Run away from this place. Their policies only benefit them. You cannot modified, cancel or get your money reimbursed for your reservation under any circumstances. There are plenty of locations in Aruba where to stay that are customer friendly and they will not steal your money.

Lack of organization with check since they do not record well the room data and the services that one has included, the room is very complete, clean and organized, free Wi-Fi, two swimming pools,

Lack of organization with the check-in, they must be clear the services that one Recerva and missing in the reception someone who speaks Spanish so that I delivered the room, but in the restaurant they speak Spanish. The hotel in general is good, has two swimming pools, stretchers with tanning umbrellas, restaurant that offers breakfast for every night you stay, the rooms are large and comfortable, clean and very nice, have kitchen and everything you need to cook and serve, Nearby are two mini where you can buy, food and toilet, a little farther is the supermarket Super Food (5 mim by car), the beach "Egle Beach" is a little far 20 min walking. Engle Beach is the best beaches on the island.

They wanted me to leave for visiting a friend. Just got there. I did not cause any issues for them to ask me to leave.

Good hotel to spend a few quiet days.

As a student you are better off at Perle Dor or any other place than this. — If you're staying for 5-6 months you will get a cheap room with crappy beds — There is no hot water — The airconditioning did not work — Visitors outside of blue village were not allowed to sleep in your room and if they found out you would lose your deposit. — The owner was a horrible person that ripped us of our money (they just made up something to not refund our deposit) The country itself is super awesome so that made everthing alot better but please go to another place than this because this place sucks compared to other student places.

Relaxed resort, very helpful staff. Close to shops 10 min walk, top island restaurant next door. Eagle Beach 15 mins walk! Only downside is the outdoor gym, not maintained. But I will not let that stop me from visiting again.

A very bad place to live. Its very insecure and dangerous. I saw snacks and lizard in my room. The Wi-Fi is not working properly. The pool they have is dirty many people got infected by the pool water. In addition, the gym is also disgusting. This place is whole mess. I do not write review but this place make me write one. Avoid Blue village.

Felt very much welcome… receptionist was very professional. Took me to my room and made sure I knew where everything was situationally located.

Great, Friendly and helpfull Staff. Eweryday transfer to the beach, Air-Condition in rooms. Good food at the bar, low prices. 5 star :)

Super confortable mini departments hotel.

Great and cozy hotel. Not expensive but still a place to enjoy of the pool and the bar. Next to madame jannete a very good known restaurant.

Estuve hospedado 1semana en este hotel y la verdad que todo muy bien. Iba a la playa en el día y en la noche a la piscina. Queda cerca al superfood y eagle beach.
I was in the hotel 1 week and it was really good my experience there. It was nearlest to the biggest food store in the island and eagle beach.

Excellent service, price fair, for who don't like traditional tourism is very well located.

I think it's ok… the price is cheap soooo you can't expect much. Only problem the Wi-Fi connection was on/ off. Everything else was OK!

Never go here, they keep your deposit even if you didn't broke anything. It's criminal and a lot of drugsdealers and users.
