I would like to take the opportunity to thank Melinda at the Westwood Motor Inn. We stayed overnight in November on our way to the coast and the room was amazing, very clean, spacious and would easily stay there again. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant. Highly recommend! Claire, Mary-Anne and Bruce. 😀

We had the pleasure of staying in an apartment at Westwood due to a car breakdown on our way back to Victoria. Nothing was any trouble and there was even kids toys in the room for our 4 young kids to play with. We arrived reasonably late at night (around 8) and the room was ready to go with the air con on and milk in the fridge. We can’t thank the owners enough for their hospitality :)

I loved staying here. I came for graduation and never been to Armidale before. It’s close to town, the rooms are clean, spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable and soft. After my late flight from Sydney, I wasn’t sure if I was going to arrive before they close. The owners are lovely, and were so patient when I messaged them that I might arrive late. The hospitality was great.

Got a budget room and it was really good value, large bathroom, comfy bed, good heating, lots of storage and cutlery/plates for eating dinner, lovely lady at check in, easy walk to shops yet very quiet spot.

Cosy and all necessary utilities free Wi-Fi etc. Parking is a bit of an issue with the units but not enough to deter a return stay.

Had a lovely stay with Mel and Alan. Clean comfortable rooms, convenient location. Can't fault it.

My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks over the Xmas period we had a wonderful time & the accommodation in the apartments was excellent for us, clean & comfortable & wonderful people Allen & Melinda, we would definitely stay here again so handy to Town.

We stay here every time we come to Armidale. Perfect for the family, central location, friendly staff. Clean apartments, hot water.

Comfortable rooms — good for short stays. Bit of vehicle noise but not too much. Conveniently located in relation to food/dining choices as well as aldi across the road.

Westwood was the perfect home away from home for a weekend with my daughters. The apartment was very comfortable and nothing was overlooked with plenty of coffee, sugar and tea provided. We were also in walking distance to shops and restaurants, a big bonus and the autumn colours in Armidale, simply breathtaking.
