The room is big because I can do a T pose.

Honestly feels like staying at Hilton hotels, friendly staff, room service came with free lobster, complementary back massage, theres a friendly rock climbing centre near by along with a go cart track. I have been all over the world, and this place is my number one destination, I have never felt so great. My one way ticket to saudi arabia was cancelled so they let me stay a few more nights charge free, the pork is very halal, my anus was cleaned on a daily basis with rocks and grass. I was only allowed to shower once every month, which was more than I expected. Cannot recommend this place enough. Peace be upon you my brothers and sisters.

I've been trying over 20 times to get on the phone to villawood immigration detention centre, they put me on hold for about 2-5 minutes and then hang up. Useless flops.

Aussie Aussie Aussie Oye Oye Oye… It’s a shame Australia went this way about protecting our borders! Possibly the reason tourism numbers havent risen for sometime! I could only imagine an immagrants thought after being locked behind such solid doors, I can say it’s almost enough to scare a Citizen away after visiting such a facility! Could be the time to reconcider such policies Australia, after all we wouldn’t want to loose that historic theme wer’ve best known as to the rest of the world being “The Lucky Country” wouldn’t want that to change.

Great rooms, best mattresses in the southern hemisphere and the view was fantastic of the crying refugees being beaten.

Wine has served at room temperature and not slightly chilled.

Hotel Villawood. Deport the rubbish. Working class Aussies are sick of welfare dependent and crime ridden refugees.

Worse workers ever! Very rude and disrespectful. No care what so ever. Un-organised and poor communication skills!

Clean rooms. Great staff. Very deceptive in appearance but really lovely to stay at. No restaurant on site.

Just another local pub which is a bit run-down to be honest. A place for people to rest for the night and continue on with their journey.

Amazing attraction. You will enjoy watching cute animals behind cages. My favourite was "Aida". She was timid and shy at first, but then she got all friendly and affectionate. Couldn't give this a 5 rating the premises lacked restaurants. : (

Rather disappointed that this concentration camp didn't have any Jewish people. With that being said, I did enjoy the service. I got flogged for a few minutes and then caned. It was a nice experience. I'm sure coming back again.

Absolutely terrible service — will never stay here again. Service for people staying in the rooms were nonexistent and all of the staff focus was on the junkies and alcoholics in the pub and carpark.

Omg. Where do I start. You can't call yourself a hotel, call yourself a backpackers, or accommodation if you drink too much down stairs. This place needs a wake up call. The staff need a wake up call. I would never go back nor would I recommend to anyone. The cleaning lady, well on the last day it was obvious why our room was partially serviced on only 3 of the 4 nights we stayed (towels changed and 1 bin emptied), she was sitting down playing with her phone. She is also a crabby old lady who wouldn't smile if her life depended on it. The last day and night we were there, the room wasn't serviced at all. The underside of the doona on our bed had stains, could only assume from having no doona cover on it at all, where's the hygiene practices there. Not to mention there was no restocking of anything in the mini bar, milk, coffee, tea, clean coffee cups, toilet paper, soaps, nothing was restocked. When we asked the staff for more milk, we waited approx 10 minutes for them to find where the milk was, and then a few days later asked for more toilet paper, we were looked at like we had 2 heads. No one should have to go ask for more loo paper, it should just be restocked. Every staff member was rude, except the lovely lady who ended up finding the milk, and a lovely man on the phone who apologized sincerely to my partner in relation to the room not being serviced at all on the 3rd day.

Do not stay here if you are coming for a holiday for 2 or more days and don't bother trying to ask reception for help or anything except a bad attitude. The worst thing on our 4 day stay was the smell in our shower and toilet, we had our own ensuite, but when you open that door up you smell sewage, and it goes through your room and stinks, everytime you open the door it stinks. Then there were the smaller things, syringe packagings on the ground at the entrance to the rooms, bins were full in the bedroom and were never emptied, and the outside ones were over flowing, rubbish was flying around the car park all over the place, bedding was not stripped (if you stay for 3 days or more apparently your bedding is changed every 2 days) our room was not cleaned and never vacuumed, mini bar was not restocked, tea and coffee were not restocked, we had to find someone in reception to get more toilet paper because it had not been replenished the whole time we were there, same with milk. No staff are around after 12pm, 10pm on saturday and sunday. You can only speak to someone when the pub opens at 10am. The music in the pub is so loud until about 11.30pm and the rooms are above them, you can feel the bass when your laying on the bed, and if your trying to air out the room because of the sewage smell by keeping the window open a bit, you cannot hear the TV over the music down stairs.

Worst hotel ever. Worst service and worst manger I have ever dealt with. And to think they have no night staff or no one to contact while you are there is ridiculous. I did not feel safe what so ever! Do not book at this hotel. Waste of money!

Rooms are renovated but not very clean. Shared toilet and bathroom need to be cleanned more often.

I booked a room here recently while I was in Sydney to see a relative in hospital. The staff here were by far the friendliest and most accomodating hoteliers I've ever stayed with, and did their utmost to make an otherwise difficult time manageable. Top value for price, I'll definitely be staying here again if ever I need to go to Sydney.

My cousin was placed there and THE WORSE WORKERS EVER! POOR communication whatsoever. We were told by THEM to pay his ticket and very well we did. Made sure it was the RIGHT time and the RIGHT date that the agent asked for only to be told later on that he was going to be deported on a different date. NEVER BUY A PLANE TICKET! Even if they give you the option to because once the dates get changed they will not care and will go back and forth with you. Just an advice, get an agent to be there to explain with a family member and not have a translator on the phone. Because you will not know who it is dealing with your loved ones. Not only that another note is there will be less confusion on both ends if the AGENT is speaking with a family member who fluently speaks and understands English. No one helped at all. Worse experience and staff.
