Great country motel. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the facilities are fantastic.

Great transit hotel. Have a pet friendly room also. We had no problems. Nothing spectacular but not terrible either. More than suitable for overnight stays.

Willows has a great variety of rooms and services to suit the needs and budgets of a variety of guests. From basic motel rooms to luxury cabins.

Booked accommodation in June 2017 for sons graduation on 27 April 2018. Received an email on 24 April advising they had cancelled my accommodation and rebooked someone else. Stated they had emailed and phoned me, not so. Only email received was cancellation email. I had actually phoned 2-3 weeks prior to confirm booking and was told all was ok. Manageress was extremely rude. Turned what was supposed to be a wonderful family event into an absolute nightmare. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Very handy and good quality. I recommend this place, especially if you are booking for a late night. They are able to help. I arrived at 12 am and everything was great. Comfy bed. Only took stars off for poor service when checking out. But still overall very good hotel.

Great spot on the outskirts of town. Room was clean and comfortable. Room for trailer parking. Staff were nice and friendly.

Quiet, recently renovated and clean. Helpful owners. A little way out of town, 10 — 15 bucks in a taxi if you are planning a night out (no Uber in Goulburn at this time) but otherwise a few minutes away by car.

Good place to stay in Goulburn. Nice clean rooms, very quiet and spacious. Other guests left really early and we didn't hear them. The air conditioning works well. The beds were okay, we had a short stay but the Willows Motel is a recommended venue.

We called a few hours ahead and booked a pet friendly cabin with ease over the christmas holidays. There was a friendly welcome from a couple minding the property and plenty of safe parking for our trailor. The cabin was clean and comfortable for us and our medium dog. The gardens are well maintained and had a nice grass area for our dog also. This will definitely be our new half way stop and we look forward to next time.

Great for overnight stay, open until about 10pm for late arrival, clean, tidy & smiles on arrival from the gentleman at the front desk. Very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Spacious, comfortable beds and great showers. Highly recommend this motel for a family. Oh and the staff were friendly and welcoming!

The elderly man at the front desk was quite grumpy on 2 occasions. For this reason I wouldn't recommend staying there, especially if you have children.

A nice place to stay for overnight accommodation. The hotel is on the road into town and has lots of parking available including larger vehicles. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. My room was ready on arrival and the heater had been turned on by the staff. The room was clean including the bathroom which was nicely tiled. The TV in my room had plenty of channels to choose from.

This is a very nice motel well located to town and very quite, clean and tidy with great very helpful managers.

Pet friendly room was very clean and useable. Easy parking and pleasant grounds. Pets on lead at all times seemed reasonable even if tone was officious. Pet room has no Foxtel. Free Wi-Fi allowance is tiny (not enough to receive email).

We travel extensively around Australia staying at many Motels and The Willows Motel is by far the best one we have stayed in yet. The beds are comfortable, it is new, the owner is friendly, it was warm … we were grateful to have found it! Highly recommended.

Our halfway stop very good and clean pet friendly hotel.

Willows Motel was our halfway stop on our family trip to Melbourne. It was very easy to locate, just off the highway. The highway noise could not be heard from our room. A great location! We had a family room right at the front and it was the perfect size for our family of 4. A big room, two single beds a queen and a sofa. The kitchenette was very handy for our early morning breakfast. The room was clean, tidy and extremely comfortable. Our hosts were very gracious and friendly. We would recommend this Motel very highly.

We recently had a lovely weekend stay at Willows Motel. It was easy to find, quiet and the gardens and general site were all well presented. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and our king bed was so comfortable. The room was modern with all the creature comforts of home. The owners of Willows, Brendan and Karen Childs, were friendly and polite and only too helpful to point out the scenic highlights and gourmet cafes that we should visit during our stay. We ordered a room service breakfast on our final morning. It too was delicious! Even though we stayed in an Executive spa suite we were very impressed with their two pet friendly rooms. We will be sure to visit this lovely hotel and its owners again next time we are in Goulburn and we might even bring along our furry member of the family. Thanks for a wonderful stay Willows.

Disguisting service, The owner was abrupt, rude and really arrogant, WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AS LONG AS I LIVE.
