Nice hotel, comfortable with good service. Very good location close to everything. The only thing that happened to me was that the first day I didn't have hot water in the shower. But I'm sure it was an isolated case. Very good breakfast, I recommend you put some vegan option as I could only eat fruits.

It is an old hotel that needs to be modernized and is not well maintained. There's no screen in the bathroom, it gets very wet. There are no sockets in the room, yes in the bathroom, one.
Breakfast is acceptable but the dishes are in bad condition, cracked cups or with missing parts.
Bed linen isn't all in good condition.
The staff is excellent, very friendly and predisposed.
The heating is central, there is no way to control it and it does not work well. In the room there is a hot/cold air but does not throw hot air, it does not work well either even though it was reviewed by the staff.
It is a place that needs a lot of investment, is very sloppy, the 4 stars that it claims to have fit it.

The Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. It hurts the air conditioner that did not have individual regulation and would lack Jacuzzi in the tub.

Quite a bit of attention good, we complained about the Wi-Fi and it was fixed in as soon as possible. In 3 days of stay nothing to complain about, would return! Yes, it has no view of anything from the window, but it seemed to me a minor detail.

Not very clean, the bed covers are not white and not new. The weather has no control to regulate temperature or turn it off. I was given the key to a room that was already occupied. But the service is very friendly.

I've stayed in better 4 Star hotels than this one, hence three star rating. Otherwise the hotel is located in Puerto Madero ; an upscale place. It's easily accessible by Taxi and public transport. There are lots of cafes, Restaurants and convenience stores nearby. We came early and our room was ready in thirty minutes. Rooms are a bit small and so is the bathroom. But the place is clean. Power outlets are not located close to the bed. There is a small Bar and electric kettle. The daily toiletries are a disappointment. There wasn't any tooth paste and tooth brush and when we asked the house Keeper told us that it's not available complimentary (Really! No tooth paste and brush in a four star hotel). There are no English language channel on the TV The free Internet is working great. Access is via electronic cards and lift is available in the Building. Breakfast is served in the adjacent Midi Restaurant. It's just average with lots of Carbs. Omelette was a total disappointment. Only two kinds of bread (milky and brown) are served.

Hotel is in a good location. Comfortable with high speed Internet. On site restaurant for breakfast and a fancy dinner.

Excellent service, very nice spacious rooms, good internet, central location with near access to everything. The only big con is that there walls are thin and you can hear everything the other guests are doing.
