Very comfortable. Cleaning 10 points! The pool has an unbeatable natural environment. The bar service, the lounge chairs, the umbrellas, all very comfortable. It is all armed in unevenness because it is the slope of a hill, so I do not think that people with reduced mobility can enjoy this area of the hotel.

The hotel has a horrible Wi-Fi network, they ask you for card numbers by phone (not to collect, but as a constancy), which I find tremendously worse considering everything. Leaves a lot to be desired.

El hotel es muy lindo celebramos nuestro casamiento ahí, en su momento presentaron fallas técnicas (ascensor averiado) fue lamentable para nuestros invitados con movilidad reducida. Luego el servicio de catering, las vistas y el trato fueron excelentes. Por otro lado las cenas en el restaurante son muy buenas, abundantes riquísimas y con una de las mejores vistas de la ciudad. Los mozos son excelentes.

Great views, lovely pool, attentive staff, spa, gym, included breakfast and cosy rooms. Downsides are terrible open Wi-Fi connection and strange TV, refrigerator may be a bit noisy and small things may be annoying, such as lack of fresh air in the rooms after they are cleaned. Also, it may be too far away from the city centre. Nearest pharmacy is +10 blocks away. Overall it's quite good, but could be slightly better, 4 out of 5 for me.
