Motel rooms are clean, spacious, warm and comfortable. Staff are friendly — recommend.

Good place to stop on the way to from the snow. One bedroom family suites are heaps bigger than the twin rooms.

We stayed here overnight when a blizzard stopped us from getting to Guthega late at night. The owners took our call at 930pm and came down to let us in so we could book a room. Room was clean, sheets were fresh and crisp, service was friendly.

I stayed in the family executive apartment; which on a corporate rate was $217. It was nice and warm. The bathroom and toilet doors were very squeaky. When I mentioned this upon check out; they said they'd fix it straight away. We appreciated being able to check in 3.5 hours early.

Couldn't ask for more lovely staff or cozier rooms! After our camper trailer broke on the highway we were looking for a last minute place to stay. Being a Friday during school holidays we didn't have much hope. Luckily we found this place. The room was not fancy but it was neat as a pin, clean, warm, reasonably priced and quiet. The staff, Tony and Anita, were super friendly and recommended a great pub for dinner. Tony even let my husband borrow a few tools and towels so he could get the camper put back together. We are on the road again today, well rested and very impressed.

Warm room on arrival, nice staff and a hot shower. Perfect for an overnight stay.

Good Rates, friendly hosts, clean basic rooms.

They have different scales of rooms for different budgets. Some rooms are old but very clean. Mattress can be a bit springy but the room is cheap so you get what you pay for.

I found the room very clean and comfortable every thing you need is supplied lovely breakfast. The staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. I will stay there again.

The rooms are clean and have many necessary items other motels and hostels need such as complimentary cutlery, silverware and snacks (as appose to snacks that you get billed for). The downside to the motel is that it's not very sound proof and if you're room is right next to a road and a car drives past the headlights will light up most of the room. Total 3 stars.

Really friendly staff, room was clean bar a few long black random hairs in the bathroom and on some pillows.

Rooms could be better. Don't turn on a tap whilst others showering. Great meals and friendly staff.

Standard small town motel, convenient location, clean, warm. Would stay here again for the water pressure and shower head. Take your own spoon to stir coffee, none in the room.

Location was great, facilities of the hotel itself was decent however better sound proofing and insulation of the rooms is needed. The gas heater provided did not work and the aircon in the living room did not allow the heat disperse throughout the whole room. Our first night there was disrupted by noisy neighbours who wanted to make lots of noise outside the complex at 1130pm and the sound went straight through the bedroom which made it very difficult to get some rest. Could also feel the cold air from outside seep through the edges of the bedroom glass window which was already sealed shut.

Room is very neat, clean and well thought out.

On main road to the snow, friendly staff, quiet rooms, with plenty of heating e. G. Electric bed warmers.

Rooms are nice and clean and well laid out. Conventional located near fast food outlets. Wifi is free but can be slow.
