Have stayed at other hotel accommodation in Canberra, guests complaining about COVID safe hygiene. This place is spotless and if you are not happy they have provided extra cleaning products if you’re heart desires.

Had a rather average experience while staying here overnight for business. First issue was the purchasing or a "prepaid" parking voucher which didn't work. Neither the parking company or the hotel took responsibility and it took me to plead my case through an intercomm to be let out. Second issue was my card being deactivated after coming back from breakfast but before checking out! Had to walk back to reactivate my card so I could get into my room. It's a shame these simple running issues underpinned my experience as the rest of my hotel is quite nice and well located in proximity of the airport.

Hospitality is excellent. Vibe hosts/waiters do everything with a smile and nothing is in the too hard basket. The rooms are clean and modern however can feel a touch small, but still does the job. I've stayed here for three nights with each new day being greeted with a smile by staff.

Are at the hotel restaurant. Although we were there before the kitchen started serving dinner we were allowed to order and the food came out quickly. The chips were amazing and my steak sandwich was good. My partner had the chicken Kiev balls and he said they were nice too.

They have rooms with open plan bathrooms, so remember to ask for a closed plan bathroom if you are not comfortable with open plan concept. Also since Canberra gets little too cold during winters, it would be nice if they provide in-room slippers since bathrooms are not carpeted in general.

The hotel is lovely, king size bed. Really good price for last minute hotel. Breakfast food is lovely with smoked salmon, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal on offer. Down side is the noise, you can hear everything from the lobby through the door. But you can't hear planes from the outside.

Great modern hotel, so close to airport so only negative there was its a little noisy. Friendly prompt service. Gym was great. Lovely restuarant and bar area. Wouldve liked a little more on the room service menu. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Rooms on the Overpass side are a little loud in peak traffic times. Room Service is quick, but food can be pricey for basic meals (as always for room service). Some rooms have very little closet space. If you have a choice ask for a room with separate toilet and shower, they are the rooms with better layout. Level 5 has a nice view on the airport side. Gym is quite big. The foyer/dining/bar look elegant and modern.

Stayed at Vibe for my business trip. Great hotel at an affordable rate. Makes it easy to hop off a plane and hop into bed without needing to involve a taxi. Rooms are clean and have good amenities and the hotel has a cool modern vibe. The only negative is that you are limited in restaurant options and the hotel restaurant doesn't have the best service.

Great facility. Very relaxing atmosphere. Quit, Clean and tidy rooms. Great service. A bit far out of town. Loved the shower! Restaurant and parking quite expensive but rooms are reasonably affordable for what you get.

Great hotel except for bathrooms… a real design problem, one stay we had an "open plan" bathroom, half walls and no bathroom door, therefore no real privacy. Next visit, we asked for "closed bathroom"… an terrific, extra large bathroom with tub, … except this time there is a floor to ceiling glass panel in the wall, about 2 feet from the bed head, and 2 feet wide, therefore when your partner uses the bathroom during the night, you are like a rabbit in the headlights, enough light to read the paper with. The bath tub is a modern cool design, like a trough, which would rearrange your anatomy if you try to swing your legs over. No hand rails to steady oneself either. Solution… bring a torch, or management install a night light in bathroom please. Go to Bunnings buy sheets of 3 ply and block in the bathroom walls. Request the architect to come and sleep in the rooms, use the bathrooms, tell him to sleep with the light on in the bathroom, bathrooms might look trendy, but are not user friendly. The Room Service is amazing, really fast service and really nice food, especially the fish and chips, and salads fresh with nice dressings. Beds and linen among the nicest we have had, and parking underneath and access to lifts is good and very convenient. Staff welcoming and efficient… it is a lovely place to stay, but the bathrooms are a let down.

We arrived here as the first leg of our 10 year wedding anniversary trip. The service on arrival was excellent and despite arriving only 10 minutes before the kitchen closed, they still took the time to deliver us an excellent meal with dessert. The room was lovely, with a comfortable and the extra bonus of wine, chocolates and a lovely card congratulating us on our anniversary. I called through in the morning to find out that they had also extended our checkout to 11. All in all an excellent stay in a very convenient location. Well done!

Great overnight stay. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Pay for the breakfast when you check in to save $8.00. Very comfortable room. Was able to use Smart share with the TV and watch Netflix from my phone.

Nice clean modern room but very basic for the cost (which was a discounted voucher). Overall a nice place to stay, with friendly, welcoming staff and lovely setup. Right at the airport and close to the city so very convenient, whether it be a night out with friends, a family holiday or a romantic getaway for 2 vibe will cover your needs and make you feel at home.

The hotel is very new and modern. It is walking distance to the airport and even has arrival and departures board in the lobby. Rooms are spacious and shower has good water pressure. Food options around the surrounding area is rather limited as it the outskirts of town.

The hotel looks amazing! The lobby area is very modern and sleek. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The gym looks brand new at the moment with a variety of machines to choose from. The room I stayed in was very quiet.

The location has a few little cafes and shops around the place but they seem to all be closed on weekends. The hotel has a restaurant inside which serves great food at restaurant prices. There is a small gym however it is well equipped and the equipment is kept clean. Really nice atmosphere in general in the hotel. The room was a great size, air conditioning is great, and the room was kept clean. Even though it is located next to an airport terminal, you could not hear any noise from outside even with the curtains opened!

The hotel is very well designed and has a great decor… the rooms are well appointed and very stylish. The rooms also have amazing bathrooms. The restaurants food is amazing and good portions. A little expensive but good. The staff are great and friendly. Over all a good experience.

Lovely hotel. Plenty of staff, and all very professional and polite. The room was clean and modern, with a very nice combination shower (rainhead + handheld). Breakfast was good, with a decent range of options. Drinks at the bar are expensive ($9 for a beer). Really convenient for an overnight stay before an early flight. Has underground parking too.

Smooth check in and checkout procedure. The Vibe has a great vibe and of course is super close to the airport and surrounding office complexes. Had dinner there and was fast service and tasty. View of room out to the rotating statue was nice. Could get nicer bath products.

Stayed 4 nights with two young children. Easy access to all of the Canberra sights and attractions. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Yummy meals. Highly recommend Vibe Canberra. Thank you to the staff for making our stay such an enjoyable one.

Clean, spacious and modern rooms. You stay here for a night due to its close proximity to the airport (you can walk to the terminal). You wouldn't stay here if you were in Canberra for a lengthier period as there is nothing to do (out and about), unless you like walking around airports? If there a a function in the lobby the sound drifts up to the rooms, so bring ear plugs I'd you are a light sleeper. I am sure it was an oversight, however when settling up by bill they had added a dinner order, which wasn't mine. I corrected them and it was all fine and I just settled up for my room service order. I would stay again if I had to be at the airport first thing. This hotel is also great for conferences if people are flying in for the day, due again to its close proximity to the airport.

Hotel seems to be newly built. The design of hotel is quite unique. Clean and comfy rooms. Try food in the lounge, it's quite good. Also, closeness to the Canberra is quite convenient. Definitely a positive experience.

So far pretty poor… unflushed toilet (filthy blind mullet left behind) and dirty bed cover. Now in a new room so let's hope things improve from here. Very disappointing considering the cost and Vibe's expected standard. The dinner was very nice and the Hotel have kindly compensated us for the above experience. Much appreciated and new room is what I expected.

Love it! Love it! You won't have a more restful sleep in an air port hotel anywhere. The food is good too.

Lovely room and hotel. The lobby is beautiful. The only let down was the $14 a night for car parking and when returning to the hotel it was full so I was forced to park outside.

Poor service room was freezing cold also when I booked the room with breakfast got no breakfast pretty much got told sorry sir. This hotel is off my list for good.

This is the worst possible place to eat. The service is horrible. The food is abhorrent. I have been there 4 times for a company lunch and every time I am left annoyed and thankful that I don't have to pay.

Modern and well furnished, well appointed rooms, but the dining experience is very underwhelming — there was a considerable lack of attention to detail.
Stranded overnight due to flight cancellations, it was the most convenient option for lunch, however we should have chosen an alternative, a meat pie from the Caltex next door would've been preferable. The dining area was being cleaned with an industrial vacuum cleaner at lunchtime, so was incredibly noisy. We were directed to alternative seating on the bar and we ordered our food. Steak medium to well, with chips and broccolini. The anticipated steak arrived and was rare, very rare — no vegetable matter, and a few chips (6) no cutlery, no salt or pepper, no napkins, meanwhile the table next door were provided their cutlery and napkins before their meals arrived… Expecting the waiter to return with our cutlery and napkins after he had delivered our food he disappeared. A few minutes later he returned and we were able to ask where to find cutlery he appeared completely oblivious to the fact that there was none on our table. Eventually having asked where the broccolini was that was supposed to accompany my steak and chips it was produced a few minutes after I had finished my meal. The quality of the food and basic presentation was very poor considering the prices are fairly high. No complaints about the staff who were very courteous and polite but the service was very disorganised.

Very nice ultra modern hotel. Great craft beer selection for us beer nerds. Dinner menu looked great. I had duck croquettes. Plenty of duck but needed more seasoning and a bit of zing. Not impressed with breaky. Over priced and the usual buffet style with poorly cooked bacon and soggy scrambled eggs. I should have known better I've travelled enough. But your sort of captive there, nothing else around unless you go for a drive. Apart from all that I would recommend though and stay again for sure. Rooms where great. I'd just plan my meals better.

New and funky hotel within walking distance of the airport. Rooms were clean, modern and a good size. Gym, bar and restaurant were all good.

Great modern hotel with great service. $14 per day parking. Rooms are very modern and very clean. Staff is very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is $29, but we lucked in with a 2 for 1 deal. They even had Gluten Free breads for the wife. We also had dinner which for me was a good steak. At $30 a bit pricey for what I got but the service was top notch. Kids menu was good and they came out with a kids goody bag full of crayons, and stickers. We woild come back for sure if we are in Canberra.

Attended a course here. Excellent training facility/room. Breakfast, lunch, morning and afternoon tea break food was perfect. Staff are very friendly and professional. The central lounge and dining area is impeccably kept/maintained. The hotel is super easy to get to and access with good parking underneath the hotel. Highly recommend vibe hotel Canberra airport.

It is new and modern, and has unique designs. The bar had $5 beer special which is a great price for a hotel. The restaurant doesn't offer variety of dishes for dinner. The menu was very limited. The room was not very well dusted. They have a gym but not a pool. Car park is not very big either. The staff was nice and friendly!

This hotel is outstanding. Friendly staff, architecture that will stop you in your tracks and the sexiest rooms I have ever seen. I only had a view of the airport but I didn't even care.

Easy access from the airport & business park if you're in town for a short stay. It's only a new hotel so it's still fresh & shiny. Great design cues in the rooms with plenty of USB ports above bedside tables & at the desk & the power points next to the bed are *above* the tabletops. It sounds silly but it's these little enhancements that just make sense, that you really look for when you've stayed in a lot of hotels. Great bathrooms & big shower heads. The noise from the foyer bar & restaurant quietens down eventually & the rooms are well soundproofed from outside. Great meals in the restaurant but a little exxy for breakfast. Quick check in/out & friendly staff also really helped. Will definitely stay again. Oh, & there's a bike share point outside the hotel that access a bike lane on the main road. Win!

Vibe needs a hard look at itself. Restaurant was empty and it did not take long to realise why. Dried out bread. Re-fried (read inedible over cooked/burned) shrimp. Greasy dishes. Been to better Cafes at truck stops.

The check in through booking. Com could not be found so took a long time. The room and location is great. Drink at the bar is good but the food and menu choice is the worst I have experienced and highly suggest eating somewhere else.

Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. I would defiantly stay here again.
