We drove in here today from Batlow, it was lovely to see green grass & some rain. Glad we got a cabin for the night as we needed some comfort & yes it's very comfy & private.

We've just enjoyed our 4th stay at Armidale Tourist Park. Great spot to enjoy some cooler weather in summer. Nice grassy campsites with shade available. Lovely pool and BBQ area.

Exceptional service, so much appreciation for the staff on. We’re stuck in fires and unable to make our booking and really helped us out a lot (: very very happy with the service provided and getting back to us so quickly. Will definitely be staying with them when we are back on our feet (:

Lovely cabin, clean linen, smells amazing, staff are wonderful.

This is a tourist park that has seen better days. While it was clean and tidy, it was clearly in need of an upgrade. The pool wasn’t kid friendly (no shallow end) and it wasn’t heated. The games room wasn’t very big. Common showers were clean and the hot water was great.

Nice quiet caravan park. Stayed in a budget cabin. Sleeping well. One hot plate not working and supplied knife very blunt. All other amenities great for the price range.

A lovely, well set out facility with obliging staff. The amenities are aged but immaculate. The sites are large with easy access and grassed areas. Pity it will cease to be available in the near future due, apparently, to the site has been sold for development. A pity with Armidale having only one other caravan park. I wonder what RV will do if they wish to visit Armidale?

Very clean amenities, lovely park and staff. Solar heated pool, dog friendly. I was in unpowered site, very little noise from Road. Enjoyed being here.

Checked in to an unpowered site when it was so cold ice formed on the floor of our van. While facilities were clean was really surprised that the camp kitchen had no heating and the ablutions block not only had no heating, there were huge exhaust fans which dragged the freezing air in from outside, through the cubicles — a very unpleasant experience. The floors were tiled and absolutely freezing. One would think that in a climate like that they could at least have bamboo shower mats in the showers so you weren't standing on freezing tiles. The floors were so cold that I kept getting cramps in my feet. Overpriced if one is basically just using the ablutions, and no card for clients' comfort.

Older style cabin bit cramped expecially the bathroom. Two hot plates on the stove did not work. Good heating and electric blanket on the bed. Price at $ 99.00 a night bit high for the standard of the cabin.

Great place, very relaxing, has everything you need, 5 minute drive to Tamworth city.

Lovely park, lots of space, close to everything but not to close. Friendly staff, good size sites. Stayed in a ensuite site, very functional. Great place to base yourself while you do the tourist things in the area, definitely do the Waterfall Way, so worth it.

Clean, modern amenities. Well grassed sites. Won't take bookings, first come get best spots.

Newly furnished and clean. Premises are not too big. Good for quiet retreat.

This is one of the best caravan parks you will find. The staff are amazing. The park has all the facilities you need for a great stay. The prices are cheaper than most other parks. There's plenty of space, grassy areas and trees. Its situated on the main road on the outskirts of town. 20 minutes walk to the center. I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Good value for money, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the park is clean and tidy with cabins in a beautiful garden setting, and park visitors respected others staying at the park. Would definitely return to Armidale Tourist Park.

Have been travelling around NSW for a week and found this has been the best place so far we have stayed :) Great facilities and lots of space.

We really enjoyed our one night stay here in our caravan. There kids had the pool, jumping pillow and pool table to keep them entertained and it was a lovely leafy green park with bbq facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We got a cabin for $220 in the bedroom it had a dirty ear bud on the bed side table. The power kept shorting out all night and some of our stuff in the fridge went a bit warm. I told the lady at reception with the glasses and the white scruffy dog about it and her carefactor was negative 100. She couldn't of cared less. Also 8/10 people driving at the park were speeding, I was constantly worried about my kids being hit by a car. Overall extremely pricey and wasn't very good.

We came down from Queensland to see my brother graduate from UNE. By the time he found out the date of his graduation most of the motels were booked out. Fortunately, with a bit of luck, I found Armidale Tourist Park! We stayed in a large garden view cabin. There was heaps of space and it was very clean. We also loved that the kitchen was nice and modern! It was great being close enough to town but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. We used the amenities block a couple of times and it was very clean and tidy. If we ever head back to NSW, I wouldn't hesitate to stop for a night or two here!

Lovely park with large shaded sites, great bbq area and beautiful pool (a bit cold this time of year though! ) Close to town and very friendly helpful staff. Fantastic! highly recommend a visit!

The lovely staff booked us in by phone just when they were closing and left us a key. So convenient. A comfortable and cosy cabin that let us have our dogs inside!

We landed in Armidale and stayed here for 2 nights. Best place we have been so far on our travels through NSW. So much for the kids to do, peddle Go Kart, spotless amenties building, great Rec room complete with Piano! Am most definately coming back here again. Great for family memories! Best family friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend if you go to Armidale stay here! Loved it.

Friendly staff and pretty good facilities.

Plenty of room in the double cabin. Heater worked awesome which is a plus in the middle of winter. No fuss service from staff.

Based on tent camp there I did. Nice lady at reception. Good grassey unmarked camping area of decent size. Clean pool (no shade). Good bbq and kitchen areas, clean, as were the bathrooms. Dogs allowed (not around facilities) and have a kennel/cage free for short term use. We paid $30 for a night. Large rec room with tv, table tennis, pool table, piano, air hockey. Tennis court. Nothing in walking distance.

Good value, friendly helpful staff. Far enough from the highway to be quiet, we'll be back again next year. We stayed in the bunk beds and used the kitchen and bbq facilities.

Place was fantastic, great value, good facilities, everything was really CLEAN (a lovely change from most caravan parks), friendly and helpful staff. I would definately reccomend as one of the best caravan parks I have stayed in!
