Was told it was wheelchair "friendly" (mind you they never said wheelchair accessible) and when we got there after a 3 hour car ride I couldn't even get to the loo. Misrepresented. Very average looking room. Didn't bother with restaurant. Reception lady offered no help with access. Won't be going back.

Old poorly maintained room which also had a bad pungent odour. Bed was comfortable but linen was threadbare. Bathroom not fit for human use Was asked to produce my drivers licence on checkin to prove that I was who I said I was. Sorry at 68 years young, I don't think so. When I informed him that he had no right to ask I was then told that it was because I was on licensed premises. Wrong again. To put it bluntly the room was not what you would expect from a "Resort" I was generous giving it⛤⛤

It was the only accommodation available at the time of the Xmas season. Affordable. Even though the bed felt like it had no Springs (it would swallow us up when we sat down) it was clean and conveniently located.

Absolutely love this place. My husband and I come here all the time. Been here already 4 times, great deal, good customer service, reasonable priced. Love the fact you can order your breakfast eat onside your room and quickly go for a swim whenever you like. Highly recommend. Will be definitely be coming back 100000%

Great location, kids loved the pool and the staff were excellent. The rooms are dated but I found the beds comfy and the best hotel coffee ive ever had.

It was really nice and relaxing place. Sadly the on-site Branches restaurant was closed. But the resort staff and facilities were good. Will come back soon.

Very typical out of metro Australian motel, like going back in time 30 years.

This is the noisiest motel in Australia. Traffic noise, owners large dog barking, cook arguing with his employees at 9:30pm waking ppl up, paper thin walls. This motel is 2 star or less. I would skip it and goto the caravan park or Kiama. No way is it worth what they are asking. Its old and tired.

I've stayed here three times now, so can say the rooms are clean and well looked after. While the rooms are small they are well appointed and have a modern finish and appliances. Pretty much a basic motel room that does the job.

Friendly staff. Room is clean however bathrooms really outdated brings room experience down. Overpriced for $207 a night.

Let the memorys remain great place couldnt fault it everyting was tidy I enjoyed my stay.
