First class location. Staff are excellent and the whole place a haven of peace and quiet. Rooms are tastefully decorated and public areas are charming.

There are many boutique hotels everywhere nowadays, but this place is really out of the league.

We liked this hotel, probably the best in Salta. Big rooms, comfy beds. Shower could be better. Breakfast was small, and not in proportion to a 5 stars hotel.

Nice hotel but it has more of a 3 star feel when you walk in the room.

Charming hotel right in the center of Salta! I had the pleasure of staying at the hotel Colonial with my family last April during my second trip to Argentina and first trip to Salta.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful, especially Gaspar who went out of his way to help us in so many ways booking tours and general questions!

Checking in was both smooth and painless. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and comfortable. The room and toilet amenities were more than adequate.

Really happy with this hotel booked by our tour organiser: twin large beds, spacious, clean, good bathroom with nice products, and very helpful staff who spoke some English.

Everything was great, location was within pickup-area for guided tours, the room was very clean, staff very helfpul & friendly. Breakfast was also okay. Overall good value for money.

We’ve had an amazing 5 night stay at KKala. The breakfast was good and plentiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful, especially Paula.

This is a very peaceful and beautiful hotel with nice, clean rooms and very kind staff. We stayed here for a couple days after traveling through the region and it was the perfect place to recharge.

Lovely character hotel in a great location for a safe 10 mins walk to the main square. Nice restaurants too only a block away, and less touristy than main square.

We stayed at La Candela over 12 years ago, and had no hesitation in rebooking for a longer stay this time. It’s located just 4 or 5 blocks away from Plaza 9 de Julio, this charming town’s main square.

We had a 10-star welcome by Jeremias even though we arrive very late without a reservation. He was very respectful and helped us with every single aspect of check-in.

Beautifully, tastefully and sensitively decorated hotel! A very friendly staff, speaking some English. Tasty Argentinian breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location.

Lovely staff and facilities. The breakfast was good, too. I got a massage at the spa and that was great and reasonably priced.

Clean rooms. Nice pool area abutting the forest, and good that you can go to the well-equipped gym which is mostly used by locals. Good views of the city from the pool and restaurant.

Excellent attention of the staff, very good boufet service in general all very good, we especially recommend this hotel, we will surely return.

Stayed 2 nights whilst on a tour. Well situated for shops and some sights, the room was large, nicely decorated with bath/shower, safe, bottled water provided in room and Wi-Fi.

Beautifully designed hotel with rooftop pool and excellent fitness facility. The breakfast was good — have never seen tomato and cucumber sliced so thin in all my life — truly art.

If you are looking for a boutique hotel that is beautiful, clean, in a great location and amazing service — then this is for you.

We went in late July-early August. The hotel was clean, the staff were very kind. Breakfast was spectacular, and even if we had early activities they prepared breakfast for take out.

We had such a wonderful time at the Sheraton Salta! Fernanda Guerrera, Johnathan, and Abigail were so friendly and accommodating, as was the entire staff!

Arrival was okay. The room is big and bright. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Pleasant hotel with great value for money. Approximately 20 minutes walk from the center in a pleasant residential area. The rooms are very good with a very good mattress, pool, nice outdoor area.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. It's a nice hotel to stay at for a few days, and it also has a good location for tour pick-up. However, the internet connection was a bit poor.
