Was pleased when the heater was turned on upon my arrival but woke the next morning to horrendous bed bug bites all over my arms and back. Sent multiple messages to management to inform them of the infestation but never received a response. Disappointing.

Room was filthy, shower had hair and sticky substance on floor, grime and dirt behind bathroom door and between vanity and wall, mirror was covered in toothpaste. Beds and pillows has hair and stains on them, damaged power point beside bed was a major safety hazard. Only positive thing was the manager gave us fresh pillows and refunded the remainder of our stay. 100% would not go back.

Great motel. Parked easily in their on-site Carpark. Arrived in town late and managed to get a room here at a very reasonable price, didn't have high expectations and from the moment I walked through the door was not only pleasantly surprised but also really impressed. Luke at the reception area was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area — we had a great chat and he spoke highly of the owners. My room was clean, spacious and for around $80 a night everything I'd want. TV worked, bed linen and towels etc were clean. The motel is clearly old but maintained really well. I think this would be a great place to stop over at, especially e. G. If you have kids. There's a room with several beds, a lounge, amenities etc, it would be perfect. There's also some great common area spaces downstairs.

I love the fact that it's really close to Woolworths and train station. The location is good. If you're travelling with family, it's close to a park, so you can take kids to the playground. Room is quite small but adequate for a one night stay. The Wi-Fi is okay for most part. They redone the bathroom which is good. The bed is okay, I think it's a spring mattress so not good for someone that moves alot during sleep. At the end of the day, it's good for budget one or two day stay in Goulburn.

Affordable comfort We stay overnight at this Motel on Monday night… very affordable of a comfy bed and clean room. We had dinner at the pub … recommended by the motel so good night for all.

Love service and gorgeous building. Wish we spent more time there, not just passing through. We will come again.

I've stayed here a few times. Rooms have everything you need. Beds are comfy. Staff are great. Close to shops and restaurants.

Great location for shops and parks and cafes. Opposite information centre. I really liked our room. Plenty of room and really comfortable beds. Amenities are old but adequate. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The structure is beautiful. Child friendly and a great gamesroom. Plenty of no cost parking.

Budget hotel offering clean rooms and ok beds. Great for a stop over on your way north or south.

Good for a nights stay, the room was extremely small though. But was clean and tidy and did the job for a over night stay.

Rooms are good and clean but remember there is no such thing as Wi Fi in this motel. Kids were crying whole night for I pad couldn’t sleep coz of there music.

Toilet dirty, had to remove pillow cases due to black hair on and so dirty there was a white line where the case had been creased and laid on. No sink plug to enable dish washing, quite noisy. Reception made us feel like we were troubling him. Never again. Pillowcases are $4 each. Don't understand why they would use 10yr old ones.

Beautiful heritage building, 5 star facilities for the tariff charged and the staff are not only friendly but interesting. Highly recommended if you're looking for a unique experience.

Great. Easy. Friendly. Just needs to supply more toilet paper. Half roll sometimes just isn't enough.

Clean and tidy. Small but conveniently located near the station, park and CBD.

Our group of five cyclists stayed there, and we were able to park the bikes securely. The 'family room' provided cheap and comfortable accommodation for the touring group.

The rooms were very neat and tidy with all amenities available within the room. Short walk to supermarkets and eating places and a short stroll to the railway station. Wifi available in all rooms.

Good basic accommodation. Room has microwave, toaster & kettle so you can heat up a feed from the supermarket around the corner. Close to pubs, train station, supermarkets etc.

Great place to stay in Goulburn if you have a dog. Close to everything in town as well as the railway. Rooms are simple but clean. Good job making us feel comfortable.

This place wasnt great but it did the job. Small room with hardly any space for bags. The was an unpleasant stale smell and bathroom was basis. But at least the shower had good pressure and was hot! Nothing to rave about…

Unpretentious but warm and comfortable for an overnight stay in winter. Bed was comfortable rather than too hard or soft. No lift. Two doors down from a very large second hand bookshop. Would happily stay there again.

I've stayed in better backpackers accommodation. Room was so tiny we had to climb over the beds to get around. Cockroach in shower. Bedding was substandard. No easy access — many stairs to climb with suitcases. Noisy. Light thru window all night. Dodgy looking characters hanging around & didnt feel safe. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

There was a French Fry in my bed (I'm not kidding)! The room was disgusting! Decent showers though.

I paid $79 a night for a basic room. It does the job. Don't expect 5 star amenities nor do not expect a modern looking room. But if you need a place to stay for the night, Alpine Heritage Motel would be one of the better ones I'd recommend in Goulburn!

Simple but not too expensive motel with nice parking, it fits the price. It is located right next to a supermarket and my room was tidy and clean.

Their web site is misleading (at best). Both I and my friend booked what the site told us was a "heritage" room, but when we got there it turned out that we'd booked "budget" rooms though we'd paid what the web site said was the price for "heritage" rooms. If it had just been me I'd think that I'd just made a mistake, but my friends had, independently, exactly the same experience. If you're booking via their web site, be very careful to check that the info on the booking print-out is what you thought you'd booked The bed was comfortable but the floorboards squeaked every time someone walked anywhere so it was well past midnight before I could get to sleep — pack high-efficiency earplugs. The room was clean but very run-down; the towel rail was falling off the wall in the bathroom, the shaving soap dispenser was empty and there was mould in the shower. Perhaps the ground floor rooms might be quieter. In the morning, I made a cup of coffee and got some long-life milk (yuck) out of the fridge — it was all frozen. When I dropped a chunk of frozen milk into the coffee, as it started to melt it was clear that it was "off". You don't expect much for a "budget" motel but you expect better than this, and you expect to get what the booking site tells you've booked.

Not the best and certainly not the worst 3 star hotel that I have stayed. A little run down but clean, comfortable and not bad value. We found it fine for an overnight stopover to break up a long drive.

Perfect for an overnight stay for myself and my 3 kids. Not luxurious, just comfortable with everything you need for a good nights' sleep, and short stroll to Woolies. Would recommend.

Well when you book a front heritage Queen room which states on their website has a balcony and table and chairs but when you get there you get put in a dingy stuffy and dark Double bed room 3 flights of stairs up and when you question this you get told by a scruffy stale grog smelling manager that non of the queen heritage rooms have a balcony even after I showed him his website on my phone he actually asked who's website was it! Fair dinkum is this place for real! I have reported this to fair trading as false advertising so be very wary anyone thinking of booking on line.

The geek's budget accommodation with heaps of power points and Wi-Fi throughout. Friendly, helpful service. Tidy functional rooms. Not fancy.

The lack of cleanliness — blood on the walls in two places and other stains as well. The room UNBELIEVABLY small and dingy, broken lamp shade — the facade is most impressive and that's where it ends. If you need cheap accommodation then this is the place for you.
