The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The mattresses of 2 places plus Q Incomfy, are 2 of 1 square in a same base.
The bathroom very precarious, or you peel the skin of hot or you freeze…
The pool heated beautiful but the natural water, we made the claim and told us Q was 30 °, but left the faucet Q the cold bath, so we could not enjoy it at any time.
A shame!

We went with a little fear for the opinions we read. And I must say the place we loved! Comfortable clean, well located, ideal place to rest. The breakfast of the best. And very good service. We had a 10 and we had no problem.

The facilities and room service leave a lot to be desired. The rooms do not have telephone is notorious the lack of maintenance. They don't change the sheets as often as necessary. I took a superior double room which had signs of deterioration despite the paint. Good breakfast, good dinner. The three stars are by the pool and for tasty food. The stars in hotels in Argentina do not mean the same thing as, for example, in Europe.

The rating is based on the price paid for the room. We paid $579 on winter vacation for a standard room. We spent the last weekend in the San Remo Villa Gesell hotel next to a couple friend. Very faulty infrastructure, and poor attention. Once the check-in was assigned us a room whose bathroom was broken and dilapidated, we ask if they could change us room and the Manager via nextel, refuted. They gave us another room, but this was two beds separated, went to claim back if they could give us another room or change the beds, because we were paying for a double bed. The receptionist gave us another room key, we ended up changing the mattresses we ourselves, the next day we wanted to have breakfast and we had to wait 30 min for us to attend since on the coffee table there was nothing to be served.
