Just had the pleasure of having high tea here with family and it was amazing. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. A fabulous find and one I shall be going back too.

We had a Christmas in July weekend that the staff organised for our car club and it was absolutely fabulous. Food was great, rooms comfy and staff were amazing, so accommodating, could not have asked for more. We will definitely be back.

Disappointing with our stay — booked room a King room with balcony and bath — was not available as was locked and no one could access it — downgraded to room without a balcony, no mini bar or cable TV as advertised — apparently due to Covid!? like WTF. Breakfast cold and timing poor, dinner over-rated and expensive, bathroom steams up no fan, air con doesn't work in bedroom, only toiletries provided was one little round bar of soap, couch needs steam cleaning or replacing, hair dryer needed replacing blows only soft cold air! Transferred to a noisy room along service road and looking out over the factories and gym behind the lodge. Rooms in general are ok and well appointed but need upgrading for the price and 4.5 star rating. Dining room over crowded and can't walk between tables, not covid safe — low lighting had to use our phone torches to read the menu. Cold and then stale raison toast, luke warm tea, over-rated and overpriced dinner menu. Lots of excuses and apologies! Will take something special for us to stay again and change our review.

Great experience and wonderful services.

For starters the pool was gigantic and will maintained. With friendly staff to rectify any issues, with politeness and warm in the approach of every action. I couldn't have asked for a better room and stay. Thanks Grand Mercure, Hills Lodge. 🏨🍞🍵 — with Okay Pee.

Beautiful restaurant surrounded by lovely garden and lighting. Easy parking. Wonderful atmosphere in restaurant. Excellent waiters / waitresses, professional, happy and very attentive. Food was excellent. I had a wonderful night. Covid rules adhered to also.

Parking & Booking in was easy. Rooms well laid out. Pool was great size and plenty of seating.

Its a lovely place… so clean and comfortable… the bed is beautiful. The food was nice but unfortunately the chef screwed up my steak twice and for $45 I was not very happy but everything else was great.

Excellent venue for group meeting. Good food and service.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its Team headed up by GM Malcom. They have done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. It is a testament to the fact that you can have a beautiful hotel in a central location and still set yourself miles apart with an amazing staff and wonderful service.
We are staying at this hotel for an extended stay (3-6 months) as temporary accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. This Hotel coupled with the warm welcoming staff, great restaurant and amenities feels like a home away from home!
I would highly recommend a stay here for anyone who values quality, comfort and professionalism.

Check in was helpful dinner reservations made before check-in staff very friendly and helpful explaining menu food was to die for security parking what more could you want will ad more tomorrow after breakfast.

Staff are exceptional. They were Always smiling and greeted you with a hello every time.
Grounds are impeccable. Rooms are clean and comfy.
The only negative is that the ground floor corridors smell like cigarettes. Definitely coming back Thank you had a wonderful stay.

I work in the hotel industry, so I’m pretty hard to impress. This hotel and the team managed to go above and beyond expectations in service, genuine hospitality and by providing spotless accommodation. We received a warm welcome, were offered assistance with luggage, bar team helped with sterilising baby bottles and every interaction with the team was genuinely warm and friendly. As we stayed here to escape the heat at home, we ordered room service which was delivered hot and delicious. We received drink vouchers on arrival, so had cold drinks at the small bar/lounge and interacted with other friendly guests. The room was huge by Sydney standards, the amenities quality (Biology and the Arnotts bikkies are a nice touch), air conditioning working and the bed was super comfortable. We will not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends and family. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our first holiday with a baby, a most memorable experience.

Boutique hotel, very nice rooms and patient staff… my guests were very very happy. 5 star all round.

Took my best friend here for dinner to celebrate her birthday. The food was absoultely delicious! The service was immaculate (Thank you Katherine) and the restaurant was spotless, the entire hotel was clean and smelt like candles. We love this place!

Saturday nights bar tender was amazing. Thank you for the fantastic service and for going out of your way to ensure all our questions and needs were met. The cocktails were delicious.

The most beautiful place. We had High Tea and the it was amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful topping up your tea or coffee. I have stayed for a weekend in the pass and I have to say that the rooms are comfortable. We happened to see a Wedding that was happening yesterday also and it was amazing. The grounds are perfection. I travelled from Wollongong to come here for High Tea because it is that good. Thank you we had a lovely afternoon.

We spent 2 nights at The Hills Lodge. We thought it was a great place. Friendly and helpful staff. The grounds were lovely and the pool was great. Our room had a queen, single and sofa bed. Unsure why the sofa bed was set up for two adults and a child but it was great because we all got a bed each. The beds were comfy. Great to have a selection of pillows. The aircon worked really well and the room was quiet.
The only complaints would of been that the common areas were hot and we had to lug all our luggage up to the first floor as there was no elevator to our room.

Attended a wedding, 15/10! Our waiter, Sebastian, 25/10! Seriously highly recommend this place! Rooms, staff and the pool were amazing!
