We always stay hear any time we are in cambelltown love it grate people helpfully and friendly.

Good price good rooms better when the onsite restaurant is open.

No definitely don’t recommend this stay, Beds r rock hard like cement, n they can’t cook Breakfast they bring you toast that has no butter on it and not even toasted properly and it turns up cold that u Can’t even put butter on it. The butter won’t melt into the toast because the toast is not hot.

Lovely neat apartment simple but very comfortable and clean. Great air conditioning, a lovely pool. There’s also a Chinese restaurant on site!
Add the fact that there’s a bus stop at the front door!

Very clean, nice pool, enough tea, coffee and sugar sachets, friendly service, reasonably priced. Very happy.

Awesome place for families. Very homely. Love the space and quietness. Had Uber eats. Waited 20 minutes for dinner to arrive. Lastly enjoyed a swimming in the pool.

Helpful front desk and very good Chinese restaurant. Room Heater wasn't up to an admittedly freezing cold night, but there was a spare blanket. Good motel in a handy spot.

Easily one of the noisiest places I've stayed. Currently 2:34am and people have been banging and dropping stuff outside, trucks reversing. Uncomfortable beds. Shower taps where you have to have the touch of a safe cracker just to get the temperature of the hot water right, if it comes on at all (10minutes to get hot water going). Would rather stay in my car.

Really great hotel, clean and friendly. Breakfast was good but just missed toast and got tea instead of coffee but they were happy to fix and it's understandable with a big olace to cater for. I would stay here again.

Nice Rooms that are quite comfortable. Only thing that is not what I expected was the lack of cooking utensils at Maclin Lodge. I am visting a person staying there and when we were cooking there was not enough basic items such as a strainer etc. But the staff are friendly and courteous which makes up for it.

Only visiting family there but the room was very clean and spacious.

Great motel to stay at. The rooms were very clean big bath room and the staff were friendly. Pool was fantastic and a great Chinese Restaurant on site and very quiet at night. I highly recommend.

Great location. Rooms were clean and tidy. Not too noisy being on a main road. Easy check in.

Only 5 Foxtel channels, cheap TVs. The room I stayed in had been broken into previously and was not repaired properly. They had a broom stick to try prevent the sliding door from being forced open. Bed and pillows/blankets are uncomfortable.

We had an overnight stop at Machine Lodge. It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We dined at the on-site Chinese restaurant and enjoyed the food and relaxed atmosphere.

Stayed there for 2 days. The room is clean. Everything we need is there like iron and hairdryer. Extra credit to the cleaners as I unintentionally left the dishes unwashed and they cleaned up for me. Thank you. We will stay there again.

Good rooms and very clean. Quite rooms. There is a Chinese restaurant here which was really good one night then the next night I had beef black Bean which had no flavour at all. The motel gets busy so you may need to book in advance.

Rooms are well priced, most amenities provided however no hairdryer. Close to everything.

I went to the chinese restaurant at Maclin Lodge Motel. The service and quality of the food was outstanding. The Gold Wheel chinese restaurant is a restaurant I would recommend to anyone.

Was a very comfortable experience. Quiet, comfortable, clean and inexpensive. Will reccommend.

Great room. Very clean. Near the road but not noisy at all. Big bathroom with great shower pressure. Bonus! Chinese restaurant served fantastic chinese. Staff of Motel and Chinese helpful and friendly. Great rate and will definitely be staying again!

Very clean, good and comfortable motel with lovely rooms, very kind staff and the amazing pool but it would be nice if it was heated.

Our 13 night stay at this place was just good with kids. Couldn't have asked for more. It was very quite self contained twin apartment. Thank you.

HORRIBLE! Awful experience due to front desk manager lady, from check in she was RUDE. Then when there was a question about payment to extend stay she was not interested in dealing with the situation. BEWARE she has been in her job too long obviously and had it out for whoever came across her path, I am writing this review because of her SMART A** attitude and that she DOES NOT DESERVE ANOTHER GUEST TO USE HER OR HER FACILITIES. It's worth the money to stay at Quest Apartments or ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE. — — — STARS IF I COULD GIVE IT.! Also I have traveled for over 20 years and she was the WORST! Good luck lady!

3rd Motel on our way up from Melbourne. Spotless cleanliness, super quiet except for the relaxing sound of the birds. The best at our budget. Comfortable roomy room. More than satisfied. :)

Although clean, maintenance is not visible, pool was closed for maintenance although no repair or cleaning were undertaken in the 5 days I was there, onsite chinese restraunt was closed for kitchen renovations, so it is stated on front doors. In a peak times both of these need to be clean and be able for customers to use or apon booking notified that they aren't available at this time, in which case I would have gone somewhere else. On a positive, bed was comfortable and good hot shower.

Always clean and well priced. Apartments are the best option in accommodation.

Tip: If ordering from on site chinese restaurant do not order delivery to room as they are not owned by motel so charged with $8 "home" delivery fee.

Room was very neat and well maintained. Staff is still extremely nice and courteous.

My father and I stayed here while attending a convention in October. Staff were helpful and obliging. It has a convenient location and comfortable beds. The rooms are large and clean with good fittings. Restaurant on site is really lovely. We enjoyed staying at the Macklin very much and hope to go back there again.

Great motel, friendly staff, amazing chinese restaurant in the complex. We are regular visitor's at the Maclin lodge and compared to nearby motels they offer great prices! Location is great although views are not very exciting. Staff are always helpful and try their best to offer early check-ins and late check-outs.

The rooms are spacious but deserve a refreshment. They are poorly insulated noise from neighbouring rooms.
