Hello everyone 👋 My name is Pang. My brother and I were in Yerevan, Armenia for a week and there was something happened that I would like to share to you all for warning and avoid a faulty manager from Castle family hotel on Riga street, 92 Yerevan. We were there for applying visa to entry Russia as we were student there and we were told that it will take times for 2 weeks. 5th November -I called the hotel and went there for booking 2 different rooms for 2 weeks from 6th-20th Nov. 2021 -They said, I can check in on 6th Nov. Because the terminal doesn’t work so that I can not pay by card. 6th November -I went there to check in on 14.30. The 1st staff ask me to pay by card for 1 day by card and other day please withdraw and pay by cash. Room 101 cost 15, 000 dram per night x 14 nights = 210, 000 drams Room 304 cost 13, 000 dram per night x 14 nights =182, 000 drams ‼️I had asked for receipt; the staff said it will be tomorrow. 7th November -I had asked about the receipt, but the 2nd staff didn’t know anything about it. 9th November ❌I had asked the 1 staff that Is it possible to make a refund in case that I got the visa earlier so that I can fly back to study in Russia? -The 1st staff said, YES, OF COURSE. There is no problem, but just inform us 1 or 2 days before leaving. 10th November ⛔️I met the 3rd staff at the counter and repeated my questions. -She also said yes, it wouldn’t be a problem, but 21.

Very good hotel for its price, the location is not walking distance to republic square but it is only 1000dram for taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served is very good with good selection. Rooms are huge, I highly recommend this hotel.
