Very spacious and comfortable apartment.

Spend two nights last weekend. It has everything in the self-contained apartment, stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, even washing machine. We can live there for years :-D Thanks team for the hospitality. We will be back.

Staff were accomodating. Room ha a complete facilities that you need.

Good Apartment with good rooms and healthy washrooms. Centralized location with all food restaurants, shopping market and metro station near by

Just off the freeway, the helpful staff and affordable rooms make the quest a lovely stay.

This is one of the best places I've stayed to date there Wi-Fi is fast and the beds are comfortable the facilities are great and I would strongly recommend quest cambelltown.

Clean, well-equipped and large rooms. Surprisingly quiet location. Car parking conveniently under the hotel. Nearby restaurants do delivery to Quest, expanding in-room dining options. At least some two-bedroom units have bedrooms separated from the living area with a a large glass wall (ie. Bedrooms have no windows). Not necessarily an issue but something to be aware of.

Location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of places to eat. Assigned a room on level 4 with a beautiful view of the park. Definitely staying again!

Very welcoming, friendly staff. The apartment had everything I could have needed and was very clean and well kept. Location A+! Close to everything and easy to access. I already have suggested to my company for all my colleagues travelling to the area to stay here and would 100% recommend to anyone travelling to the area,

While the room itself was nice and the staff very helpful, the toliet doors did not lock and there was clothes in the room left behind by previous guest.

Stayed there for two nights it is a pretty quiet placr if you get a back room. If you are near Campbelltown road them in the morning you start hearing the cars. There is heaps of takeaway restaurants around there like McDonalds KFC etc. There is a small gym on site and they have a continental breakfast area on the first floor. If you dont have a car you are stuck with the Fast food places. The bedroom is a nice little nook and it has a small kitchenette to cook like my colleague did.

We arrived early and reception were able to accomade an early check in. Our group had a 3 bed room and a 1 bed room apartment with both clean, neat and tidy. Note there is a large living area in the 3 bed room aparment which was perfect for our kids.

Room was immaculate and bed comfortable. Thr only downside was the room I was in had a fairly crappy aircon. Otherwise really nice place to stay and near some great food options.

Poor customer service. TVs have no remote control challenging for short people as they can't reach. Staff don't care about this. Facility could be enjoyed if staff improve customer service.

Great location and pleasant staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, interconnecting room and found it perfect as two family’s staying together. Staff were happy to reccomend food and entertainment near by. Charge back option was great. Booked again for next family holiday.

Stayed here while visiting for a friends wedding. Apartment was in great condition, clean and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. The girls on the front desk were also lovely and helped me to find transport to the wedding.

The quest campbelltown is a great place to stay, the location is quite ideal with various food outlets on the doorstep.

Very poor service. Noisy people outside the car parks and inside the hallways. Staff not friendly and respectful of guests. To make things worse past 11pm in the night people try to get into my room thinking it’s their room and after a few attempts the staff member without even knocking opens my room and comes inside suddenly to find me inside. Not even an proper apology, she shuts the door and walks out when I ask what’s going on? She never bothered to check whether there was a guest in the room or not. Never will I make the mistake of coming to Quest Campbelltown again!

Beautiful rooms and very clean in presentation however there is a slight problem with feral cats in the area. Thats the only thing that can be faulted but all in all everything else is perfect.

A bit hard to spot the entrance. Under cover parking is available. Check in was easy. Check out is at 10am. Room was tidy and clean with everything you need. Bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on.

I stayed here 1 year ago for a Wedding without a hunch and very impressed. NOT this time. I paid for the room for one night with Wotif and when I got there they wanted a $200 deposit. It wasn't just a holding deposit. It was taken out of my account. I have been waiting 2 weeks to get it back. I have rung 3 times. not happy. Why was the money taken out in the first place?

Bed uncomfortable, not very family friendly, due to free internet being limited to a small amount per day unless purchase more, not great when u have teenager and a 9 year old and foxtel channels hopeless need more of a variety for what you pay for (kids channels), the things u long for when u go away are things you cant afford at home and all channels of foxtel are great. Other fact was our was hit by something in the carpark and we werent notified and nothing done, unfortunately we found damage after we had left not that we can do much about it now, just letting you guys know. Place needs to be more family friendly and our air con also leaked fortunately reception lucky coould fix.

Best location to stop before driving further to Canberra. Nice hotel with plenty services. Close to a lot of fast food choices. A good stay.

Horrible experience. Room overlooked next doors busy hotel carpark, three takeaway restaurant's (with the sliding door open all you can smell is KFC) and an extremely busy intersection. Room had no foxtel, small old tv, only 400mb of 'free Wi-Fi', no doona cover on bed — overly starched bed sheets. Had to contact Quest for incidental charge back on credit card after no refund for seven days. Positives — clean, free parking.

I was on site for some work and there was a stray kitten wandering the car park. I helped the front desk staff try and catch the kitten. The kitten was caught and taken to the rspca. 10/10 would catch a cute kitten again.

Nice sized and clean rooms. Uncomfortable bed. Not enough pillows.

Experience was good but charged us a transaction fee which should not have happened as we were told over the phone on 23/06/2017@10am that they will waive the transaction surcharge which they did not unfortunately. We would try not to book with them again. 21/07/2017 — Well, I have just booked accommodation with you again but via agoda so no credit card surcharge, no waste of time and no lies from whomever sits at the reception. I don't care whether she was trainee or not but you should have done something about it as I was saving you money to book it directly not via third party. Thanks for your response anyways.

Don't stay here unless u r a smoker in which case u mightn't care that the rooms reeked of smoke and there's nobody around after 11pm to fix any problem that u may have and even leaving a complaint on a machine got no activity, we still had to chase up the staff, wots the point of leaving a detailed msg if ppl don't act on it. I now know why I don't stay domestically u don't get service much less with a smile. Your establishment was a dirty disgrace and I'll never stay in another Quest in Australia. As seasoned travellers we r used to bring looked after, our every whim catered for but u didn't even try to make things better, just move rooms after we insisted for our second night and even it was smoke affected, we won't return and I'll make sure our friends know not to use your Hotel. U spoilt our short holiday in Sydney, THNX.

Room was nice. Strange smell which resembled an illegal smoke when we got on our floor and was woken at 1:30am by a couple fighting. Not the hotels fault but did spoil the stay a bit.

Really impressed! Great service, really great room — spacious, modern, well laid out, great facilities. V impressed with the inclusive breakfast bar — huge selection of cereals, cold meats & cheese, coffee. I'm going back there again & am putting all my staff up there when they go.

Very friendly staff. Great price! Clean, nice and comfortable rooms. Good restaurants around and easy to be charged back to rooms. Location is convenient. They also provide good selection of DVDs for free as well as free Wi-Fi… What more can I ask?

The staff were quite friendly and, for the price, the rooms cone well equipped. Plenty of options for restaurants in the area and the station is conveniently close by. My one complaint was the bed — it wasn't at all comfortable.

There's not much to do nearby. No supermarket or nice restaurant. The rooms and service is great though.

I stayed here for 3 weeks, I was treated Like I was the only customer, The room was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble, the staff were friendly and I just did not want to go home, Awesome mini bar and not over priced, Loved it would recommend this place to everyone.

Recently had a two bedroom apartment. Arrived before the 2.00 pm book in time and room was not ready, so we went off and returned at 2.15 pm, but were eventually told at 2.40 pm that room still not ready and offered another room on another level. We obviously accepted but the following morning we were advised by family members that the second bedroom was over the security gate which made noises during the night. We also found that a number of the quilts had unsightly stains which questioned the origins of the stains and integrity of cleaners/management instructions concerning bedding/linen. So overall, very disappointing.

Room lovely n clean. Tv didnt work. Paid cash so wouldn't put a $200 hold on my bank n they did that anyway so have to wait up to 10 days to get it back. Offered no discount for TV not working. Noisey from above floor.
