The best thing about the hotel is the location. From the rest I was disappointed. The lack of maintenance is noticeable at first glance. The bathroom was a disaster, full of moisture, old artifacts and shabby. The room was large but with old furniture and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but up there. We noticed a lack of staff, at the reception there was always a single person and had to wait because people were gathering. Many tourists go because it is cheap. Only recommended for the price and location. From the rest I do not recommend anything.

Not a 4s hotel for sure, not even a 3star. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom too small, the towels were stained, frayed and old, no toileteries such as shower caps, cotton buds. Couldn't get a hairdryer in the hotel. The breakfast was limited and on weekends available only from 8 am.

Very well located. The hotel is a little old but for sleeping it is okay it would take an update. No hairdryer.

We had a single night of transit, waiting for a flight. This hotel is comfortable, and acceptable for the price, but it is definitely not a 4 star, maybe it was in other times but it has not adapted to the current demands. The TV is old, the accesses are very small, the electrical installation looks sloppy. But the mattresses are comfortable, the sheets clean and new, the bathroom was small but clean and equipped, had bath tub. I recommend it whenever you get at a good price and it's just to spend a few days for work. For vacations It is not a dream place.

The worst hotel receptionist I ever encountered after traveled 50+ countries with no problem solving skills and full of attitude without the one to greeting and helping guest, and I m not the only one at the reception having different problems at that one single time. To list a few reasons out of many: 1) I booked double/twin room where I find it is a room of 4 single beds. OK that's fine. 2) The hot water boiler not working in the room, so I came down to ask him anyone to come take a look. His reply"I'm working by myself I can't go". Fine, so I take down the boiler and ask if he could fill it with already boiled water, as I'm sick and need to keep drinking hot water throughout night and can't be running up and down from level 5 all night, plus already have a fever going on. He said he can't fill it. So I asked can you exchange one, he said no. I said can I swap an empty room's boiler. He said no. I said OK can I change room, he said no room available. I said can I borrow a container from the restaurant in hotel, he said no they need to use in the morning. I said I can return the first thing in the morning. He said no others need to use. I said I'm really sick can you call someone to help you. He said no there's no one just him, and he later said he can't help he just a receptionist. I said can you find someone fix the boiler, you guess what he said, no.

It is well located, right downtown. Basic services. Spacious and comfortable rooms.
Good service. Economic.
Please note that breakfast is not included, there is a smell of moisture in the rooms.

It lacks enough to be 4 stars. Bathroom too small, breakfast very basic, missing items in the rooms and some did not work. The 4-star TV should not be a plasma at all. They sell it as a 4 star and it would only be two for what it really is.

Very good value for money with a location right in the center of Buenos Aires. The hotel is a bit dated but everything works very well and the comfort is that appointment!

Pesimo in every way! The breakfast "Pathetic! " Surely it was a beautiful hotel in the ' 70/80 but currently it has no half wave! The only thing that is rescued are the big beds! The only thing!

The bathrooms are small but the rooms comfortable with good air conditioning system. The attention is very cordial. The location is ideal for walking around the city. For the price it is a good choice.

It is very good hotel but room was smell bad.

Lifts very small up to 3 people without suitcases, without air, you suffocate, the same the bathroom, boy and without toilet. At 8:00 a. M. They're vacuuming down the hallway. The breakfast.

The cleanliness is very better. When we entered the room, the smell of confinement and humidity was very intense. The beds are comfortable, some outlets don't Work.

Good location Very thin walls and rooms with a smell of humidity. Some toilet services were not working. Just for the price is worth.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bad, the bathroom very small and there was only liquid soap. Anyway I recommend it.

Very small compact rooms, our room had a small restroom which is fine but the placement of the toilet is horrible. It's on the corner facing the wall with NO leg room. I am 6ft tall and could not sit on the toilet as my knees would hit the wall. The elevators are tiny as well with room for only 4 slim adults. Other than that the hotel was pretty good.

Poor attention, decoration, antique furniture and deteriorated. Hotel that needs an urgent replacement.

Comfortable and spacious rooms.

Not at all happy with this Hotel. Pretty drab rooms, not fully supplied. No communal Lounge. Internet poor. Day time staff not able to speak English very well. Location is good.

To avoid is to be advised. I will not go back even though it is in a good location to get to the center in a few minutes walk.

It is a hotel that boasts a good location, in the downtown of the city of Buenos Aires. It is surrounded by benches and a few metres from a large commercial area. The highlight of the hotel is its location and extent of its rooms.

If you get a good price searching the Internet it is worth staying here. The hotel does not have anything wrong by their aged and integral maintenance.

Very good bed for each person.

It was as though I was teleported to the 1940s, in a very bad way. It seems as the only update the hotel has received has been the elevator. The beds feel original, the carpet creaks from how worn out it is and the AC did not work. The man at the front desk was nice enough to switch to another room once we complained about the AC, but the balcony door was not secure and the safe was not attached and thus could be picked up and walked away with. It was so insecure that we ended up checking out an hour after check-in. Definitely do not recommend it.
