I confirm the previous comments adding, in my point of view, that considering the position of this hotel closest the main Avenue in Palermo, my room was noisy espacially during the night and in the early morning.

Good place! Close to the U. S. Embassy ideal for paperwork. Comfortable beds, full breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I couldn't test the beds in a room that should be 3 beds BECAUSE THEY PUT TO SLEEP A SILLON. Unacceptable, I still think I'm going to nail the shovel anyway because I'm so sleepy.

Excellent room. It includes a small kitchen with everything you need to eat right there. The price is a little high but worth it for the service and location.

Excelenebla location. Very close to the U. S. Embassy if you need to travel to do the visa. Also near the subway, Plaza Serrano, Rosedal, botanical garden and Japanese garden. Very good attention. Although the price quality ratio did not convince me.

Alojamiento muy básico, ruidoso y poco acogedor. La habitación con cocina es amplia, pero el baño pequeño e incómodo. El desayuno básico. La puerta de entrada siempre cerrada. En general no está mal pero no me resultó un alojamiento cómodo.

Ave Santa Fe was undergoing renovation of the bus lines, this added to the noise location in the middle of the city. The hotel facilities were file in the room. Breakfast was ok the first day, I skipped the other days. Overall, a noisy location.

The room was simply way too far from the description on the homepage — no balcony, no kitchen etc. And on top of it all it was dirty. It's a scam, don't come here.

Stayed there with my husband and two daughters for 2 weeks. Amazing service! The rooms are very spacious with a kitchen and dining table as well and they have a balcony with a view of the city. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the hip area of Buenos Aires and doesn't want to spend a lot of money on hotel and food. We will definitely be staying there again.

Negative: The Wi-Fi is really weak. I've stayed in two rooms and you get a signal but the connection is spotty at best and tends to completely drop off at times. As a business traveler this kind of annoyed me. Also breakfast is the exact same everyday.
