Great atmosphere, great service, great food.

Very busy due to SES & NSW Rural fire staff coming in for lunch. The staff were under the pump in the kitchen & bar. They all handled this situation with good customer service. Well done team.

Manager Kate has assisted me with organising my son's birthday function. Kate's customer service is fantastic, she answered all my questions and was happy to assist with anything I asked. Thank you.

Best feed I've had in along time thanks.

Thanks for the beautiful steak chips & salad today that was ordered for us, before bistro closed for 4 adults, after coming there after a funeral today, so hungry.

Bistro staff are fab, and meals and salads are fresh and generous and delicious.

We come here on a regular basis, enjoy good food. It’s nice to get out of the house.

I’ve been going to this venue for over 10years and all the gaming staff have been awesome and look after me as I do them. Yesterday I went in and since the ATMs were down due to a blackout I asked for cash out at the bar and the apparent “hotel manager” Kate decided to reply to my request quite loudly with “its not my problem I don’t own the f***kng ATMS. ” As a long term patron and knowing all the gaming staff and both security guards by name I felt like she obviously shouldn’t be in charge of a hotel if this is how she talks to patrons. Not only that, when I proceeded to tell her “that’s ok I’ll just take my turnover somewhere else” her response was “yeah that’s fine take it somewhere else see if I care”. She decided to follow me all the way from the public bar and into gaming bar where I was relaying my frustrations with how rude she was to the other staff and then proceeded to follow me into the gaming area and out to the side exit all whilst screaming and making a scene in front of a semi full gaming floor. This is not hospitality and what a disgrace to the Laundys name to have someone like this talking to customers. Even the security vouched that “he’s actually one of our best clients… ”. I would like someone to contact me to discuss and an apology from her as I will not be visiting the venue if she’s on shift and will take my turnover elsewhere.

I didnt even want to give 1 star but had to so I could write this review. I have never done a review but this pub is the Worst pub ever. The woman bar staff are very unprofessional. The manager is very disrespectful to all customers and swears at them to, not hard to pick, the one that looks like a drugo and always with a bad attitude. Apart from the rude staff the place is boring… a pub is a place people drink but this place is like a court house. I was treated like a criminal and the security also assalted me. Customers are always wrong. I recomment three swallows at bankstown, better crowd, better staff, better entertainment. Business will be lost if this place continues to employ drugos.

Great food, wonderful staff very friendly and helpful, good menu selections and large sizes for the prices which are quite reasonable, good beer selections, nice beer garden and dining area and a couple of nice bars inside, well worth a visit for a meal or a drink and a catch up with friends and family.

Absolutely love the food & service from all the staff at the Willows! Always more then happy to go out of their way to help you and keep you happy & for the owner to also go out of his way to come up and say hello and make sure everything is ok shows alot about the person he is and the business he runs. Not often do you get owners going around greeting people. Thank you for always making time at the Willows special!

I took my grandaughter there for lunch yesterday. The food melted in your mouth, the staff are nice and friendly. We had a lovely time.

Very nice modern pub. Staff were accommodating, the chicken wings were good and drinks were cheap.

Nice clean and tidy — and very modern rooms. Helpful staff. Its outer appearance isn't going to win any beauty contests but it was a quiet stay & we felt safe. Loved the shower, good water pressure & consistent temperature. The pizza's at the restaurant are big and delicious, plenty of topping. There's supermarkets nearby and fast food too. If you smoke there is an area so you won't feel like a leper because its not near the rooms but it's in a nice garden. Bonus — we saw a fruit bat at night and some lovely ibis and a crane the next morning on leaving.

Really nice food and big portions but after 8.30pm it was very quiet and not much atmosphere. I would definitely go again for the food!

We had a great time dining in the Twin Willows restaurant and then some drinks in the bar area afterwards. Top quality food served up really quickly by friendly staff, even though the restaurant area was quite busy. The venue has recently been renovated and it has some really nice, open spaces. Perfect for anyone wanting a Bass Hill venue for a function, big or small.

Atmosphere was great, service fast and very friendly and the food was exceptional. You could ask for an alteration to a menu item and the staff were more than happy to accommodate.

I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog lousy service lousy chef and rude staff.

Last week when I went here food came quickly and it was hot n tasty, this week me and my mates waited 1 hour for our food. Probably would have waited longer had I not gone to the counter to see what was taking so long, it seems that had forgotten our order. Not only that but last week I ordered bangers and mash and got a nice big bowl with lots of mash and three snags, this week small bowl not much mash and 2 snags. A bit of consistency would be nice. Food was still good though.
