We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise in Buenos Aires and checked in to this lovely city hotel. So very fortunate to be able to check in early and have a full day. Very friendly staff and excellent service and we are very happy to spend 3 nights here. Breakfast was very enjoyable and we opted to have dinner tonight at the hotel after eating out with friends last night. We have a reservation for the Christmas Eve Dinner buffet and look forward to it. Would recommend this hotel.

Not sure how this hotel gets the same rating as Alvear Icon or Alvear Palace which are close by and by far superior. This hotel doesnt even have concierge and is near a very seedy area. Staff is great but it's on par with a Marriott not Four Seasons.

It is beautiful and with a super special attention. You got what you want.

Good breakfast. The food of the Resaurant Bar Buena. The pool was very nice. However the reception staff should be more friendly.

Beautiful place. Restaurant and attention. I did not install at the hotel but the restaurant is a luxury. Prices are not excessive for service and quality.

City Hotel, pricey but good location and strick check in policy, they will not let you to check in even thought there are available rooms… unless you pay half a day charge for check in couple of hours early…

Amazing Place, a 5 star hotel that gives the size of what this means, first class attention, exquisite meals, very friendly and formal staff.
The cleanliness and hygiene of the place stand out, a quiet, fine atmosphere are its furnished and the design of the place itself.
Located near Retiro in an area where there are abundant hotelea this definitely stands out from the rest.

I'Ve been to several events. It Has a good sized lounge and good service. The Hotel is very modern and looks very nice, spacious and tidy.

Beautiful Place to spend a night. Quite expensive for the services they offer nor a gift wine… Nothing! But for art lovers It is a beautiful place and surrounded by paintings and sculptures.

We stayed overnight at this property. The value for money is good, the service is efficient and available, quality facilities. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a hot tub.
I recommend it.

I usually stay at another hotel close by, but they didn't have availability. I would say we were quite lucky since Alvear Art is really an exceptional hotel. The rooms were extremely nice and the staff was very accommodating. The only minor critique is the included breakfast isn't amazing, it's not bad just ok.

Great hotel and rooms. Even better service. Excellent staff all around but I would particularly single out, Antontio and Carim, both of whom took time out of their busy schedule to make me feel welcome. I stayed here for almost a week, and almost feel like part of the family. The buffett Breakfast is quite nice and the lobby bar is a lot of fun on a weekend night. Al Centro is easy to get around here either by walking, the metro or by the regular cabs.

A fantastic hotel. A real treat to have stayed here. The staff are really lovely and make your stay very pleasant with a lovely personal touch. The food is great. The cocktails are amazing! I would. Highly recommend this place. I've not even finished my stay yet and I'm already rating 5 stars. Would give it 6 if I could.

The spa area on top of the hotel is unique. They view of the city and the river is excellent and the staff very pleasant. You can get access without renting a room for 650 pesos per person (May 2017). The area includes a pool, hot top, sauna, steam bath, Scottish shower and an area to relax and refreshments.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The service is top notch. Everyone I have talked to is lovely. When you need something, they take care of it ASAP. The rooms are beautiful. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is amazing. There are blackout curtains and I can't even begin to start about the pool on the roof. I give it 5 stars all around.

Excellent service, we love to select from the bar and the menu of drinks and dishes, the staff who attend us is always very attentive and professional. We live in the area and it is definitely a place to come back and have a very pleasant time, in a sophisticated atmosphere.

Staff were extremely accommodating and our stay was top notch. Would totally recommend this place to anyone.

BA Food Week we went and it was all delicious. We could not even finish the meal, it seemed little but it was a lot. The bread was spectacular! He would return just for that. The only bad thing was the attention. I had to wait 15 minutes for the account, until I went to ask, but would remain there. A shame for a hotel of this category.
