space, but was okay for one night. Would not recommend for and extended stay for more than two guests. There was an AFL match on at Spotless and the bar was terribly understaffed. Took us 15 minutes after ordering to get four coffees. Bar staff running around crazy with four other guests waiting for service — seemed to be calling people back from breaks. A bit of a let down because Novotel are usually pretty good.

Not so good to start with. Went to use the toilet confronted with last guests skid marks & chunky bits in the toilet. Filthy. Expect better from Accor.

The room was nice but small. The toaster has been burning everyone's toast. Update, it is now setting toast on fire. I told staff and they don't seem too concerned. My dad had to go blow out the fire… So. Pretty dissapointed in this buffet.

Great place to stay. Stayed many times when watching events at Qudos arena. It's within walking distance to the arena and many great places to eat within walking distance as well. Parking is tight and you need to book well in advance for larger events.

Nice big room. Great location for concerts to stay overnight. A bit pricey but it's because it is right in olympic park and 5 minutes walk from the arenas.

I would not recommend this hotel! The bathroom had hair in the shower and bath. Mould in the grout of the shower. Toothpaste splatters on the vanity backsplash and mirror. We did ask for it to be cleaned and the cleaner just replaced the washers. Service in the restaurant and bar was rude. We paid cash for breakfast on check-in and it was not in the system when we turned up for breakfast. We were told rudely to "just take a seat anyway" with a bit of an eye roll. Never will I stay here again. Had drinks at the Pullman across the road and very good service!

Comfortable stay and the breakfast was good. Bed was like sleeping on a pillow cloud. Just note that its 40$ a day parking for hotel guests and $30 per hour for late check out.

This hotel is ok. Rooms are nice however service is horrible. Room service is a real let down. The other night I ordered chicken tenderloins. Half the chicken was over cooked. Tonight I tried again only to be told it would be a one hour wait. The restraunt down stairs wasn’t open to guests until 8pm. Very poor and expect better service for the guests staying at your hotel.

Recently stayed here for a work training event. Staff were courteous and helpful. No shortage of people asking if they could help or assist. Restaurant and bar was great, small things like being fixed a coffee were no trouble. Room was clean, quiet and fresh. Bathroom immaculate. View was also great. Definitely would recommend.

Great location (if you are attending an event in SOP), friendly staff, and decent rooms. Plus the special $1 breakfast buffet was awesome!

The Novotel was is in a good location if you are attending something at Olympic Park, however the carpark is often full and the hotel itself can be really busy and get rather noisy, either from concerts in the stadium or from other guests. There are not many good dining options nearby. The bed itself, and the room, was nice and comfortable. The bathroom was an accessible bathroom, so while functional, was not luxurious.

Boring western breakfast, not many healthy options, but very nice pod coffee machine. No free Wi-Fi, paid only. Otherwise clean and modern looking.

Hotel was decent and beds were comfortable. Reception could have been a little friendlier and welcoming but otherwise got everything done efficiently.

Pretty average hotel. Stayed at the Novotel for the location after attending a concert. Check in was unorganised and took too long as the lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Went to the bar before the concert, as did plenty of other guests, they only had 2 serving so huge line up in the bar for those wanting a drink or snack. Both the complimentary water stations were empty. Arrived back at the hotel at 11pm after the concert ready for a night cap only to discover bar was closed. Then had to line up for around 20 minutes for the lift to get up to our room. We were only on level 3, so asked if there was stairs we could use instead, we were rudely told ‘No! ’. For a hotel based at Olympic Park they should be used to huge crowds when an event is on. How about some extra staff and longer hours in the bar and make the stairs available to those on the lower floors! I’m sure if the bar was open there wouldn’t have been a mad rush for everyone to get up to their rooms at once.

Friendly check-in. Room was clean and tidy. Very convenient location for ANZ stadium and cafes. My food came out quickly and tasted great (from the bar menu).

We arrived on a Sunday and found that the restaurant was not open on Sundays We ordered bar snacks, my husband ordered beef, chicken and eggplant skewers but when they came it was just chicken on salad. No beef (they had run out! ) and when I complained they brought a bowl of cold eggplant out. I asked them to heat it up.
I did ask for a couple of gluten free choices. The club sandwich was good, but the sticky BBQ chicken wings, were just plain cooked chicken, no sauce of any sort. Disappointing for a supposedly high quality hotel.

Check in was excellent and room clean and well presented. Downstairs area is fabulous — drinks and snack area. The only issue was lack of staff in the bar. I person serving and 12 or so people at the bar — took forever to be served. Break fast food was lovely but again table clearing was terrible. I had to clean a table myself for us. Also food and crockery was slow to be restocked.

This was a brief business trip, the facilities were very clean and tidy and staff were friendly and only to happy to make their guests feel comfortable. I would definitely stay at the Novotel again, the proximity to cafes and restaurants as well as availability to go for a run/walk in nice surrounds will draw me back.

The Novatel is always my first choice. Not only due to the Hotels proximity to my place of work, but it is always a comfortable relaxing stay. On occasion I have also been surprised with an up grade (not requested or expected) I have been extremely grateful for this gesture. I thank all the staff for their efforts keeping the a fuss free experience.

Wonderful, apart from the mattress which was too soft for me. The TV remote was revolting to touch. There was a piece of food stuck within the crevices and just looked gross. On a side note I was extremely annoyed that I was called by an Accor Loyalty Program person to get me to join after I had booked. I gave my number to the site upon booking, did not expect to be harassed… yes harassed as I had ignored the particular number for some time before I answered it. When I want something I seek it out.

I needed a bed for the night in the Olympic Park area. Great check-in experience. A couple of drinks in the bar, then off to bed. Room was comfortable will lots of appliances. Wifi was fast and easy to join. Breakfast was very nice, though I couldn't find the cereal — oh well just more bacon and eggs!.

The fizzy wine ordered for arrival had to be chased several times and ruined the surprise. The room was comfortable. The room service was prompt and excellent. As a resident drinking out of plastic glass after the match was not good form and the disco was dull but noisy. The breakfast service needs attention. First, a queue. Secondly queuing at the buffet which was very poorly designed. Thirdly not being told there was an eggs menu. Fourth having to instruct several people how to use the coffee machine. But we still enjoyed our stay.

The room and general facilities were fantastic, could not fault them. However, there is MUCH to be desired in regards to the service provided in the restaurant/bar downstairs. After dining there a few times it became evident the staff lacked attentiveness. We resorted to waving our hands in the air to get service, and ended up asking the waiter to just leave the water jug on the table as it took too long to get refills. We waited almost an hour for dinner and the restaurant was not full at the time. Had to clear off our own tables to sit down for breakfast in the morning. Would stay again for the quality of the rooms, but would definitely eat elsewhere if service/time was of any importance.

Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and very comfortable for the 4 of us! Breakfast was very fast paced within a small location and could have used more/additional wait staff to ensure plates were cleared and tables were wiped in a timely manner to ensure the next guests could sit at a clean table. The food and coffee was nice, with fresh fruit available… lovely! I would suggest that the maintenance team check our shower as the seal on the shower door be amended/fixed to prevent water running under the door and onto the fresh towel/mat (nothing worse than stepping out of the shower onto a wet/drenched floor towel to dry self on). As a family we were more than impressed with our accommodation, the staff and location of this hotel. It was a wonderful experience for our first family visit to Sydney and we all highly recommend this hotel for other families!

Lovely room. Comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. We loved that we could order a freshly cooked omelette as part of the buffet breakfast. The coffee from the coffee machine was better than coffee from most coffee shops and that was a very pleasant surprise.

We were in need of one night accommodation in-between moving house. Our room had a wonderful long bath which allowed us to truly rest and refresh. The bed was extremely comfortable and luxurious. At all points encountered, each of the staff were happy and very friendly, eager to assist our comfort. I wouldn't hesitate to utilise the Novotel again and recommend to family and friends.

After a shocking start to the day — cancelled flight, lost luggage, exorbitant taxi fare — we were greeted very promptly with warm smiles & free drink vouchers! Room was clean & tidy with complimentary fruit & water. Our 3 day stay was very pleasant. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. We love being Accor members.

We stayed at the Novotel for the guns n roses concert and had a great stay! Booked fairly close to our stay and got a great price — $209 with breakfast!
Air con was not great, but was understandable due to the ridiculous heat outside — over 44 degrees!
We were pleasantly surprised when we receive a complementary upgrade on check in — booked a standard twin room and got upgraded to the king suite with king spa bath & balcony! Breakfast was great, with a wide range of options to choose from. We would definitely stay again!

I was at the hotel for A work function, facilities were fine, food was good but not great, service was very good.

Staff were wonderful and it was a good place for a function. Unfortunately there were air conditioner issues and construction going on outside.

Facilities were ok and clean. The bed was comfortable and the fridge was silent, but the walls are very thin and the lifts were glitchy. Paying for the location mostly.

Enjoyed our stay here, although attention to detail probably needs more attention for the price, only two towels for three booked guests. Breakfast was very good.

Nice place. Good atmosphere and clean. One of the employees has a REALLY large head.
