Pleasant and friendly staff, upgraded from a downsided room to a room with a spa, fantastic atmosphere definitely recommend ecolodge.

We were upgraded to a superior room on the first floor. Nice outlook over the pool. Everything very clean and bed very comfortable. Tariff included continental breakfast which was good value. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again for sure!

What an excellent place to stay, couldn’t of gotten better. Staff very friendly, room serviced daily very clean, excellent shower, great bed & included in complex is Frog & Toad restaurant, couldn’t ask for more. Will certainly recommend to all we talk to on our travels, EXCELLENT!

Always a good stay in this hotel. Rooms great and owners very friendly. We have stayed here several tines and would certainly recommend.

Omg. What a difference. In a good way. Beautiful warm welcome at reception, clean large rooms, wonderful hot shower, Devine bed, and bonus continental breakfast delicious. So know where to stay from now on. Family orientated. Genuinely nice people. Thanks heaps. Deb and Nan.

Motel on the way into Tamworth. Older style motel with rooms set back from highway. Very neat and tidy. Breakfast in the Tarrif was a nice surprise. Recommended.

Easy to find on the main road into town. The room was sufficient for our stay although a bit aged however the price for our family room, which sleeps 5, was very reasonable.

Great Place & Staff. The Frog & Toad is a great place to go for dinner. Food is delicious an d p presentation A1.

Comfortable accommodation. Bed was nice, water pressure great and thank goodness for the air conditioner! Only complaint is the refrigerator was super noisy and made it hard to fall asleep.

The staff are fantastic and they are really friendly. The meals in the restaurant are a joy to eat and nothing is a problem for them. Highly recommend staying and eating there.

WARNING THINK TWICE — we just stayed for a 5 day break, $220 a day so a $1100 total — payed in advance. For this sort of dollars I think you are right to expect a certain level of quality and service. Tamworth was experiencing a heat wave at this time so 38-40+ everyday, on our first day out we couldn't wait to get back to the Air Con room — WRONG! They had entered our room and turned it off — we are welcomed by a 33 degree sweat box that the little ac once turned back on took over an hour to get the room to at least comfortable. So in writing I requested the Air to be left on — but no again even after we have asked it was once again turned off. We tried for 4 days — asking please leave on, finally I approached management to be told they refuse to leave on as it costs too much money and wears the AC out! MY GOD $1100 for 5 days and they cant afford to leave it on? This is like catching a cab and the driver say I cant take you anywhere as it uses to much fuel and wears the car out — but ill take your money! SO THINK TWICE about staying with a Motel that puts profit before its guests comfort and requests — what happened to the hospitality industry where guest comfort was the first priority — never will I spend another cent here — in my book disgusting attitude.

Travelling long distances with 2 kids. Arrived late but reception called ahead and took our dinner order while we were driving. Arrived, kids burned off some energy in the great and decent sized pool which is open until 9pm. Food from restaurant was of very high quality and arrived very shortly in our room after we checked in. Comfortable beds. A separate room for kids in family accom. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean and comfortable. The bed was rhe softest ever. Nice friendly folks. Bonus with the Continental breakfast.

Was pleasantly surprised with the Econo Lodge! The room amenities were great, the pool was clean and the restaurant was very comfortable. I wouldn't look anywhere else next time.

Nice room and facilities. Great to have continental breakfast included in room tarif. Foxtel included has limited channels and no TV guide. Wifi patchy as well. Otherwise great place to stay.

Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Lovelr guy on reception. We were leaving earlyso he gave us a continental breakfast tray that night so we could have breakfast before we left the next day. Very reasonably priced. Plus free wi fi. Would reccomend to anyone.

The staff was great very helpful in every way they could to make our stay the best way possible the rooms was massive and clean and the restaurant well they went out of their way to help with food required such a great bunch of people trust me when I say you won't find anything like it in Tamworth.

Great little motel and customer service is top notch. Room was very clean, well prepared and continental breakfast daily hit the money. Good little pool if after a swim. Complex is a little old and dated but very well kept. Bathroom is well kept and clean, shower pressure a bit too weak for a nice shower though. Will definitely consider staying here if ever in Tamworth again. 4.5/5 overall.

First time there and found it clean (hint of hospital grade cleaner) and friendly service… not many places u go offer u a continental brekky in ya room price and have a wide variery spread out in the restaurant to choose from…

The room was comfortable and clean. The small fridge was located in the wrong place which was right at the door as you walked in. The particular side of the complex where we were accommodated was copping the full brunt of the western sun in the afternoon, the little fridge just inside the door was doing it tough to stay cool. The BBQ facility was good and very clean, however climbing up the flight of stairs to the BBQ facility on the balcony to me is not a good idea for guests, especially when you're trying to juggle food, plates, utensils etc — an accident waiting to happen in my books. The bathroom was very clean which is a massive positive. The air conditioner was set to a default of 25 degrees, this meant that the unit was still quite warm. This definitely needs to be changed.
