Stay here in Armidale every time when available handy to bowls club for dinner centre of town.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and parking outside your door! Great option if you're passing through or traveling for work. The bathroom was a little dated, but that didn't bother me terribly as it was in condition and clean. Limited cutlery and crockery in the room, but fresh milk for tea and coffee which is always a bonus.

I have travelled many places both with my family and as a business/corporate traveller and this place is the cleanest I have ever stayed. We had to book last minute for a family crisis and our hosts were more than accommodating. All family needs were anticipated from plunger coffee for the weary travellers, Foxtel, awesome hot shower and heated towel rail. Absolutely spotless without overpowering "cleaning product" smell. The beds were extremely comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were thoughtfully stored in dust bags so even they were perfectly clean. As we arrived literally wirh the clothes on our backs we were pleasantly surprised with toiletries quality too… I have fussy hair and the shampoo was fantastic (i will be begging for a spare bottle next time we visit) Congratulations Sandstock, what a great team.

Had a great stay here in Armidale NSW. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The managers were very friendly, even lent us there umbrella when it looked like rain, a shame the the wind turned it inside out and wrecked it, brought them a new one which I am sure they will share again with any of there customer, s need one. Location is very close to shops, pub and bowling club. Enjoy your stay.

Stayed at this motor inn after a breakdown just outside of Armidale, the staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable for the night until we could see the mechanic. Defiantly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you very much to all the staff :)

Quiet location in the middle of town. Short walk to pubs and restaurants. Clean room, comfortable beds and a good shower. Prices are reasonable.

They changed our room without telling us, leaving us with not enough beds.

Very nice place. I have recently stayed at this motel in the accessible room. Very good room with easy access all round. Lots of room to move including a good bathroom. Would definitely recommend this motel for people with a disability.

Stayed there recently. Quick and efficient check in. VERY comfortable bed and spacious room with really good curtains to block out the light at night. It is also set back a bit from the busy roundabout down the road so it's much quieter than the other nearby motels. Breakfast was great and I loved the little touches.

Would like to say many thanks for a fantastic stay. Owners/staff are very warm and welcoming. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone that needs a break on their long journey. When back in Armidale I will be staying again.

Fantastic place to break the long journey from QLD to Sydney (or the other direction). Great sized rooms, perfect for us to break our extremely long and tiring Sydney to Queensland journey over night. Loved the new hosts, great friendly couple and breakfast was awesome! Particularly loved the way they cook the breakfasts with prompt and on time delivery directly to our room!

Thumbs up! This is one of the best motels I stayed so far. The owner was kind, and the room was very clean and neat. Great attention paid to details, and the room was very warm.
