The hotel would need an update in its rooms, the hinodoro has a very uncomfortable and old water discharge system, plus a couple of times small cockroaches appeared. The good thing was the breakfast, delicious and hearty, although they would have to better organize the space for breakfast because if there are many guests do not reach the tables at all and more than once we had to wait to be able to sit. Anyway the staff was always very friendly and available.

It stays, it's fine, but they should be renewed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Insist on card payment. Last time I paid in advance in cash and they charge you extra a guarantee that they then reintegrate you (even if they already have the card number of the reservation, have corroborated your details and have stayed there before). The breakfast is complete, with beautiful view.

I went to a job interview for another company. I didn't know the rooms but the common spots seemed pretty old and with little maintenance. It's not modern at all. The attention was good.

Good Hotel The breakfast is amazing. At night at the front desk there is coffee and tea for guests. The attention is correct. The rooms are a bit old in their décor but good.

The checkin was good but we had issues later in our stay with some of the hotel agents being rude. Also their were a small amount of cock roaches in our room. Buenos Aires Argentina is a city that lacks customer service skills in general. The room was small and clean and they cleaned every day.

Old Hotel, preserved more or less well. Come in. The restaurant cooks very well. Very friendly staff. Very good location.

Beautiful place, very good attention. Excellent cleaning service in rooms and in the hotel in general. The menu is varied and the prices are in line with the quality of the hotel. Very well located, although the hotel offers all the comforts, you can go out and in the blocks that surround it there is a wide variety of places to eat, have drinks and quiet conversations. I loved it!

The first thing I will say is that it seems incredible that the hotel is rated as 4 stars. The deal at the reception was bad, I will not generalize, mainly from the receptionist of the morning shift, Pesimo, unpleasant… The rooms are nothing from the other world, they do not have a safe to leave your belongings. They gave us cross-information about the checkout schedule, which I had to ask three times… also cross-information about the restaurant's timetable… from now I inform you that it does not close very late… (22.30, except Thursdays closing 21:30… but that does not inform you if you do not ask) I had to go to pay the box (I made the suggestion to pay in the box ara not "make me delay"), the food was not bad, but the service is little recomebdable.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent location and despite the years you will notice the dedication and kept to the detail of its facilities. Totally recommended, you will not be disappointed.

Chill lobby, old elevators but I liked that. Nice complimentary breakfast at the top of the hotel, good selection of pastries and drinks. Views were so-so but nonetheless I prefer having breakfast at the top of anything! I liked my room. P. S Argentine TV is so funny their channels makes you think you are watching TV in the '90s.

I loved beautiful hotel with very good attention. Thankful for everyone. I just missed the pool to be perfect. But very nice.

Small and old apartment, no air conditioner, the worst breakfast of Buenos Aires. Just a 2 stars hotel (with 4 stars price). Check out at 10:00 a. M. To make you pay a late check out, check in… Only late. Insomma un cesso!

We are a great marriage. We have been walking in Buenos Aires more than one hundred times.
Usually when we chose hotel is a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately on this occasion, we have a hotel that does not consider 1 star. The clothes of bed, blanket, bedspread (deplorable) the worn towels and ugly color. The part of Bath: didn't you bidet water and little water in the sink. We made the claim and no one we attended as requested. I hope to improve services to categorize it in a 3 star. Fails to complete.

Good service but leaks in Hall but reoarado time does not work the central cooling out of that hotel.

The location is very good — nice cosy rooms, a delicious hearty Breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, for example on the day of departure we were served Breakfast an hour early, although in other hotels ahead of time Breakfast was not given clean, towel, gave pieces of soap. One minus in the morning hear the garbage machines which are passing under the window. Shorter I highly recommend it.
