I had a truly exceptional stay at Molla Guesthouse in Albania. The location offers a breathtaking view that sets the tone for a peaceful and memorable experience. The host family was incredibly warm, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, featuring modern, impeccably clean bathrooms. It’s safe to say this is likely the best guesthouse in the area.
Both breakfast and dinner exceeded expectations — the quality, flavor, and presentation were outstanding. Dining there felt like a luxury experience; I genuinely felt like royalty.
A special thank you to Kristian, who generously drove us without expecting anything in return — a genuine act of kindness that reflects the spirit of this wonderful place.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect blend of hospitality, comfort, and scenic beauty.
What a Place to be and enjoy some vacation. Really cool and friendly staff. Amazing food, and very nice rooms.
Simple yet modern. When outside it feels like your home garden. They have two cats, a dog and a cow frequently on the premises. And a great view over the mountains.
There is a sweet path to the city centre and a lot of nature paths for hiking.
Definitely recommend. Also the food, we fell in love with the creamy baked potato’s and the breakfast served daily was delicious. Fruits of the season and always a something for the sweet tooth :)

We ended up there while searching for a guest house when we were hiking the peaks of the balkans trail. Although it is a bit off the trail, it is worth the detour! The guesthouse is very beautiful, with a nice field where we could put our tent. We were very well received by the host.
We had dinner there, and the food was delicious! You can choose from a local menu, and we opted for the apperitivo board, which was freshly made with delicious local food.
The guesthouse is also accessible by car and we saw some vans there too. It looked like a very nice place for family holidays as well!
