Spent one night here with the family in 2 adjoining rooms. The rooms were great, very clean, spacious and well appointed. Service by all staff was also great. Nice pool and spa area although we did not have time to use it. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay here last weekend. What a lovely hotel, in a great spot in Sydney and had wonderful friendly and helpful staff.

Cannot thank the staff at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel enough for making our wedding anniversary an amazing weekend. They went out of their way to look after us — from check in till the time we checked out. They let us check in early and upgraded us to an amazing corner room when they found out we were staying the weekend for our wedding anniversary. Later in the evening to our surprise we received a lovely bottle of wine and a hand written note from the Manager to congratulate us for our wedding anniversary. Great hotel and staff and definitely recommended. Will return again soon.

Absolutely disgusted at the culture of sexism within this hotel. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for a last minute break before I give birth to our first child (38 weeks pregnant/8.5 months). Every interaction we had with staff members was incredibly disappointing for a hotel in 2021, especially one that is supposedly 5 stars. Upon entering the hotel, staff at the front desk greeted my husband and asked him for check in details. Initially I didn't think much of this, but upon further interactions with staff I realised this was a deliberate assumption that the man in a heterosexual couple would be paying. On Saturday morning, we approached the hotel restaurant together for breakfast. The man at the desk again only greeted my husband and asked him for our room number, even though we approached simultaneously and stood side by side. We were both shocked at how blatant this was. But at the conclusion of the meal it was even worse, he approached our table and said "How was everything Sir? " whilst glancing briefly in my direction. We both stood speechless and my husband said "my wife is here too" to which the worker did not acknowledge and walked away without further comment. We then spoke to the concierge about this, who apologised and stated she would report this to the manager, taking our room details. There was no follow up in the next 24 hours whilst we were still at the hotel. On check out, I handed a staff member (who turned out to be the manager on duty) the keys.

I've been here for 2 weeks in quarantine and I will never forget how beautifully kind everyone is, the dedicated reception staff, the fabulous room I'm in, the tasty food I've been given and the mental and physical healthcare that is provided. I have felt safe, cared for, and very lucky, and the time has flown by. Thank you Radisson Blu for providing the best possible quarantine experience and for going above and beyond for us, I am so grateful and wish you and all your staff the very, very best.

I love the room, so spacious and quiet; the customer service is very good, you won't wait long for your requests to arrive. The food is filling but not fattening. I highly recommend Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Sydney 👍👍👍

Terrible booking team.
We booked for April but I both tried calling and then finally got a response in writing confirming that they were ceasing quarantine in March and if we hadn’t been contacted already then our booking was fine… fast forward many weeks and they just cancelled our booking. What does that mean for us? Well now we have to book elsewhere and don’t get great advance rates. Is this company going to help us pay more elsewhere? I highly doubt it. I certainly won’t be staying here for future Sydney trips.

They have cancelled our recent reservation but apart from that we have stayed here on numerous occasions even through COVID. Staff have always been impeccable and professional throughout this trying time. Would always recommend and will be back once it has reopened. Cheers to Radisson Blu.

The “chef” makes the most disgusting food — chicken pesto sandwich with PEAS, the bread roll in this pic is supposed to be a roast beef sandwich and let’s not talk about tuna and gherkin sandwiches. Then this half a toothpick turned up in my quinoa tonight. Room was filthy and I cleaned off multiple filthy surfaces. Refuse to stay here and shut this place down!

I’m disgusted with the food served, so bad and tasteless for our 14 day quarantine period. Extremely disappointed! Number one bad food!

My husband and I booked this hotel for our stay over the weekend. Being from Adelaide we weren’t sure how everything will go. BUTTTT from the moment our taxi arrived to this hotel the staff was AMAZING. They let us check in early as we arrived early in the arvo. The hotel is soooo close to everything, the location is spot on — walking distance to the Opera House and all the shops. There’s many cafes and restaurants around too. The room was immaculate! Spa and the pool was amazing too! The little things like clean towels, amazing shampoos and lotions also made us happy. And how can I forget the breakfast — OMG I couldn’t think of ONE thing that was missing! A wide range of Every possible thing you could eat in the morning! It was just unbelievable! I can’t wait to stay in this hotel again! I would not stay anywhere else! 10/10! * one thing which wasn’t the best was the bed (it had wheels so it kept on moving around)

Just spent a wonderful 5 nights at Radisson Blu with the family. Can not fault it at all. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms and the rest of the hotel are immaculate. Everyone of the staff are welcoming, helpful and professional. The food served at Radisson Blu is beautiful. We were sad to leave. Thank you everyone for your hospitality.

Great location for Sydney 1st timers. As family with 2 young kids, the hotel was quite convenient and close to most activities. However, the entrance is not easily accessible with strollers and had to lift it up whenever we came in or out. (There were always staff on standby to help with this. ) A ramp of some sort may be better. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean. Overall, a definite recomend!

Spacious room, comfy bed, plenty of light switches. Flashlight, hairdryer, a safe in one area. Pillows were nice but had the distinct bleach smell. No toothbrush or paste provided. Air con had heating function which wasn’t working at night. Seemed to be working in the morning.

Historical hotel in classical big building with good access. Interiors are modern and clean. They welcomed us with warm smile whenever we came in. Room condition was good and we enjoyed having bath in bathtub. The only one inconvenient thing I felt was that there were not enough amanities. I expected there are toothbrush and hair brush which I didn't bring because I expected there are.

Beautiful hotel. In a great piece of Sydney's history, the old Fairfax building, the Radisson Blu is a lovely place to stay. Breakfast in Lady Fairfax's room has a great selection of breakfast options including freshly made omelettes and a wide range of cold meats and cheese. The business centre uses the old lifts as office space which is a great design call. Lovely big rooms and a welcoming foyer. Great bar on the ground floor off Hunter Street as well. Highly recommended.

We recently had an event at the Radisson Blue, Sydney.
This was a really special event for us and the events team (Matthew Stevenson and Oswin Ribeiro) ensured that all our requirements were considered and taken on board. They were fantastic in their communications and ensured everything was taken care of, in the lead up to the event.
On the actual day of the event, the staff (Rebecca, Fabian and other team members) provided us and our guests an amazing experience. No requ…est was too big and the service levels were impeccable.
A special thanks to them for helping with such a wonderful experience.
Needless to say, we’ll be sure to go back again.

I’ve stayed at The Westin on many occasions and the hospitality and level of service is amazing every time. The staff are incredibly friendly and are very accommodating. As I have been here on other occasions, I’ve gotten to know some of the staff & they always remember my name and make an effort to communicate. The hotel is very centrally based — it’s right near Pitt St Mall for shopping and it’s not far to walk to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour which also have plenty of food options (and of course, the Opera House at Circular Quay).

Hotel is modern and located close to everything. Staff were attentive and great with family's. On arrival they gave the kids Kinder surprises and colouring books so they were happy. Pool is a little small and can get busy. The buffet breakfast was great but super popular so expect a 10 mins wait for a table (we stayed on a long weekend). Overall great hotel, would recommend.

I stayed in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sydney earlier this month. I cannot stress my recommendation enough. The customer service was nothing short of amazing. The staff were always very helpful and accomodating. The room was modern, well kept and had a beautiful view. The facilities were also excellent. The pool was great and gym was excellent. The room service was wonderful, our room was kept to a good standard and was always clean. I could not fault this hotel. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay in Sydney, you won't regret it!

I stay here by choice for business and pleasure whenever in Sydney. Hotel is modern and luxurious whilst reasonably priced. Pool is great and never crowded. Room service is always tasty as is breakfast. So convenient to cbd and ferry/rail. Really can't fault the place.

I have stayed at this beautiful hotel twice and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. It's the best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms are modern and clean, staff are professional and friendly and nothing is ever too hard for them. Experience is a 10/10!

I stayed with my family for 5 nights in this hotel and I would chose it again if I want to visit Sydney once again. Great location. You won’t need your car with staying in this hotel at all. You can visit most of Sydney’s tourists attractions in CBD just with 10 minutes walk from this hotel. Hotel rooms are clean. You will get access to swimming pool and sauna as complimentary. Room services are good. Staff are nice and polite. Buffet Breakfast is excluded however its price in comparison with all around cafes and different type of dishes that you can get here is pretty fair.

We stayed in an executive room for 5 nights over Easter Weekend. Every part of the stay was brilliant. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. Don't forget to try the pool and sauna — well worth a dip! Plus, the OneTouch phone app made ordering any type of room service easy, and we always got a prompt response. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely happy & impressed from the moment we hopped out of the taxi. We had lots of suitcases & the porters emerged out of no where taking care of our heavy bags. We all were treated warmly & in a very friendly manner by Reception. This is so important to me & immediately we all felt at ease. Our two rooms were impeccable & inviting. Air-conditioning on & working beautifully as today was a heat wave reaching 39’ so thank god! Stunning ensuite & extremely comfortable king size bed.
Suffice to say I believe this will be the only place we will book from now on due to location & quality. Thank you Radisson Blu Hotel.

We had a pleasant stay here. Can’t really complain about anything except toilet ‘s flush which was not working sometimes. Very friendly staff, good housecleaning.

Website misleading. No parking on site have to use valet at $50 a day. Staff extremely well trained at customer service. However rooms dated and not great.

Hotel is in a great location. Our room was not. It was supposed to have city views. We could see walls and a titch of sky due to being located in the " light well" (chimney). Room Service was also a bit slow. I expected better from a 5☆ hotel.

I have been to the Radisson Blu Plaza, here in Sydney, many times, and I really enjoyed it. The bedroom are very comfortable, the food and service are good, and the location is definitely a plus. The concierge is very helpful, and has excellent advice on what to do and where to go eat.

The hotel is high quality with a nice room, though a little dark. The breakfast is of a good standard.

Our stay here was fabulous! I was a little hesitant about booking an American chain hotel, but the staff here really take this place to another level! We stayed on the Business class floor and the lounge was wonderful. Breakfasts were great and Vincent was a delight, each morning! I would definitely stay here again!

Attended the vegan high tea. The food was amazing, especially the empanadas. I will definitely be coming back in the near future. The service was perfect, overall great experience.

Visited for a masquerade ball with my university society. Was a very nice place to hold a function, staff were attentive, area clean, good facilities and good alcohol. All up a very fun night!

Great hotel, and seriously well located. I had meetings in multiple parts of the city over a few days and everything was in short walking distance. Then for anything a bit further out, the proximity to Wynyard train station was great. That is also the easiest way to get to and from the airport. Rooms are large, clean and nice. Only down side was a lack of practical shelf space for a multi day stay.

A great hotel, renovated, very well preserved and very well located. Very close to the opera and the bridge. They offer you all the information you could need to visit the city and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast buffet, with live cooking, is also highly recommended.

Stayed at Radisson Blu last week for only one night and wished it had been longer! Radisson Blu Staff are positively 5 Star! EVERYONE we encountered was happy to assist with anything and everything! We upgraded to the Business Lounge and felt the value/investment was superb! Special mention to the Business Lounge staff there! What a Team! I wouldn't look to stay anywhere else than this city-central, heritage listed, magnificent property with every amenity possible! Bravo Radisson Blu!

5 star service! My husband and I loved everything about the hotel. The room was spacious, the food was amazing (both the buffet breakfast as well as in room dining) and the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Nazim). I also enjoyed the swimming pool and massage at Tanatcha Spa.

The hotel, first of all, is very well located. Close to attractions, restaurants and just a short walk from Wynyard station. So, coming from and going to the airport by train is a breeze. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. And I was so well impressed by the room. Large, well lit, comfortable. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath tube, and very good quality toiletries. There is a small fridge, water and wine glasses. The food from the bar is not too expensive, too. The Wi-Fi works seamlessly. And the blackout curtains are perfect. What more can you want?

Good facilities, ordinary service. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. Though the beds are quite uncomfortable. The pillows are awful for your neck and the beds are two singles pushed together, so you roll into the middle. I've had better sleep in $80 p/night establishments. When we were checked in we were not given any information on check out time, food availability in the restaurant and bar or breakfast arrangements. This information wasn't available in the room either, even in the "compendium" on the television. Food in the bar was fine but nothing special. The Harissa prawns were served with sweet chilli sauce and when I raised this with the wait staff no explanation was given for the change. The bar service was slow despite it being a quiet night.

Event we catered, it was stand up, food was very ordinary. Facility was adequate, sound, lighting all okay. A lot of stairs. Nothing stood out as being particularly great, though wasn't terrible.

Stayed here as a Valentine's/Birthday present. Lovely rooms, view dependant on where you end up in the building, so quite variable. Staff were very pleasant, and pricing comparable to other similar quality hotels in the CBD. Perfect for a night (or a few) in town due to its location, close to a number of good bars, restaurants, and cafes.

Very nice hotel but for the price and expectations I would have hoped for more. The rooms were very elegant and were clean. I would have liked to feel a bit more chic opulence for the price however. The beds are very comfortable however the pillows are not very "friendly" to your neck.

Love staying at the good old Radisson! Beautifully appointed rooms. Delicious meals. Helpful staff. Very close to the Rocks, Circular Quay, George Street, Pitt Street mall and other popular parts of Sydney city. Great executive conference facility. Their indoor pool is the perfect spot to exercise. The body spa is so popular, always booked out. Hope to return soon.

Attended for a conference workshop which included dinner. The Staff and service were wonderful. The room and facilities were very comfortable and of good quality. Unfortunately the meal was not great… I ordered fish and it was served up tough as leather and excessively salted. I almost wished I'd had a steak knife!

Rooms were clean and respectable, the staff are nice, the facilities are great. Only issue I had was with the TV's being disabled to HDMI connections meaning you can't hook a laptop up.

Large room. High ceiling. Clean and tidy. Comfortable king bed and pillow. Extra nice and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi. The only reason I rated 4 star instead of 5 is because the mini fridge in the room did not work.

Excellent bathroom and a lovely room. Very comfortable bed. No view so it was not with looking out the window. The staff were fantastic. Couldn't do enough for you and were very friendly. Smooth and efficient check in and check out. Food was nice. The buffet breakfast is a must.

This hotel gets busy during summertime. So book in advance. The price is good in comparison to Hilton or Sofitel. Breakfast worth for money. The underground parking has extra fee. The gym was under renovation so I cant tell much about it.

We stayed here for our second wedding anniversary, and really enjoyed our time. We told them that it was for our special occasion and we got a complimentary upgrade and a bottle of champagne in the room. Great service and an awesome buffet. recommendable.

It room and restaurant bills were passed us, that we had not caused. The duty manager was anything but helpful, invoices were issued incorrectly, every morning at breakfast we should prove, that's included is because this release apparently didn't make the way from the front desk until the was. We have teased us about these Servicve, were treated like people 4.! Class. For the false invoices, there was no excuse, after the reversal of the wrong amounts through the hotel, it booked off two days later again the mysterious incorrect amount. I guess all of this hotel, where the staff is distinguished as the guest, to refrain.
