Everything, attention, quality, warmth.

Lousy attention. I invited friends to stay there and I spent a SHAME when they told me some of the details. It was all dirt!

Bad attention, bad organization and worse deal. I made the phone reservation two days in advance. Because of administrative issues they were unable to give me an account number to perform the (textual) transfer.
Upon arrival I was told that the posnet was not working, when we retired (and paying cash, there was no alternative) they did not want to make the discount that corresponded for the type of payment.
Having been on the phone for an hour before arriving, they had no room ready. When we removed the only question (I assume the owner) was whether we had used the garage, not if we had a good night or if we needed anything or any other courtesy question.
I would not come back a pit as the location is very convenient. Bad hotel for a city like Mercedes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the rooms is good. The counter is that you hear a lot of street noises product of the boys with motorcycles. Breakfast could be better.

Only hotel in Mercedes City, 3 star, some rooms of better comfort, reasonable price, clean, satisfactory dining room.

A beautiful place to have breakfast. The brand of coffee they use out there is not the right one. Since the coffee is too toasty and it feels in its aroma. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Accept cards! ☺

Comfortable rooms, good beds, lots of light, good breakfast, faltarian some cakes or varieties on invoices. The annoying thing is that the garages are about a block and a half. They'd have to repair the elevators. Very good restaurant. Correct attention. Very good cleanliness.

A very nice hotel. We stayed in a room very wide and comfortable. I had a tv, good Wi-Fi and a minibar. Attention in general was excellent. We only had a problem the first day q came to tidy the room while we were cambiandonos and there were no items for the bathroom q had q to go to find the reception by q is not taken after 50 minutes. The area of food is really good and you eat very rich. Many thanks for the hospitality.

Old Hotel, original construction running its elevators with door scissors. The big hotel was in another time. Expensive for your benefits.

Excellent location, restaurant with good food and prices. Rooms: Some modern and some very old. Garage is uncomfortable as it is a block and a half from the hotel.

It is a nice place with a great location. We ordered a bite, it was abundant and at $195. There was a very nice show and we had to pay only $50 C/u to enjoy the good music. Recommended to go in pairs, we went with child and did not have room to walk.

Very good service. Of the ones in Mercedes, he's the best. They should have toothbrush and toothpaste for people who are left unthesighted. The garage should be included. The rest is very good.

I wasn't sure if I would put 4 or 5, but it's the best of the few in Mercedes by far. I never had problems with malfunction of any device or anything similar, the rooms are clean and the furniture is of good quality, perhaps you could improve a little more the appearance in terms of infrastructure, which anyway is in pretty good condition, But as the only aspect to improve. For the price anyway this in excellent condition, but still having in outside the excellent service.

First class hotel, excellent attention by its owner, the food and the delicious American breakfasts. I recommend it.

Old. Poorly maintained. There is no central heating, hot and cold air heating. We booked by phone a double clarifying that we were going with a baby and a 3-year-old light making it clear that we settled in two beds with the little ones, which they accessed without drama; when we were about to leave they wanted to charge us a triple (there were 2 towels…). As soon as we arrived the owner started talking about politics and when we left the owner abused vervalus a female employee in front of us (apparently without cause). Next time in Mercedes we'll go somewhere else. An old hotel with history that knew how to be the best.

None of the other world. An old hotel. A classic Mercedes. With its bad parts. Low maintenance infrastructure, old rooms, Wi-Fi of terror.

I want to thank the attention received, staff, owners, the rest, the bar; sincerely pass it very well and met as promised.
Very full room, the garage, the half board. Everything I am repetitive thanks for everything!
And have the pelna security that I will return.

Excellent service, both by its employees as owners, always attentive to solve any problem, although it is not the cheaper, the difference is more than noticeable with respect to other hotels. Very good breakfast.

Very good chef, very little amount of food, expensive, rooms quite precarious.
