We Went to one of the cabins in June, we died of cold the two nights, we told the receptionist what happened to us and did not give us any solution, we had agreed checkout at 14 HS, at 12 we came to say that we had to go in a not very friendly…, The breakfast does not correspond with a 4 star hotel, the heated pool is small and in addition to white fiber and is stained with rust, there are more economic complexes with much better facilities, more complete and with other type of attention of the staff more trained To deal with the tourist in Sierra. I Definitely wouldn't go back.

Nice cabin, good treatment and predisposition in the attention, there are details of organization that could improve, do not put description of schedules in the rooms and cabins, in the cabin they put a key of Wi-Fi that is not the correct one and the televisions are deprogrammed followed of the cable system.
In the cabin they did not clean the jacuzzi from one day to the other, but the rest of the cleaning was correct. The location is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A little more and they take another star.

The rooms are in excellent condition. Very good view. It has an outdoor pool and indoor air-conditioned.
Very good attention. The breakfast does not have much variety, however there are cakes, cold cuts, fruits, jams and cereals.
The area is very quiet and is 50 meters from the hill of the lovers. Hill that you can walk without much difficulty and offers a beautiful view of the neighborhood.

We travelled with my family (marriage and two small children) the rooms are spacious and very bright, large windows to enjoy the view; Satellite TV, order and cleaning of excellence. It is located on the boundary of the locality so it is a very quiet area. The spa is comfortable but not very large, in the heated pool 6 or 8 people simultaneously no more, sauna, shower and Jacuzzi in excellent condition and running all day. The lounge for breakfast is comfortable and warm, large windows overlook the very well kept park that has a mini water fountain where the birds toy brightening the view. As a counterpart the rooms next to the engine room (we got the HAB. 03) are very noisy and all the time you hear bombs and engines. Abstract a perfect place to relax, rest and enjoy the peace that the Sierras provide and without resigning comfort and services.

Beautiful place, beautiful view, Excellent location, very happy to have visited Sierra the Window. About three blocks from the place there is a restaurant located in a corner, in front of a few craft stalls and other chripan where the food is excellent, within price and first-rate. Go to taste that Food! (Ah, in the position of choripan, they also sell a few choris special).

Linda and modern inn. With a heated indoor pool. Sierra de la ventana does not have good dining options. Need a good tea house. In low season there is nothing. Villa Ventana is a little more scenic, but pretty basic too, there's not much. The city of Tornquist is fairly close I would recommend a visit, very clean streets and sidewalks, spacious restaurant and a must-see Kala s.

Cute place. Clean. A bit far from the centre but in a car you are doing well. The breakfast is poor. At that time they did not accept Credit Card and had to go to pay to another complex. Anyway I highly recommend it.
