While it is very economical you have to consider that it is because in winter it does not have heating and you freeze in the rooms. The hotel is clean, they give you towels, beds and mattresses leave to be desired, the furniture is very old and in poor condition. Bathrooms are clean but poor building conditions are also seen there. They don't give you breakfast. The best thing about the hotel is the price and an excellent location.

The location of the hotel is the most remarkable, in the pedestrian area, ideal to enjoy the shopping centers. Price chord, the variety of rooms is good, beyond being an old hotel there are spacious rooms and you can be comfortable, there are also small rooms, I recommend if you are going to stay longer outside the hotel or passing through the city.

The room was horrible, the bed had no sheet below (only two upstairs), the walls were blasted, dirty. The Balo all full of mushrooms, with the spouts, very loose cleaning. All over the place there was an unpleasant smell. The closet in the room was full of dirt with only a blanket lying on the floor of it. Yapa, accept card but no fees.

Bad experience from all the services of this "hotel" especially bad manager who behave badly to the guests.

It is very central, just to pass type Night penitentiary, very simple bed skinny mattresses room with destroyed floors, single ceiling fan and window, with mosquito netting, but with noises from neighbors air extractors, without Wi-Fi in rooms only Reception.
No breakfast, lots of cafes nearby.
Shared bathroom well split, floors broken but running toilet and shower.
Just to spend the nights if the weather accompanies and why not want to spend, as the owner of the hotel at no better.

Dirty. Scented bathrooms. The wardrobe was an office furniture with different doors. A real mess. Don't go to this hotel.

Lack of cleanliness, cozy and nothing satisfying.

The hotel is very expensive for what it offers, me and other tenants robbed us and no one took over … the rooms are very precarious and the price is very high. Not worth it, there are cuter hotels for a lot less money just a matter of looking. If one day lowers prices maybe my rating will change. Don't let them steal.

Good service, and the location on the pedestrian Lavalle is unbeatable. Ideal for those looking to save on the accommodation. It has Wi-Fi, cable and rooms with private bathrooms.

It is an old building, without heating or air conditioning, I don't recommend to go in summer or in winter. There is Wi-Fi and TV cable.

Very cheap and the best location. It would be a type hostel, precarious rooms more or less, but for the low price for which you want to save is worth it.

Dream location and much better attention. The place is simple but is the cleanest hotel I visited (of all stars). I will always return!
