The room and the terrace were very nice. The pool is too small and shallow (less than a meter), do not turn on the filter. Breakfast is not according to the price, little variety and quantity, there is bad predisposition to replenish what is finished. The location is excellent.

The Internet does not come well to the rooms or at least to the one I touched. And the receptionist is true they don't have all the best vibe in the world.

The pool of the terrace is very shallow.
The termination of the roofs wanted to make it rustic but I am deficient.
The reception people did not stay in place so you left the keys to nothing at risk that anyone would take them.
And if you olvidavas something and came back you could grow old to be open.

The location of the hotel is very good, less than a block from Plaza Serrano. The room is not very big but we were more than comfortable. The bathroom was very small. The hotel also has a very nice solarium, the pool is small but it is more than enough.
The breakfast leaves quite a bit to be desired. Poorly presented, and with little choice to be the breakfast of a hotel.
The staff were very friendly and friendly. The hotel allowed us to stay in the pool in the afternoon after checking out until the time of the bus exit.

Good location, mattress springs broken and consequently sunk in the right area of room 105, standard breakfast, poor predisposition of the woman who prepares it. Pleasant rest, the only ugly thing is that when I checked out we left the luggage in a section of the reception for 5 hours, when we returned to retire and already at Aeroparque we realized that the padlock of the suitcase was violated, nothing was missing but they have reviewed everything S eguramente. Horrible experience, the shower is dirty the curtains in the bathroom old and full of mildew, the bathroom is flooded when you shower! The breakfast is horrible! The towels had holes! Terrible. Room with a window to a hallway. The TV didn't work. Safe was not working. Moisture on the walls. The air conditioner dripped and to a lot of noise. The elevator broke on the first day. Very poor breakfast. A disaster.

The room was OK and staff was friendly. Location was good near some neat restaurants and bars. Also a good street market nearby. Overall a good location to see some sights in Buenos Aires.

Good relationship price/quality.

The location is excellent. The superior rooms are very good although the bathroom is quite uncomfortable. It's missing some details (there is a minibar but no glasses to serve the drink). In terms of the staff, really disastrous and lacking in experience, the check-in very improvised; at the time of check-out they wanted to charge us again for the stay. The breakfast is supposed to start at 7.30, and it is not so (on the day of our return we had to travel to the 9am and it was 8: 30, and breakfast was not yet ready). The staff makes the breakfast has a very bad appearance, flowing hair, and little desire to meet (in fact that day ended up to put together the scarce breakfast at 8: 35 and as yet missing purchase invoices were leaving the place completely unattended). For these things, for nothing recommended!

WOW! This hotel is perfectly located in the beautiful city of Palermo. It is very clean, the staff super friendly and the food was sooo good! I loved it! Definitely recommend :)
