We recently stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was hugh, full kitchen, big lounge dinner and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was a bit tired but clean, plently of secure parking underneath. In particular we found the location excellent. Two streets over from Lonsdale st and a big shopping centre. We are both 70 and found no difficulty getting everywhere on foot. Also want to comment on Emma her went great pains to send us an adaptor we left there which wouldhave cost us $80 to replace. Would definately stay again.

Great apartment, friendly staff, key pick up was nice and easy, location was great, Central to everything making it easy to get around, overall a great experience recommend it for families and reasonably priced for what you get.

Great serviced apartment if you need to stay in the belconnen region.

The best hotel to stay at in Belconnen. Very modern and close to most amenities. The only lacklustre features are poor internet connection and having to clean up/throw out rubbish at end of trip which makes it feel less like a hotel and more like home.

Nice modern apartments. Key pickup was simple. Poor excuse for a gym though.

Apartments are a bit older than their apartments in Belconnen. Not as nice amenities but ok for a night or two stay.

We stayed at the CityStyle Executive Apartments in Canberra as part of a three-week holiday. We are from the US and this was our first trip "down under". We were in Canberra for six nights. Our apartment in Canberra was courtesy of the CityStyle Executive Apartments. The property we stayed at was called The Avenue, located on the corner of Northbourne and Barry. Unfortunately, the management office is located two blocks away and is only open during normal 8AM to 5PM business hours. Our check-in information had been sent to my office phone in the US and not to my Australian mobile. This led to a few very tense moments as we were trying to check in at 9PM. I had to locate a working "emergency contact" phone number, when none was posted at the property and there was no indication of how to proceed! It took about two hours to work it out, but once the check-in procedure was resolved, we retrieved our keys and moved in. The apartment was a very nice 1-bedroom unit. The kitchen included a full-sized refrigerator, a four burner electric stove, a small oven, a dishwasher and a hot-water pot (for tea) and a toaster. There was no microwave oven. A full set of cooking utensils, pots and pans were included. (We used this to make hot breakfasts, lunches and dinners for our stay, including a small pot roast. ) There were several different storage containers for storing leftovers in the refrigerator for later reheating. The bathroom had a stall shower, no tub.
