There is plenty of room for everyone, great place to stay.

Rooms r always good and it's easy to get to.

Clean and friendly staff. Castle towers is 8-10mins drive and has everg shop and entertainment around.

Nice, a bit pricy but nice.

Stayed here for a night with a girl friend. We specifically asked for a twin room and even rang prior to our arrival to ensure that this would happen. When we arrived we were given a room with one king bed. When we requested a twin room, the girl at reception told us that due to the influx of arrivals that day house keeping would be unavailable to fulfill our request as the arrivals were their priority! Were we not an arrival? Why were we not a priority? She basically told us that there was nothing that they could do. We persisted with our request and even asked to speak to the manager who surprise, surprise was not available! Finally after several requests, our room was finally attended to. The location of this hotel is not good! It is in an industrial area with very limited cafes/coffee shops. Very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Helpful staff but expensive. My room was surprisingly tired. AC going full bore with windows and doors all open on a day of 38 degrees. Took ages to cool down. Empty wine bottle on sink. Spills on the counter top. Internet didn't work. Helpful but junior reception staff unable to fix anything.

Room 406b was a strange room that must connect to another room with a locked door in the kitchen. I could hear the people in the other room all night. They were not loud. Room were clean. Staff friendly.

My friends stayed here and we visited. The hallways echoed and you could hear other guests in there room. The Curtin's and blinds have cords that are long and not fixed in place and are a hazard to toddlers and small children potentially to get caught around their necks and be seriously injured.

Very friendly and helpful staff, room is very spacious and well setup. Plenty of parking. Would stay there again.

I stayed a weekend where there was a massive music festival with 23, 000 people attending and the stay was amazing. Such a quiet place, great staff, modern units, free Wi-Fi although the lights in the rooms did give my partner a migraine. Other than that I rate 9/10

Avoid to stay there at any cost if you want a good night sleep after hard day at work. Reception called me at 11 pm at night to wake me up and let me know that there was an issue with my credit card, the card which is in my account and they always charge : (he was even not tend to let me go back to sleep until the problem get solved! I could not get back to sleep as the room was on top if the parking entrance with a roller door which was operating almost all night. The next day I found out nothing was wrong with my card, he was new and not to know what is he doing! The other staff were apologetics but the damage has been done. The quest website clearly mentioned about rewarding for QF point when you stay at quest property but this apartments said that they do not have contract for it: (it is a mislead. The Hotel is in industrial area and noise continue in till midnight and start early in the mornings. Not worth a penny!

It's fine. Clean and everything. Would prefer to not have a shower in the bathtub.

Staying at Quest now, just found a cockroach in my bed. Reception offered to bring up new sheets made me feel like I was an inconvenience — weren't apologetic sounded bored. Offered to write a note to get the room "fumigated or something". I don't know, don't normally write reviews but really?

When visiting Sydney these folk will treat you like a celebrity and go to no end of effort to make your stay comfortable.

I stayed at Quest for a little over 6 months and had an overall good experience. The staff are very friendly and attentive, the accommodation is comfortable, and the services they provide are convenient. The only downside is very slow internet speed but otherwise I had an enjoyable stay.

Good hotel, nice rooms and let good location… Hard to find if you did know which way to go. Price might be just a tad bit high for the studio rooms, but still rather stay here than other places.

Friendly staff, clean and modern hotel. Location is not great, the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area with limited eating options nearby. The first room key I was given was for someone else's room — thankfully they were not in the room when I opened their door! Yikes!

Location is central to Castle Towers and Norwest. Service was good. Parking is great.

Quality Booked a studio room, but it was really TINY! fortunately, there was bed and tea table (just a chair) quite different between studio room' picture. Was quite clean, i'd like to give good point about it. But, still fair … Facilities A queen bed could be enough for studio room, and a small table, but other apartment provided dinning table, chairs and sofa as well. their was dishes, few cooking stuff … BBQ bar was horrible, dirty, dirty and dirty, i'd like to share that BBQ bar pictures … and can hear next door' chatting sound … it was day time, was not loud but we could hear what they are chatting about … at night? don't ask … Service Staffs are smiling, and was kind, but was many mistake, booking wasn't checked well (booked a room a month ago, but they couldn't find our record) Location was not good, really far from Sydney CBD area, even far from Parramatta. and it is middle of nowhere or factories. Can't go outside at night time.
