Great timewell priced and great location.

Went on a working trip. Thank you to the staff that were amazing. I asked if we could have a 7:30 am check in time and they said we will do our best to help and they did just that. Always asking how our day was. Seeing if we need anything. I Recommend plam Court to any one travelling to Port. Budget friendly, comfortable motel Thank you plam Court.

This is our 2nd stay great price love coming here with the family lovely staff make you feel welcome and clean rooms comfy beds and a pagola.

A spur of the moment overnight booking online for our Wedding Anniversary. We were given the choice of two rooms on arrival, 1 being on the lower floor or the other on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the Canal (and main road). We decided on the top floor room. Only negative was the noise from the street, car and foot traffic but it was only minimal AND it's a given with a road facing room. Room was outdated yet clean, tidy and a good size. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Were informed motel was undergoing a refurb so will look amazing when it's all finished with the refurbishment.
Carpark underneath was a little tight, especially on exiting. We scraped our roofracks on the way out (no damage done though… thankfully)
Service from staff was absolutely warm and welcoming. Special mention to staff member AUSTIN for going above and beyond for his service. I'd left my ph charger in the room on day of checking out and with a ph call to notify staff was assured it would be posted back to me. Imagine my surprise when my husband went to our front door today (day after checking out) and had my ph charger hand delivered to him. Thank you so much. Your kindness is duely noted.
Definitely worth staying at but not for an extended period.

Reception were very helpful and friendly, Room was very clean with comfy beds. Park your car, get your room and then you can walk to shops, water, clubs ect great spot and very good prices.

Cleaning needs working on. Bong on the verandah of my room (without weed), otherwise quite peaceful with the creek running up side and close to town. May stay again in cleaner room.

Wonderful helpful friendly staff, lovely and comfortable room. Overall nice experience.

Shower recess/cubicle was rather small and shower screen wouldn't shut properly, but bed was comfortable and room was quiet.

Last minute booking, very accommodating friendly room was very clean and tidy I would recommend this motel to all my friends.

Amazing place to stay while in Port. Centrally located, clean, quiet, nice pool, great staff, and a restaurant down stairs. Will be back.

Stopped off here overnight, good for a night sleep. Pool was under construction when I stayed. Close to town centre and a pub next door so it gets a little loud during the nights. Room we stayed in had cockroaches in it as well as plenty of missiles found there way in, luckily they provide bug spray. The night I stayed there was a few people having an argument outside my room so it was nice to have front row seats at 3 AM to a bunch of yelling.

Great friendly motel. Stayed here many times & find it clean and comfortable. Will always come back here and its only a short walk to main town.

Palm Court Motor Inn has been a very pleasant place to stay. The initial reception was polite and friendly and I had no trouble getting to the room. The rooms facing the canal have a wonderful view of the water and the native flora and fauna. A balcony was available in my room with 2 outdoor chairs and ash tray, it was fairly small but comfortably fit 3 people. Inside the room includes a double and single bed, sofa, a total of 3 chairs, a table and wall mounted flatscreen TV (Good size at approximately 32" but inbuilt audio is deadful). The usual benches, drawers, cupboards are present. A very small alcove is stocked with a small fridge, toaster, kettle and glasses/cups. The bathroom is small but has a large shower, toilet and vanity with LOTS of mirrors. It features an excellent skylight that works brilliantly during the day. A pool is available for use, it looks to be a decent size and clean. The CBD is an easy 5 minute walk, and a little further gets you to the seaside. In the opposite direction you can find a supermarket within 500 metres. The thing that impressed me the most is the service of the employees. Having forgot to put the "Tidy my room" sign on the doorknob, I was pleasantly surprised to come back from working to a made bed, clean dishes and a resupply of toiletries, coffee satchels and milk. I would definitely recommend this establishment as it comes at a very reasonable price for great value.

Good location and budget pricing also budget accommodation though rooms are small shower floor was peeling up and car park is very tight and small.

Great position for the shopping centres, being situated between both. Closer to Port Central, which is ideal for river walks and eating out and general pmq tourist attractions. Traffic crossing the nearby bridge tends to be relentless and quite noisy, especially if you have the balcony door open. View over the nearby river is pleasant. Decor in the room is dated, and wall colour not so easy on my eyes. TV works mostly but sometimes loses the sound and has to be repowered. Walls are a little thin. Swimming pool is nice enough, but only two loungers and area had a bit of an ant problem. You have to pick your time to visit as the pool area does not get sun all day. No food facilities in the motel, but you do get a fridge, kettle and toaster to keep you going. Cafes are a short walk away. Port Central shopping center about 300 yards away. Daily room service, pleasant, friendly staff. Reception area has lots of tourist leaflets to help make the most of you time. Had no specific complaints whilst I was there.

Booked online and somehow managed to accidentally book 1 month ahead of intended date. Cancelled following day with 27 days notice and still charged a nights accommodation despite requesting a refund. Nice way to capitalise on another's misfortune. Easy money I guess!

Was the worst place lve ever stayed at soon as u walk in toe nail clippings by the bed both sides of bed.

Clean rooms, great restaurant attached, good location.

Badly in need of refurbishing!
No internal door locks and chains make it a security risk.
The adjoining door didn’t even have a lock or chain between rooms.
The soft furnishings were tired and window coverings worn.
Rusty table legs, horrid bed covers and lounge covering.
Balcony dirty and plant dying!
Pool looked terrible and very uninviting.
Light by bed broken and couldn’t be turned on. Overhead light moved side wards to original position and showing previous paintwork.
No lock to open sliding door into open position, which meant it had to be closed overnight and no fresh air in the room.

Perfect location for the Ironman, right near the swim start which provides a great base for me and a long day of supporting! Facilities are good and the staff are excellent. We stay there every year.

Perfect for a quick overnight stay on our way down the coast. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Value for money. Great location.

We had plenty of privacy and the people are friendly. No spa only baby pool. Could do with some maintenance as my 7 year old cut her toe twice on broken tiles. Nice and close to shops.

Ive paid alot more for significantly less. Clean rooms, great location. But the staff here made my 5 week stay awsome, always friendly and helpful. I will stay here e very time im in port maquarie. Thank you for the hospitality.

Spent 2 wonderful nights there and the owner could not have been more helpful, staff also very friendly and 1st class position, nice neat and clean room larger than expected, walking distance to everything to my liking, will be returning in the near future.

Decided to go to Port for a night not knowing where to stay stayed at your motel and was very impressed. Room was nice and clean bed was actually comfy unlike some that are rock hard this felt like we were sleeping on our bed. Was impressed that we walk to dinner and everything that was needed. Lastly the the staff that greeted us at reception were so welcoming and helpful and the price was great. Outdid a lot of motels in Sydney and you pay alot more for them will be recommening you to all the friends and will stay here again.

Best Motel for the price. Friendly staff, clean rooms, in CBD, close to all facilities. I won't be looking elsewhere next time I go to Port.

Stayed 2 nights last week in a balcony room. Large room clean bathroom and for being in the CBD very quite slept well. Paid $109 per night but was given a cafe Restaurant voucher for $40, had a great meal their restaurant one night. Over all very very good will stay again on the return trip.
